Being 100% honest Viewers....AMC & others big guys like AMC.. their tickets are around $200. There quiet, more choices of foods, candies and beverages and lets face it... Its a bigger place to spend $200 on a movie......BUT WHY???? this place had food, (kinda high tho) , people were nice, real talk, Security..very visible, and yes ( lots a talking thru the movie at times and cell phone can be lit up everywhere) and I believe theyre working on that part tho....BUT ..for me ...heres the ...HIT!!!! Tickets @ Cinemark Lanaster.... less than $7.00 people ( for the Exact Same Movie at the big guys place). Really now ask yourself, does it matters... hahaha bring you someone to talk too and cut your phone on as well.. See you at Cinemark..

Worse theater in the history of all theaters ever built! The staff and age of the theater doesnt cause this problem....THE CONSUMERS DO! Price is good, concession is good, customer service is good HOWEVER the paying customers SUCK and the make the entire experience HORRIBLE! Ghetto, tacky, loud, rude and disrespectful! Its a good-enough theater for me to catch a Sunday matinee with my children, but my wife and I opt to go north in order to see opening night movies! Id rather use the gas and pay the expensive price for the ticket than to sit next to someone AGAIN who is going to hold an entire cell phone conversation about their mom and brother who just got out of jail... No thanks - I pass...

This is not a theater for a relaxing family night or a fun date. As a matter of fact, it’s better avoided on nights and weekends altogether. Although the management does seem to run a tighter ship lately, the chances of running into unruly kids or teens is just too high at those times. When we went to see The Loft, a man brought his ten-year-old son who was probably more confused and bored by the plot than he was scarred by the sex or gore. I also recall a six-year-old girl in the audience, which is typical for the families who frequent this joint. The prices are good and the food is no higher than at other theaters. But go during the WEEKDAYS. Fairly warned be thee says I.

Great for the price. Cheaper than other theaters. Glad to see they are doing renovations. It needs more attention on being kept clean. If you plan on purchasing concessions, go extra early. They never have all the registers open (even on Friday nights with new movies opening). They rarely have the back concession stand open. The lines are always long. They sometimes open a cash only lane but dont have a sign up so Ive seen several people wait in the line only to have to go to the back of another line. Their concessions procedures need a complete overhaul.

Stopped coming here when they would not let my friend who forgot his wallet in to a movie. I found this odd as I am 34 and he is 32. So we went to his house in mesquite to get his wallet. Then just went to the theater in mesquite guess what we did not need his Id for that one. I recommend never going to this one if you care about customer service or anything else for that matter. But if you have your Id and dont care about getting problems fixed at all. This is the cheapest theater around. But they dont give a damn about anything else.

My Whole Family have been coming to Cinemark For Over 13 Years and Every time ITS WONDERFUL AND EXCITING THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF IS AWESOME. THE SMELL OF THE POPCORN MAKES ME WANT TO FLOAT TO IT JUST LIKE A Cartoon Character, The Prices and Combos is VERY REASONABLE and FAIR. I Even Drive way To North Dallas To Pick Up My 21 Year Old Daughter to Come to Cinemark 14 in LOVELY CLEAN BEAUTIFUL DESOTO ITS WORTH THE GAS WE HAVE SO MUCH FUN AND MY WHOLE FAMILY BE HAPPY AND SO SATISFIED. WERE COMING AGAIN TONIGHT.

People are friendly enough and the price is right for the matinees. Weve attended out there several times as is close to where we live. The bathrooms could use a bit more attention, and the projector is almost guaranteed to go off somewhere during the movie. It has happened several times. I will be going there again this evening, knowing what to expect. It isnt a place I would "want to work," nor could I give it an excellent review, but it is a good value for the money.

I dont know why everyone is saying it is so dirty. The theater was very clean in the bathroom, lobby, arcade center, and the actual theater room. The theater had a really cool retro feel like an old threater, but it was NOT creepy or smelly it was cool. No rats or mice. The staff was polite, the tickets were at an awesome price about $4. My only complaint is that even though the concessions were good they were a little expensive.

This theater has relatively inexpensive ticket prices. That is the only good thing I can say about it. I took my girlfriend here to see a movie for the first time and the theater is pretty outdated. It smells bad and the local low class groups frequent the theater. I had to punk out several young wangsters who were disrespectful. Needless to say I wont be going back. I guess you get what you pay for.

I had the worst experience ever there. If I could I would give it 0 stars. The employees are rude and unprofessional. The theatre was dirty and had a strange odor. Especially the so call manager Ms.Falukner who was very unprofessional. I dont understand how with the unemployment rate so high do these individuals have jobs. I will never return and I will be contacting the corporate office.

This is a decent theater for the price. I dont go here nights or weekends, so I cant comment on that. It is great though, for taking the entire crew there, since the prices are great! For these low prices, I dont mind the small theatres or older seating. For those of us on a budget, or for someone that enjoys a good movie at a great price, this is a good place to go.

Mr.hecks and the big boned lady at ticket window are racist. Stay away from this location. Its always dirty with foul smell there. Food tastes expired. Theifs always walking around outside trying to look in vehicles. As far as restroom. Need toilet paper refill all the time. Dont know what the manager be doing but seems lazy. 7/12/2017 2:30pm

I like going to the movies here because they have new releases and the tickets are way less than other movie theaters. I can take my family of four and pay about $21, and matinee are far less. The only downfall is that there are too many teens, but there are cops making sure that the crowd does not get out of control.

Only wish theyd have a strong policy about teenagers hanging out , if not watching movies than need to go . The last time we were there watching a movie several young men behind us were very loud during the movie .. overall you get what you pay for , so its just a theater to go see çheap price...

Really Bad Cant Even Find A Seat went to speak with management told us they could give us a refund but we had to wait in a long line in the cold would not recommend at all would not even give 1 star bit had no choice the officers there need to work on there people skills last time I come here
