first let me start off with the good stuff. Regal has amazing food. And when i say amazing i mean it, they make there food taste so good. There soft drinks are so tasteful making my taste buds overfill with taste. There super Tuesday is great, not so crowded. There a wonderful place to see a movie. Regal also has some downfalls such as people sleeping during a movie, kids running around all the time, people with horrible attitude, and wet slippery floors. Ive have came to regal since i was a little boy and i would always like coming here, but the last few couple of months Ive been questioning if i should go. I would always argue how this regal theater is one of the best ever and that none of friends should go to the other theaters because they had bad quality. Turns out regal is starting to go down hill with that bad quality. Regal is good, just please try to increase customer satisfaction.

To start, the good: the seats, sound and picture was all really good. As for the bad: We came at the absolute busiest time on $5 Tuesday and it took half an hour to get tickets than another half an hour to get snacks. All registers were open but the workers werent really moving through the lines quickly. I had enough time to join the membership club while waiting for snacks, however the free popcorn vouchers have to be printed in advance at another counter. Even worse when we went to get a popcorn and a $2 drink, the cashier ran the order as a combo and charged us for a regular priced drink. There wasnt any way to return and get a refund because we didnt get a receipt so we had no proof. In reality, most of this could have been avoided by by going on in a less busy day.

Purchased tickets online for my son and a friend. Arrived at the theater and, after waiting in the line at the ticket counter, they were told they could just go to the ticket taker. No problem at the ticket taker. They then waited in line to get the "free" popcorn and buy a drink. When they finally got to the front of the line, they were told the online ticket could not be used for popcorn unless they go to the ticket counter which is where they started. So much time had passed waiting in lines that the boys purchased their popcorn and headed into the movie which had already started and only had front row seats available. Moral of the story, dont purchase tickets online.

The prices are, sadly, the norm for this area so youre dropping almost ten bucks per adult. The concessions always seem to move slowly, but the popcorn always tastes fresh, if they could speed up the transactions it would be great. All of the theaters have stadium-style seating and comfortable seats. Many of them seem rather small, but they always put the big draw films in the bigger auditoriums. My main complaint (and why Ive started going to other theaters if I can help it) is that they run the audio WAY TOO LOUD. I know theyre trying to drown out idle chatter and annoying cell phones but in action movies it can give you a headache.

Seats were nice but got their 20 minutes before movie start they only had two registers open for condiments 10 or so ppl in both lines waited for 10 minutes only to have the register go down with 2 ppl left instead of opening another register they had us go to the back of the line on the other register I wouldve had to wait for another 10 ppl and would miss beginning of my movie so I went in with nothing terrible experience probably wont be back

Restrooms need attention to the details, no soap, electronic faucets are automatic / battery powered need batteries replacement, the sensors do not work & it does not activate the running water to wash the hands after restrooms used.. common concession areas are full of popcorn smoke, poor exhaust vent extraxtion when continues cooking pop corn.

Its a movie theatre. Nothing special. The few times I have been there it was pretty well kept never real dirty, some NOT all but some of the employees did not have and kind of respect to others not even as us being a customer just as a human being. Also every Tuesday the have a 5$ movie ticket which is not limited. You can see any movie.

While some theaters the screen feels shaky, this one was crystal clear and stable. No complaints about sound either. Clean and safe. Been to Marcus Cinema in Gurnee and I agree with another reviewer that this one is nicer. Front desk attendant was completely efficient and knew exactly what he was doing.

Clean, friendly, everything works, not over priced its a quality movie theater no holes in the stalls, no homeless sleeping in the back row, Paul Reubens isnt winking at you between the coming attractions, no choppy prints of anaconda and no meth addicts popcorn farts what else could you want?

The entrance, movie house and rest rooms were all nice and clean. The best day to go is on Tuesday, for half price, being a senior citizen. The munchies are still exorbitant prices, but then again, when werent they, even after over 50 years ! ( So best to BYO ! )

Love this theatre!! Just moved to area in October, and we only see movies at this one!! You can get a reward card, and after seeing 2 movies, or so, you get free popcorn, soda, or candy! Have found it to be comfortable either by the temperature, or the seating!

Great movie theater. Im surprised it wasnt packed on a Saturday night. The only thing that bothered me were that the restrooms were not the cleanest for public restroom standards. Also, I saw two overflowing trash cans that could have been dealt with.

I have been coming here for quite some time now that I dropped Gurnee Mills. The place is usually a lot less busy and has less rude/inconsiderate customers. The rewards card is nice and occasionally I get a free movie or popcorn/drink.

Not a crowd at all and the seating was plentiful. Confession prices were a bit ludicrous, but thats the price of entertainment. Worth the time and cash to enjoy a evening with family watching crazy action with even crazier surround sound.

Great theater, its the main theater I go to to see movies. The staff is always pleasant, helpful and friendly. The temperature is comfortable, the sound isnt too loud, and the seats are comfortable. Good hot dogs too!

Favorite theater no doubt about it. Popcorn is great, service is great, place is clean. Sometimes the volume is a lower than Id expect but I really cant complain about anything, theres just haters in the reviews!

Wonderful experience you can ever have, very helpful and kind staff. I love how clean the place is and the managers go out there way to make sure you are satisfied. plus the movie was great!! Win Win!
