I love this place! This is a Great Waukegan business that has provided family fun for all ages for many years. Sunset Bowl has updated bowling balls and shoe rental. They have lots of lanes. They provide leagues for all. They hold tournaments. They have birthday party packages available. They have a friendly staff that is always helpful if questions arise. Its located at 2015 North Lewis in Waukegan.

Went to play video slots, 1 was broken with no help in the hour we were there. Never had a bartender show up to get a drink order placed or even an offer of a water or soda. Very dark as well, not for ambience, I suspect broken lights. Very disappointed, I loved this place 40 years ago....horrible now.

Friday Special is great! $11 for unlimited play AND shoes from 9pm til 1am. Perfect for groups. Staff is fine, prompt. No military discounts. Bathrooms could use updating. Can be much better than what it is but SOLID for bowling.

It was dirty, falling apart and drinks were weak. Parts of the pool table were laying on thefloor next to tables. Pool sticks had bad/bare tips on them. Lights were broken.

An awesome bowling alley with great staff. They can sometimes put too much oil on the lanes, but for league play they always get the lanes in good shape.
