Id probably go to this theatre again if the sound from other movies didnt bleed into the room Im watching another movie in. And thats a shame because the rooms are built like a colosseum with a lot of seats including those that rise really high with a screen just as big. There are also a TON more food options than the usual popcorn and drinks (wont comment on price because you know the drill with these theaters) but the fact that they cant keep the sound from the other rooms out plus the fact I have to pay up to $12 to sit in some dark room with a bunch of strangers I have to hope will be just as quiet and undistracting as me dont get my hopes up--not to mention that Im hoping and praying just as much that the movie itself (even the awful trailers they show) wont be a waste of my time and money. Until they fix the sound problem, Ill stick with NCG, who by the way, charge me a max of $8 per screening and provide free refills on just about everything (with great deals on certain days thrown in).

I went to a movie with my wife and 15 yr old son. The movie was to be family friendly with little profanity. I would prefer no profanity but that isnt always possible and am willing to tolerate it if the movie has good lessons, etc.... What I do not accept or tolerate is the profaning of the Lords name. I know Im not alone in this. Unfortunately I dont have control apparently of the previews they show. My family was subjected to a couple of horror previews that we had to close our eyes and endure. Then a preview came on that cursed God. WHY! Why cant those type of previews not be allowed? If they are going to be played why not with movies of R" ratings and above. The previews turned my visit to the theater as an unpleasant one.

No concealed weapons allowed? So we law abiding, trained, legal citizens who have a cwp can be sitting ducks just like in Colorado because we arent allowed to carry. But of course the liberals still think the criminals will obey this sign. You know the same criminals who break every other law even though its against the law. My family and I wont be back because I wont be a sitting duck. I have had a cwp for 19 years and take training courses every year just to stay refreshed. Most of my training has been from law and military instructors. I should have the right to protect my family.

If you want to go somewhere where you feel like the only one there, go here. The crowd isnt worth my time. Every time we go we have the entire theater to ourselves. The popcorn is too expensive and its always a disaster. We couldnt even hear our movie because they wouldnt close the doors. We heard babies crying and kids screaming. It got very annoying. They either need to close the doors or turn the volume up. The customer service sucks. Sometimes I wonder if theyre just depressed or if theyre even living.

I had my Godson for the weekend and I just wanted him to have a great time. We decided to see power rangers. It took us exactly 36mins to get a kids popcorn/candy combo. We missed the beginning of the movie because the theater had 4 registers open during the busiest time on Sunday. Also when I purchased the tickets only one guy was on the register and the line had at least 30 ppl. This was at 12:45. Hello! Power Rangers and Beauty and the Beast is playing! This was a terrible experience.

Horrible acoustics! I hate going to movie premieres at this theater because of this..unacceptable. I have spoken with several managers about how low they play the soundtrack and I just get glad-handed. Makes me not want to go back. The mid-range (dialogue) sounds like its being played thru an AM radio station. For as much as they charge for their seating, I expect more for my money, as I might as well stay home and watch it on my home theater when it comes out on Blue-Ray.

Every time my husband and I got to this movie theater he pays $8-$10 for a large popcorn which I have to tell them to throw away and give me a fresh one. They try to give me popcorn that has been sitting in a warming cabinet all day and seriously taste like paper. There is never enough people working behind the concession stands and last time we bought tickets there the guy at the front couldnt lift up his head long enough from snapchat to speed up the process.

Your standard movie theater. Its hard to get to so if youve never been there before you can get lost (either drive behind the mall, of which there is a movie inside as well not to be confusing, then drive behind the Costco and behind the other restaurants. Or you can drive past all that and go down the back way near a hotel of which is kinda hidden) but its not a biggy. Clean and kind service.

This is my favorite theater in Spartanburg. Yes, its expensive but it is well worth it. Its like being at home, the seats are so comfortable and the place is always clean. I have never seen any of the problems some other reviewers report of purse-searching or seat over-selling, though I am sure it can happen with 1st night movies. I wait a few days anyway because Im not wild about crowds.

Saw movie @ 1:05 in theatre 7 today! I cant tell you the movie was I could only hear a movie playing on my right which there was entire concession separating. Started with Taylor Swift Song with 4 other songs and sirens playing. Had my niece not been with me I Would have flipped. I even tried to get the attention of the attendant that walked in twice. Not worth it.

The FBI sent out a warning in March 2012 that movie theaters, and malls, will be the next targets for mass shootings. As long as this theater has a NO CONCEALABLE WEAPONS ALLOWED sign posted at the front door, I advise you not go there. This theater even unconstitutionally asked to search my wifes purse when we went there to see The Bourne Legacy.

I love this theater mainly because its really close to me. I can use the fandango app for tickets, and I can use mobile tickets at the theater so I dont have to wait in line, or pick up tickets at the counter. I love the stadium seating, Im just not a fan of putting butter on my own popcorn, but thats all movie theaters these days.

Horrible experience with sound going in and out and moving cutting off. Other customers mention same thing happening before and second time trying to see the movie. Manager never came and spoke to us and we were given free tickets after asking for about 20 mins about a refund. Find a different cinema to go to, not worth the trouble

Really Great Theater. Concession Prices are what you expect if you visit Theaters a lot. The seats are good and the screens are beautifully upgraded along with the times unlike other Theaters. All in all a great place to watch new release films. Only issue I have is not as many Fathom Events as they sometimes advertise.
