It used to be decent. But the prices are out of hand for a small town and the bathrooms reek. Spider webs, dirty stalls, no toilet paper. Went to a show a few weeks ago and the inside lights never went off. I went out and asked an usher to please fix it and he said, "oh, yeah weve had trouble with that for awhile. We cant get them to shut off." Really? Not exactly what you want, especially when youre watching an action movie. Plus, the sound was terrible. You could barely hear it. Its supposed to be Dolby. Ill go to Yorkville from now on. Better prices, smell and service. Its too bad because I firmly believe in supporting local businesses. Just hard to do that when they dont care about the place.

5 mens room stalls/urinals out of order. Fire alarm intermittently beeping in the mens room. Also smells like rancid urine. Carpet old and black in some spots. No "extreme screen" theater or Dolby Atmos. Very dated decor. Save your money and go to NCG down the road. They have free popcorn and drink refills. This place charges for popcorn refills but drink refills are free. Ushers do not actively monitor the theaters and rely on the patrons to push a red button on the bottom of the stairs if their experience is unpleasant.

This was my 1st time since the cinema changed owners. The seats in the theater were the best seats I have EVER sat in for a movie. I could have sat there and reclined all day long. The popcorn was fresh. The prices were better than other theaters. Their employees went above and beyond for me. I have a broken ankle and crutches so the carried my popcorn and pop and helped me all the way to my seat. I will definitely promote this theater and continue to come to it.

I have gone to wow 7 for over 6 years. But today the service was horrible. One of the young girls was being very disrespectful to a other customer behind her back. Also their small popcorn that comes with a pop for $5 has no free refills, they have a very small sign letting people know they are not free refills but I did not see this and Im sure many other people have had the same problem.

Ive lived in the Sandwich area my entire life, and I am so accustomed to having to drive at least half an hour for a luxurious movie experience. When Classic Cinemas replaced Wow 7, that changed. I dont have words to express how impressed me and my family are by the renovations that have been done and the service we have received. Lets just say Ill be a much more frequent customer. ;)

Very cozy environment. I participated slot this summer.in the $1 movie series with kids. Really impressed how they had more than one theater playing same movie..The reclining seats are awesome. I really like the updates they made at the theater. I would choose this one as first choice over neighboring yorkville..Oh, love the movie coupons as well.

Lights dont dim when movie starts. Twice they didnt have salt for poporn. Blown out speakers. Staff is dumbfounded when is comes to asking a simple question about anything. But its the only one in town. Someone hire a contractor to build a new theater across the street to run it out of business. Good parking lot, I guess.

All new upgrades recently. If you havent been in a while come and check them out. New recliners for seats! Free refills on all popcorn and drinks, including ICEES! My only complaint is I still would like REAL BUTTER for the popcorn. The oils at all movie theaters are NOT good for digestive systems...

I live near the Peru Mall theater and ever since going here I have never gone back to the Peru mall the pricing is the same the theaters are way better and the overall attitude of the staff is so much more pleasant. Finally they have leather recliners as their seats I dont think I need to say anymore

We love this theater. Best popcorn anywhere, prices are better than most, small town or not, and the staff always friendly. The issues that arise so what. We would rather support local small business. We go to this theater as much as 2-3 times per month, sometimes more, and would go nowhere else.

Ok, nothing to brag about. They dont have a lot of movie diversity. Pay for refills on pops and popcorn. No refills on some drinks, you have to make another purchase as if prices arent high enough. For the person who says its the best around, its the only one in the area so that doesnt say much!

Lets face it: its the only game in town. They take advantage of that. Its fine. But it doesnt need to be "better than the rest" because the rest is at least a 30 minute drive away, or more depending on which way youre coming from. But the film quality is fine. So they got that going for them

The tickets are fairly priced, and its never very busy. The teenagers that all work here are unenthusiastic and less than charming. Most of the bathroom stalls are out of order. The theater leaves the lights on during the movie, and the volume could really stand to be a little louder.

Theyve done an excellent job renovating this theater! It was very spacious and there was lots of room in the seats! Plus they had free refills on the popcorn and soda! Took my 5 and 3 year old to see Despicable Me 3! They loved it too! The screen was great quality as well!

They suck because we went in to the Annabel creation and he asked us for our ID and there was a 17 yr old and and 18 yr old and a 12 yr old and they said do all of you have ID and we said no because we didnt think that we would have to have our ID to get into a movie

Just saw "War for the Planet of the Apes". The new owner is really turning this cinema into a first-class place! Electric reclining seats and nicer than surround-sound! When the explosions took place, you could feel it all around you!

Renovations have continually been occuring since reopening. The renovations sometimes leave a dirty appearance but the competitive ticket prices and new seats, bathrooms, and paint greatly improve the theater from the terrible Wow7

This theater is mediocre at best. The service is poor, snacks and beverages are overpriced, and not to mention the fact the movie projectors in use will glitch out mid way through the movie and display a poor quality projection.

Edited my review to 5 stars because Im so impressed with the remodel upgrades. Came to see new planet of the apes. The place is looking great! I LOVE the seats. The self serve is great with free refills. Will be back.

Newly renovated and beautiful. 7 screen theatre showing all the new films. Free refills on all sizes of popcorn, soft drinks, and Icees, not to mention comfortable and new luxury recliners in all of the theatres.

Congratulations to Classic Cinemas for their purchase and renovation of the Cinema 7 Theater. The management and staff are professional and courteous and the theater has never looked better!
