We took our boys to their first movie at an AMC theater in Kokomo. There were a lot of adults there to see a kids movie. When the boys started fussing my husband got up to take them out of the theater, and we were approached saying someone complained. I told the lady my husband was taking them out of the theater, and he was then met at the door by a supervisor. He was then told that our boys would not be allowed to attend the childrens show, but he was more than welcome to attend. I could understand why they were asked to leave if they were screaming, but they didnt. I can remember being in rated R movies where people had kids screaming the whole time, and they were not asked to leave. (Even though multiple people complained) My family and I will never attend another movie at an AMC theater.

This AMC theater is the worst Ive ever visited... My total came to 26.98 I payed with 2 $20 bills my change would have been $13.02, I only received $3.02 when I mention they shorted me $10 they said they would have to count down the drawer.... Understandable. A few minutes later the manager returned and said the drawer was even therefore I had received the correct change basically saying I had lied to them, my boyfriend was standing right next to me and witnessed them not handing me the rest of my change. The lady even stated that she had 2 10s in her drawer before giving me my change then after the drawer was counted asked if maybe she gave me 2 5s instead.

Ok, yes, the concessions are pricey, and the trailers are long (addressing other reviewers) but the cost of admission to see NEW movies is WAY cheaper than other places. I dont need to shovel food in my mouth to enjoy the movies. Clean, comfortable seats and movies that arent interrupted by other people or malfunctioning equipment is the way to my heart and this place fits the bill. I have no complaints about the staff. Ive always had friendly encounters with the staff. Thanks for making going to the movies affordable and enjoyable, again.

The theater itself is nice, concessions are over-prices as usual. This theater has hands down the longest set of commercials I have ever been to though, when the movie is scheduled to start there is ALWAYS exactly 20 minutes worth of commercials. So if the website says the movie starts at 10:00 it actually starts at 10:20. There is no reason for such a long string of commercials, most other theaters only have 7 or 8 minutes worth which is not nearly as bad. I avoid this theater when I can

Awesome and relaxing place to go and stay for an hour or two. Service is fast and friendly! Theater is comfortable! 4 stars because on a few occasions some annoying people were being loud and obnoxious - nothing was done about this and it led to missing some important plot points in the film and at sometimes not even hearing the film at all. Overall I believe this is one of my favorite places to go and I always enjoy seeing other regulars at the showplace.

Waited nearly a year to see Mockingjay Part2. The experience was disappointing. The sound during the entire duration of the trailers was completely messed up. 10 minutes after the show started the film stopped and everything went dark for several minutes. The lights were turned up a bit so we wouldnt have to sit in the dark. Once they restarted the film they neglected to turn the lights back down for some time. Very frustrating.

There was a long time where I didnt go to the movies because it had gotten crazy expensive to do so. Semi-recently, AMC dropped their prices by a considerable amount. Which is great because I always loved going to the movies, and this theater is really nice. My only complaint is the bathrooms arent in the best shape. Otherwise its (finally) a good cheap way to spend a rainy afternoon!

I love this AMC Theater in Kokomo, In . Its very clean always, very Friendly wait staff , the food is always hot, and fresh , and best of all the Prices are low for everyone from little kids to Senior Citizens . Taking my Family today 8/15/15 to watch yet another awesome movie at the great AMC Theater in Kokomo.

The red headed chick that worked in the front has no people skills whatsoever and had a problem with me for some reason, just a horrible attitude. I mean its not my fault youre working at a movie theater. You need better people to work there.

Staff was completely rude and like all theaters the price of concessions were outrageous but I didnt pay 22 dollars to get told I cant get a refill when it clearly states on the bag that I can. I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere

Relatively clean and efficient theatre. Went at 4:40 so it wasnt terribly busy. Was able to walk in, talk with a ticket representative and head straight to our theatre. Didnt stop at concessions so I dont know how good or bad they are.

Can see blockbuster movies on opening weekend for under $5 if you get there before 4pm and dont purchase 3D [most 3D films dont seem to warrant it, anyway], which is fantastic deal; they make up for it with concession prices, though.

Highway robbery!! Once you pay to enter, the food prices are outrageous! I hope another theater would open in town to give options for movie viewers. Teenagers need a full-time job to take a friend to this theater

We went and saw Hacksaw Ridge, which was a great movie. We also enrolled in AMC Stubs which is the best way to get the most out of your money at the theatre. The seats are comfy and the theatres are always clean.

I was very disappointed in how ran down things have gotten. The counters for drinks and popcorn butter were not very clean and the bathroom was very dirty. Needs a little elbow grease.

Moving prices are good but the prices for the drinks and a dick when you can buy the same bag of candy at a store for eighty nine sense and a pop for a dollar for the same size drink

ACK! What happened to the early shows on Fridays before noon? I was so looking forward to my Friday movies while the kiddos are at school. Bring them back!

Everything you can possibly want in a theatre is here!!!! However, the concessions are way overpriced. Besides that this is a great place to watch a movie!!!

Tickets arent that expensive unless you are going to a 3D movie. And for $25 you can get to large drinks and large popcorn with refills

Yes, food is pricey but the staff is super nice and seating is very comfortable. Trailers are long but can be enjoyed. I love AMC 12.

Great staff, clean, and fresh food. Comfortable seats. I love the coke freestyle over 100 drink choices. Great place for familys
