Popcorn is good and fresh..Very upset as aLONG TIME CUSTOMER. Way before it was remodeled and put in good seats. I was a regular at the OLD out dated original structure. 35 years or darn close to it. Dont have a computer or printer and they never send me e mails in spite of having signed up numerous times. Even though I have a reward card etc and am classic cinema card holder.They refused to honor the free popcorn for Oct cause I didnt have a printed coupon. And they know me. VERY bad VERY VERY BAD! MONEY WISE pennies for you to give me popcorn. Long term I will be going to other cinemas in the future..

Do you want a simple movie experience in a family friendly environment? This is your place to find that...its simple no super technology but reminds me of growing up and watching movies with my folks. Its a cool place and yes if you are curious they do run new movies and offer 3D...oh and you cant beat the price...so its totally worth it. OH and lets not forget free refills for all size popcorn and pop. This is my second time and it keeps getting better

Here is a clean theater, no sticky floors or anything. The prices of popcorn and tickets were reasonable. And they offer free refills for both popcorn and drinks. The theaters themselves are large and vertical, with a great many comfortable chairs. Cupholders are available on each armrest. The volume in the movie I saw wasnt deafening. All in one of the better movie theaters Ive been to.

We see movies regularly at the Elk Grove Theatre. Its always a pleasant experience. The seats are regular, not recliner. We do not mind because it is clean, the popcorn is good and the cost is affordable. We pay $6 a ticket for "seniors." The staff are friendly and efficient. We bring friends and family there occasionally. The sound and the movie screens are very good.

Would have been a five* if they had a soda machine closer to the group party room... As it was there with a large group we had to go to the group room in the back to get our cup and popcorn, and the back to the lobby to fill it, and then back to the theater (right next to party room where we just came from) made for lots of extra steps and lines.

Who are you people? The popcorn prices are outrageous. Ridiculous and unbelievable that you actually think this is a good deal. Are you all used to getting taken advantage of? The only good thing is Thomas at the counter and the free refills!!!!! Wake up. Popcorn in cheap. Gouging is awful.

Pretty awesome little movie theater. I was worried at first because their lobby isnt as extravagant as some cinemas, but once youre in the theater itself its just as nice as any around. Also, on Tuesdays normal movie tickets are only $5 (not sure about extra for 3D or not).

Really need to improve phone info. Then you have to go thru another call and a very out dated beginning that you cant get around. One part...For today press 1..for tomorrow press 2.. ..3 ..4 If you dont reply FAST it goes GOOD BYE Cant bypass

Got there 45 minutes ahead of time only to find out the movie is sold out. Looked on line. Said you cant buy them on line. So with the parking lot empty how can it be sold out? Was told " too bad ". By the staff "...should have come earlier..."

Everything about this cinema is awesome!- - 6 stadium theaters - comfortable high back loungers - great Orville popcorn - coke drinks even caffine free - friendly staff - oh and the price is right - even $5 ALL day Tuesday - whats not to like

It was very clean. Nice and friendly staff. The tickets are super cheap compared with Chicago theaters. Also the popcorn and nachos are cheap too. 4 dollars for a small popcorn. 6 dollars for nachos. And 10 dollars for 2 adult tickets.

This is great theatre. The staff is courteous and the environment is great. This is a theatre that I would definitely recommend this establiment to anyone that want to have a good time at in a safe environment; this is the place for you.

Great pricing on tickets, and (compared to other theaters) okay pricing on food. Unlimited popcorn refills, no matter the size. Typically this place is guaranteed to be comfortably not packed. Staff is very personable.

OK theater chain - the basic advantage is that they offer movies for somewhat cheaper (matinees are just $6). However, the last movie we saw there (Logan) stopped twice and we had to wait for it to reboot.

Nice theater, looks small but its not. Has extra rooms for birthday parties. New movie prices are fair, but I try to stay away from the concession stands. Nice staff, polite and patient.

Great theatre and as always good price for movie going. Still has stadium seating but by far the most comfortable stadium seating for a movie theatre. Concession is standard practice.

Love coming here when I know Marcus is going to be packed. Similar pricing to Marcus and seats arent fancy "Marcus seats" but they are just as comfortable. I come here all the time!

What a nice theatre! It boasts reasonably priced all around! And once a month shows a classic film with discussion. Its easy to miss, so keep your eyes open as you drive by.
