Got here at 930. Websites and all associates said open till midnight. Paid for two games and told I could pay for more later. Bartender was rude and no service at food court. Considering its open till midnight at least the nachos could have been served. Then was told repeatedly we must leave because employees decided its time to go home at 10:30pm. Me and my family were not the only people in there as well. The best part was when I came to the counter and asked for two more games and the lady said no were closed. Apparently places of business no longer take paying customers money. Not only was I told no I was told with an undermining attitude that left me feeling like I wasnt a customer but that SHE WAS DOING ME A FAVOR AND THAT SHE WAS BETTER THEN ME. Not happy at all. I manage a retail store and when we have customers at or around THE CLOSING TIME THAT IS POSTED we still continue service because at the end of the sales are what keep the doors open. In customer service, customers ALWAYS come first. I refuse to return here until the owners either change the times posted or they actually are open during their hours of business. In conclusion dont come here unless you want to get kicked out and made to feel like your money isnt good here.

NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! My family decided to pay $30 dollars an hour for mini bowl. The manager watched us intensely from the video cameras and walked over from the front desk to tell us to not touch the bumpers and not to pass the bowling line again or he will shut off the lane. Supposedly you get 1 warning before they stop your $30 game. When leaving I asked him if he watches every game on camera and he said the owners at home do the same. It is supposed to be a kid friendly section, therefore, you would expect that will happen once or twice but IT WAS A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND AWKWARD FAMILY NIGHT EXPERIENCE. I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING WATCHED THE ENTIRE TIME and the manager confirmed this feeling. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! I couldnt imagine having a kids party here...PLEASE BEWARE!!!

I called to inquire about making a reservation for a childs birthday party. I spoke with Andrea and I had asked her if there were limited hours on Black Friday (which is the date of the party I wanted to reserve lanes for). She said they are usually very busy on that day with other reservations. I asked if there would be a problem with me reserving lanes for a birthday package (which I would be doing 13 days in advance). Her reply was "That would be frowned upon". WOW!!! So...this family owned business frowns upon having a few lanes reserved for a child birthday party because it falls on a specific day?! UNREAL! I really thought the HORRIBLE reviews on this place were unfair but NOW I see why. This place will no longer get a penny from me and has lost my patronage.

The staff members are rude. My family and I waited for 10 minutes for the women at the front desk to stop chit chatting and acknowledge us. We had to wait 15 minutes for a lane which is fine, so we waited at the bar. The bartender had the worst attitude and snarled at us as she gave us drinks. Im a bartender meaning I am usually exceptionally nice to other servers so i dont understand the harsh treatment. Finally we got our lane and I went to get food. The woman at the snack bar was extremely rude too. I dont see myself coming back here ever again. I like the old school claw machine though so thats why Im ok giving this place one star.

The mini bowl is awesome... did not care for the service at the food counter. The older lady did not seem happy to be there at all. Weve been a few times, but if we come back and she is there we wont order any food or drinks. We pay too much money for mediocre service. She was more worried about making things easy for her instead of us getting what we wanted. We order four bowling pin sodas and she preferred that everybody get the same to make it easier for her.

No receipts are given, i.e. food court/checkin (probably on purpose) so that when you do have an issue on the lane, all of sudden, they cant recall seeing you that night. Right, so Im just standing here in bowling shoes for nothing wondering why I cant be added to my party on my lane that I paid $8.25 for. I couldve grabbed a pair while they werent looking, they said. oh really? .....No one takes fault for anything. Racist undertones

Paid for all my games I committed to bowl in practice and in my very last game I was bowling for the night, had two frames left and the counter clerk turned off my lane and wouldnt let me finish despite already paying. Wouldnt even let me finish and the security guard working there was a total d-bag in the process as well as the counter clerk. Horrible and pathetic service. Poor for business as well.

I love " MY " bowling alley. Its always clean, staff is always friendly and are quick to correct any problems. I have been off a year from bowling, but have visited my league and the staff and lanes are the same as in the past. I will always recommend Arena Lanes to other people as a great place to bowl. Also, a safe place to bring your family.

I loved this place because they HAD $ thursdays where bowling, shoe rental, hotdogs, soda was a $1 then it was moved to mondays and now they did away with it and highered ALL the Pri$es. A pizza for $20 come on what happened to $15 cant blame that one on inflation. I just want a good time not a broke time!

Was there last night with my wife and friends said on website they closed at 12am told us we had to leave by 10pm that it was our last game! Just because its not that busy you dont tell your customers that they have to leave!! Will never return, bartender was rude as well & was getting tipped pretty good.

I think its a nice clean place but its real hard too get a chance to bowl most days and nights open bowl that is. It would be a great place if they can have more open bowl for walk ins walk ins not that welcome most times its always a group. Hope they can have more walk ins welcome.

Would be nice if they dont tell people that they are busy when they have 20 lanes or more open, while I see whole bunch of adults bowling during a kids event anyway. Thats to much details for one place already.

ATMOSPHERE IZ KEWL! IVE MEET ALOT OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE, & THEY ARE FRIENDLY TOWARDZ ME! I DONT BOWL, BUT I NJOY THE TEAMZ I KNW, BOWLING! NEVA HAD ANY INCIDENTZ OF ANY KIND! DRINKZ ARE REASONABLE, ALSO! THNX!

The prices are a bit high but overall, they keep the place clean and the clientele usually behaves pretty well. Ive been here on some really wild nights. Not somewhere to bring kids after 5pm on a weekend.

Nothing especially special about this bowling alley. Havent really had any issues with the lanes or anything. Decent place to bowl a few frames and drink a few beers.
