Do you enjoy seeing a movie on the big screen, immersed in the surround sound and great picture? Of course! Who wouldnt? The only downfall of any movie theater is expensive tickets and concessions, or the crowd that the theater draws. While it is an old fashion theater, it maintains all the charm. It features the same 7.1 (or better) surround sound system, with the same great picture on the big screen you get from a projector, at a wonderfully reasonable price. While you wont see the opening day releases here, after a few weeks you can see the newest movies for a fraction of the price. The draw is also a bit smaller per movie (depending on the film of course, however as a general rule of thumb: crowds here are generally smaller) which greatly reduces the likelihood of disruptive patrons which tend to be more common at larger theaters. Pros: - Great prices (4$/movie! Plus reasonable concessions pricing) - Free refills on drinks and popcorn - quiet movie theater - great staff (generally the younger group of employees, however theyre always willing to help) Cons: - you have to wait a couple weeks to see the newest movies here - at a corner building so parking can feel a bit cramped, given the nearby stores share parking. Overall: It is not the top of the line, sit in a brand new leather recliner movie theater. Its an old fashion joint that will make you feel like youve jumped back in time to a classical movie theater. It has a cozy feeling to it and will quickly grow on you as one of your favorite movie spots! You cant beat the feeling of enjoying a movie the old fashion way! With a bucket of popcorn, a cold drink, and great movie on the big screen! The one stop shop for anyone on a budget for movies or looking for a nice charming movie theater!

Movies at an affordable price! With an admission price of $4 whats not to like about this place? You can get 3 people in for the same price as one ticket from some other theaters. Dont expect primer films to be here on the day of release. Ogden 6 generally picks movies up after theyve been out for a few months. Its an older theater and the seats arent the most comfy but youre saving huge bucks here. Concession pricing is a little cheaper than bigger theaters but still pricey (thats just normal at any theater). But concessions aside, if you just went for the movie, this is an awesome price for great entertainment!

One of the best value priced entertainment sites in the western suburbs. Ownership/Management is always there and is always friendly, chatting up customers, knowing the long-time customers AND making the new or first-time customers feel like they have been there forever too! Food and staff are cheerful and helpful, never pushy OR lackadaisical in their duties! Refreshing! Food is relatively fresh and tasty....popcorn and slushies and pop all free for refills....excellent value! Best secret that needs to be shared to one and all.....kids, family and couple friendly....cant go wrong

$4 movie tickets are worth waiting for a movie to get here. Theres no guarantee theyll get a particular movie but they generally get the big ones. The popcorn is delicious but, like most movie theaters, the food prices are a bit high. I generally dont buy food as a result. But they have nachos and an icee machine and a decent candy selection. Considering how tiny the theater is, its pretty impressive. Only negative is the doors being opened during the daytime casts light on the screen. Very distracting.

Went to see Star Wars Episode VII which was a blast. The box office was quick and friendly which is how they always are! When I went in to the concession stand I ordered and had my items quite quickly. The theater has free refills on all sizes of popcorn. I was at the film with others. Needless to say I did take advantage of the free refills of popcorn for my party I was with. All in all each time Ive been at Ogden 6 its always been a pleasant experience.

VALUE. We love going here. Its our familys go-to movie theater with refills on popcorn and friendly staff. I lost my wallet here once; went back later and it was safely in the managers office with nothing missing. Ill be honest, the seats and interior look best when the lights are down but we love it anyway. This place fits like an old pair of sneakers or a worn-in baseball glove.

Our family has been going to the Ogden 6 theatre ever since we moved here in 2009. Its always our first choice. Very friendly, helpful staff. The facilities are clean and the seats are super comfy. My husband has long legs and loves the staggered rows so he can stretch out his legs. Great value for the $ and the show times are family friendly.

GREAT place to take kids on a cold winter weekend. Movies are $4/person any time, every movie. They usually have a great selection of kids movies. The only drawback - the place is old and a little run down. its not stadium seating, but one aisle splitting the room in half with a gently downward slope. This spot is a family favorite though!

Less people now days which means more of a wait. We had to go inside by the food to get our tickets, that doesnt give it that movie theatre feel when we have to do that. I like getting the tickets at the outside stand. No more greeter which was really nice before to be acknowledged by the staff. It is clean though.

This is a reasonably priced classic movie theatre. You dont preselect your seats, its first come first serve. You wont break the bank before you get in the door. I took my 2 children to the movies and paid a less $30 for entry, popcorn and their icee drinks-which had free refills. We will definitely be going back.

I took a group of five children to see the summer dollar movie. The bathrooms and theater were clean, staff were helpful and overall great movie especially for the price! Fun time for the children in the summer Eve. For families on a budget. Also, they had booster chairs for the little ones which was very helpful.

Small theater overall but the prices are great for movies due to the fact that the movies a maybe a month old since release. It is an odd layout as the screens are a bit smaller than a normal sized theater, the seats are not considered stadium seating. A nice theater to catch a movie at and H-Mart is nearby.

This local movie house is very accessible . Unlimited parking & entrance is just steps from your car. Showtimes are conveniently set for after work or school. Plenty of Staff & Commissary Stands have a wide selection. At $4 you cannot find a better bargain. Crowd is always on good behavior.

My fiance and I only go here for movies because of the great value, nice service and admirable hiring practices of this theater. The employees are also very nice. Fresh air after other theaters where you need to refinance your home to see a movie and get some popcorn. Go here, its great.
