I often time have a good experience at this Movie Theater but last night left me highly dissatisfied due to one incident w/ their on-site officer. As my boyfriend & I left the theatre we walked back to my car only for this officer to park in the other row of parking spots across from my car. Okay fine. I dont allow smoking in the car so my boyfriend stood outside to smoke. The officer stayed there until the entire time & the minute my boyfriend got in the car & shut the door, he drove off. Interesting. So, I decide to go around the building to the other side where we came in at (towards the back) & see if this officer decides to follow us. We sit in one of the parking spaces for less than a minute & a half and what do you know, guess he shows up? You got it! Mr. Officer, he never once gets out the vehicle or anything to say anything & Im going to presume that its because he had no other reason to be following us except for discrimination (my boyfriend is white & I am a black female). Because I cant think of anything else that stands out so much about us other than this. I will be calling the manager. Highly disrespectful & UNPROFESSIONAL. The theatre is nice otherwise.

Tonight we went to see Wonder Woman. I called ahead to see if this location offered handicap seating. I was told that it did however the person on the phone wasnt sure where it was located in the theater. Overall the theater was clean and getting tickets via walk up was fast and the service friendly asking if wed like to donate to a charity or join their club while not being pushy about either. The theater itself was clean and the seats, non handicap i should add, were comfortable even for my large frame despite. Overall the movie viewing experience was pleasant.

Sorry, but we only go here if the movie we want to see is showing nowhere else. The last time we went, NO ONE was around to take our tickets. Once in the theater, the lady in the projection booth yelled out to someone who was apparently leaving her booth, "Hey, get me a {some kind of) sandwich, willya?" during the movie and the back half of the theater patrons turned around and looked up at her! Gee, I wish I had known we could place sandwich orders during the movie!!

Nice theater with friendly and helpful employees. Plenty of screens, and I love how they work with Phantom to show replays of classic films and live event specials. Also have a fantastic, free rewards program that allows you to earn points for all kinds of items (food, tickets, gear, collector items, etc) both at the theater and on their website. Only wish their seating was set up a little different.

This theatre has been around for awhile and doesnt have all the new snazzy movie experience features such as concierge food and beverage options with vibrating recliner viewing platforms. It does however offer the greatest selection of films in a clean and comfortable environment. They show indie, Bollywood, special event and all of the current releases.

Unable to speak with a local associate for information not covered in the phone taped information. Not even an online email approach to local theater to get questions answered... To me that reads as if potential customers are just a bother... I have a large choice of theaters... guess what??

Nice and clean. Staff is pleasant. Ive heard others complain that the seats are too small, but there was plenty of room for this 5 7" slightly overweight woman. Its a little outdated but if you dont need anything super fancy then its good. Overall a good experience.

I love the summer movie series, makes it affordable to entertain the kids! Having said that, with all of the theater getting new seating, this is an area left to be desired at Hollywood 18. My birthing hips have always had a hard time getting into the seat lol

The staff are polite and welcoming. Hours are convenient . As a frequent moviegoer, I have my popcorn special made, no butter or salt. When I walk up to the concession counter, the staff start preparing my order. Excellent service.

Theaters werent marked properly, floors were sticky and seats uncomfortable. There are other theaters in the area with the large reclining seats with comparable ticket prices so until this theatre upgrades we will go elsewhere.

As always down through the last 10 plus years this is my movie place. I love the rewards from my regal crown card and as far as I can tell this is the only theater that offers AARP discounts along with senior discounts. Thank You

My second favorite movie spot in Huntsville. A large popcorn comes in a bucket like it should, not a bag. Theater is clean, popcorn is fresh, seats are comfortable, audio and video are good, temperature in the theater is good.

It is an adequate theater, but everything seemed older at this theater. The speakers were not very loud during the movie, the seats were old and torn up, and the concessions area lacked amenities you expect modern theaters.

A nice little movie theater, definitely not the newest, but still good quality for the price. Went to see a movie on a Wednesday night, was only 3 other people in the theater, made finding a seat real easy.

It very clean I feel safe.and its wall air conditioned for a grate relaxing fun time at the movies on a weekend afternoon with the Grand kids or family . and they have a grate selection for late night movies

The manager was rude when I asked why I wasnt getting my text about my free pop corn when I signed up for the regal app he said he dident know anything about and couldnt do anything very poor service

High price tickets,the pop corn was gross and very slated. Floors was sticky some of the seats were wet. Not my family and I didnt enjoy our time there. As well some of the staff was very rude.

It could be better seating wise, the arm rest is in the way really cant cuddle with your partner. If it could move, it would be a whole lite better other than that awesome place never too busy.

Clean, inexpensive, reasonable prices for fix, concessions are generously sized but high price like everywhere. Get the free points card for free stuff (use at fix booth and concessions)

The seats are less than comfortable! People talked during movie. I liked the colors and lights but if I had a choice which I dont unfortunately Id be going to an AMC theater!

The venue is a little dated, but it still has a 80s/90s charm. The specific theater I visited definitely had a smaller screen, but the sound quality of the movie seemed fine.
