I only gave this theater one star because I could not give it a zero. This theater is not sanitary or safe. Went to see The Giver a couple months ago and will never go back to this place. There were HUGE HOLES IN THE CEILING! Looks like it could have been due to water damage because there was many other discolored large spots on the ceiling. I was very concerned it was going to collapsed. I cannot fathom why they would continue to use this theater when it appeared this way. Is this not considered a safety violation?? The seats also felt greasy like someone took the popcorn butter and rub it all over. Tried to find manager to discuss this concern about the ceiling but no one was available. Very disappointed.

I believe Hickory Point 12 was built in the early 80s (may be wrong). Chain Movie theaters like Hickory Point killed the historic ones not being able to show 12 different movies at once, only one or two at best. I remember fondly seeing Return of the Jedi at Hickory Point 12. Sadly nothing has changed as far as renovations. Its like they spent their money building it , and promptly left. The ceiling tiles are stained, the seats are old and outdated, the concessions are ridiculously overpriced. If your dying to get out of the house and are too lazy to drive else where this is the place I guess..

Went with the family yesterday. Girl at the front counter was indifferent about taking our money. Then I go to the snack area and order a small soda and popcorn from a girl who never said one word to me. The total came to $13.25. $13 for $0.10 worth of popcorn and maybe $0.50 worth of soda?! Are you effing kidding me?! Then they dont even pour it for you anymore. Wait in line once for the register, again for the self serve fountain drinks, and a final time for the popcorn station. What a joke. My last time setting foot in this theater.

I had hopes that AMC would improve this location, but I guess the AMC brand is not what it used to be. Other than self service soda and popcorn butter (just another line to stand in) and jacking up the popcorn prices even higher ($8 for a small) they have not made any improvements. They even left the 20 minutes of advertisements before the movie starts. Go to the Avon or they dont have want you want take a road trip. The Clintonian Eagle is a nice option. I am done giving this location a chance.

SOOO...MUCH BETTER !!! Its so much better since the theater moved the seats foward. You auctually have some leg room. You dont feel as tho your knees are up ur nose. Now....if theyd make the seats just a wee bit bigger, that would be GREAT! OR...if theyd make the chairs rock, like the theater in Spfld. IL. Anything improved in the cinema is much appreciated. It hasnt been updated in yeeeaaarrss. Why does it ALWAYS....smell like burnt popcorn??!!

I loved this theater. It is where I saw Independence day and Men in Black for the first time. That was during the first release too. Not a reshowing or something. We would drive into Forsyth from Clinton to see a movie and drive back. This is a terrific place to spend a hot summer day. In the air conditioning enjoying a movie with your grandparents. I dont think anyone else except grand parents live in Clinton or Forsyth.

New seats were nice and things seemed a little cleaner But the biggest complaint I have is the movie never starts on time. Showtime said 10:45 We had my 2 year old grandson with us At 10:59 the video started. Then 20 minutes of previews before the movie started. Then the sound was so F-ing loud we had to ask to have it turned down . By this time our grandson was restless and upset. Wont be back

Since the change there havent been many good movies for senior ladies. It is all shoot em ups, transformer and outer space junk or pure trash in my opinion. I would like to see at least one movie every week that makes you feel good when you leave the theater. I want to come but there is nothing worth watching.

The prices are to expensive on everything. The kids that are supposed to work there dont pay attention to the customers. It is always dirty in the whole building. I mean lobby, bathrooms, and theaters. The need new staff that will actually work for their pay.

I have been going to this theater for many years. I have witnessed the head manager be terrible to the workers several times. She yells at them and is even rude to the customers. As long as she is managing this place I wont be returning.

Absolutely the worst theater Ive ever been to. From the fact that the place is nasty, to the fact that the screen looked like it was about to fall off the ceiling and the projector was flickering a ton the whole movie.

dissapointed...entire place is dirty, staff acts like they dont wanna be there but their probation reuires a job, ...woh is this place even open!? and prices are crazy expensive...0.5/10...will not be back!!!!

This theatre needs some serious updating. Concession was terrible, their sound system was so bad, i could hardly understand what was being said. The seats are shabby...dont waste your money here!
