Ill start with the good. Great seating, polite staff, and easy location. The theater validates parking, so its cheap and very accommodating on their part. Then the bad, the last two times I have been here (within the same month), neither time have I had the chance to sit where I had chosen. This wouldnt be a problem if the theater didnt allow the option to pick your seats prior to entering the auditorium, as Im used to first come, first serve. The first incident was a 9pm showing of The Intern, as we paid for our tickets, I asked the employee if we should go ahead and pick our seats and we were told that we didnt have to worry about it and that we could sit where we wanted. We had arrived 20 minutes early and sat in our usual seats. Shortly after the previews started, a family of three came up to us and told us we were in their seats. We calmly explained to the man what the employee had told us and he kept insisting that we needed to move. Of course I would understand in a packed theater that he would want the best seats (in my opinion), but there were only 2 other groups in the whole auditorium. He then proceeded to find the employee that told us this and she suggested we move seats. So we left, they offered a refund, and as easy as it would have been to tell them that she had said this and that she was sorry for the confusion, she caused two customers to leave very unhappy. Second incident, we had purchased the tickets online and picked our usual seats to avoid the previous issue. Only to find a couple in our seats when we arrived. I almost got upset until I realized that they were probably told the same as we were the last time we came here. If its offered to pick your seats, youd expect to get them, at the very least some consistency on the employees part to keep everyone happy. Very disappointed and as petty as if may sound, we will not be returning.

I went there yesterday because it is in the mall and I was told that I could not use the bathroom without first buying a ticket. They told other people this as well. It doesnt make sense because you do not have to buy gas to go into a gas station, or any other business for that matter. And they check ticket stubs after the bathrooms, so it isnt like you can sneak into the theater by using the bathroom. I called the manager, Chelsie Morgan, and complained but all she did was argue and say "Well, thats your opinion; you can call corporate". And that is just what I am going to do. I know exactly where I stand with there company and I would rather drive a half an hour to Rave Motion Pictures than go to this movie theater again.

The theater at Circle Center has consistently disappointed me as a movie goer for quite some time now but I live downtown so, unfortunately, it is the only theater that is convenient. I made the mistake of going to the premiere of Harry Potter here and was shocked by the poor preparation and organization at such a big event. They only had one person at each station and inexplicably seated three theaters while everyone who had been waiting in line watched as people who were behind them rushed ahead. To top it all off, it was exceedingly hot and no explanation was made to the people patiently waiting. We were not seated until 11:42 and the movie began at 12:01. Unacceptable.

We went last week. There was one person selling tickets and refreshments from the concession stand. She was doing a great job for what should have been five or six people. My son ordered a hot dog and she said it would be a while before she could get to it as she was trying to get a crowd into the theater. My son checked the line several times over about forty minutes and finally was able to get the hot dog. This was OK because the movie froze during the previews and no one fixed the problem for over a half hour. Our show finally started about an hour late. I dont blame the employees. Whoever owns this theater is a heartless, greedy jerk.

Since it has recliners it has assigned seating. When I got to the ticket window I was shown 1 seat, the cashier said that was all that was available. When I got in to the theater there were only 4 other people in the theater. Later on 2 more people came in and they were seated directly next to me, then another 2 to the other side of me. I got up and requested a different seat, which they did accommodate me. So the movie only had a totally of 9 people in it and they tried to sit everyone right next to each other. Afterwards I went to use the facilities. I walked into 4 different stalls that were a mess so I left and used them elsewhere.

Reclining seats are nice. Selecting seats is a great feature. In terms of sanitation, the entire theater was a blue light nightmare. "Cleaning" between shows is a quick run through to pickup trash. Nothing is wiped. Theater had strong odor of urine and toilet backup. Bathrooms have push entrance but handle exit - anyone who has worked in hospitality knows this is bad. Bathroom was disgusting. Carpets stained and slippery. Concessions was filthy popcorn all over floor and nothing wiped down. Theater is 50% understaffed. Theater manager must be young and scared to insist on better work

Never been here before. To be confused as to where the theater was. 3 floors in the mall later, only to find super long confusing lines. Didnt know where to get tickets. No signs where people should be to order tickets as to where to go or what to do. Only figured it out because the lady at the concessions yelled about fandango tickets. I had to hurry up and get on fandango to get the last 2 seats together. Only to find that they are at the worst spot. Literally had to watch with my hole body turned and could hardly see the whole screen.

Disastrous movie experience in this place. Went to watch Pirates of Caribbean: Dead man tell no tales in 3D and know what my stay in the theater is horrible. They never ever turned off the lights that made the quality of the image on screen look so horrible. Would never recommend going here especially for 3D. Audio sucks too. High cost and pathetic movie experience. 1 star is way too much as well. In sum, the purpose of going to a movie hall to experience good visuals and high quality sound is defeated in its entirety here!

As far as the actual theaters go (which is largely what matters), this place is awesome. As far as pretty much everything else, its horrible. Never know where to check in, sometimes people just walk on through. Bathrooms smell horrible (seriously, horrible) and the staff is unhelpful borderline rude. Its as if they remade this place and then just kept all the old policies and standards in place. Will be just as bad as it was before at this rate.

I come here quite often and have always found the cinema clean and comfortable. Restrooms are spotless and the theaters are clean too. The cinema validates parking, so parking up to four hours is free. I did visit once and the movie began nearly an hour late due to a technical glitch, but after sending an email to complain about the experience I got four free passes for each ticket I purchased. Satisfied.
