I want to start off by saying the only reason why they are getting two stars is because my daughter turned 5 and was just completely satisfied with being able to run through the arcade and ride on the bumper cars. Her happiness trumps everything else. Besides that the service of some of the employees was horrible so when we first got there myself my mother and my 73 year old grandmother were bringing boxes in and out of this building while two of their male employees sat on the counter behind the cash register and watched us walk in and out of their facility with these boxes. It took me to say something to them for them to even acknowledge that we were bringing these boxes in and then the only thing he did was get up prop the door open he didnt offer any other help after that or the rest of the time that we were there. When booking the party they give you the option to add additional people to your package for a fee they also tell you no outside food or drinks allowed in the building the only thing youre allowed to bring his cake and ice cream. They have pizza and drinks included in the package. When we got there we discuss the arrangements made over the phone. I informed her on the phone there was going to be an additional 10-12 people. I asked for 4 pizzas. So after discussion we found out that they do not have the accommodations for any more than 12 children (people really) to fit into this space and then that they ordered our pizza from dominos after telling us that theres no outside food or drinks allowed as if they have means of out of food and drink. You only get the space for two hours. My party was at one my pizza did not arrive till 2. Also the fountain machine is down and if we want our guest to have drinks we have to purchase them out the coolers. Powerade is $2 and the little juice are $1.50 a piece. We were supposed to have a party host/hostess instead ended up hosting the party ourselves. Then the when we try to address our issues with the "manger" she proceeds to tell us that it is this way because it is the winter and not the summer. Also that things are going to be different next year. I did not understand what this had to do with my party at that moment. We still ended up paying full price for the party and additions. There were no apologies or any attempt to make it right on their end. Needless to say my child will never have a party there again. And word of mouth can be the best or the worst advertising.

This is a great place to take your kids. They have everything you would want to do from bowling, arcade, go karts and more. The restaurant part of it is where this place is majorly lacking. Good food but lack of service is the reason I will not be back to eat. Please take time and read my experience below! My family and I spent an hour and forty minutes in the restaurant portion of this place due to errors from the beginning. We waited at least 15 minutes for our drinks. After about twenty minutes and our kids telling us they were starving, we finally received our appetizer after first being brought someone elses. After we finished our appetizer, we were asked by at least 5 different servers if we had received our appetizer, which was at that point still sitting on our table. We finally received our food, well our kids received their food. Once our kids were finished with their food we received the cheese pizza we ordered. I guess it takes a lot longer to cook a pizza then wings and chicken tenders(thats what the kids ordered). After our meal was finished we asked for the check. After waiting which seemed like for forever, we FINALLY got the check. THE WRONG CHECK!!!!! They gave us someone elses bill. So once we got our servers attention(which was no easy task), she apologized and said she would bring us the correct check. After watching her carry out other peoples order, we realized we were not her first priority for what ever reason that may have been. She then came back to our table after another 15 minutes and asked if another girl brought us our check, we told her no. So then we watched her again thinking "yes she is bringing our check this time!!" NO, she continued to take other peoples orders out and help other guests!!!!!!! So at this point we were pretty upset, we waited another ten minutes. Then finally our server came back and brought us the correct check! This was not worth the $50.00 I spent!!! The lack of service and confusion and total CHAOS was too much. It would take a true miracle to get me to come back to the restaurant portion of this place!

I only went for putt putt, so I cant say much for everything else. The front desk attendants were lazy and in a bad mood. Neither of them greeted us and I actually stood at the desk for about 10 seconds before the sleepy lady sitting down even said anything to me. I wasnt looking at the menu or anything... I was making eye contact with her and she didnt say a word. Regardless of the poor customer service, the putt putt is just completely run down. For 7 bucks a game, you would think they wouldnt have cuts/holes in the courses or broken bricks around the edges. Many of the courses had loose bricks that werent in place. My sons friend tripped as he stepped on one and it rolled out of its place. A few of the larger water features were broke and even the ones that worked look extremely sad. Everything is faded from years of no attention. There is a gaudy plywood shack built right in the middle of one side. There were a lot of people there, so its not like they dont have a stream of cash to fix this. Anyways, I am extremely disappointed in my experience and will likely never go back. Final thought... most of the holes were very simplistic with very little challenges. One par 2, was maybe 10-15 feet long without any obstacles... it is a sad place.

im from louisiana. i visit here all the time. today 8-1-15 i spent about 300 knowing that my kids live the go karts an bumper cars. the main reason we come. this time they claimed my 9 yr old daughter was not able to drive because of height. i accepted that even thou she has done so on many different times. but thry was a young girl the samr height as my daughter driving . she was whitr. when the girl got off go karta i stood her next to the girl to show they were the exact same height. they refused to let my daughter drive and was very nasty about it. they.vlaimed there was no supervisor on duty and no refunds. yes i flashed out because of the racist worker who refused to let my daughter drive. who wouldnt. no one was willing to help and didnt give a damn. im a sucessful business owner. i can afford to pay these under minimum wage workers a yrs salary today. i wont bring my kids back here ever!. im not racist. never have been. went to school with 90% white people and never had one problem. very upset with this issur.
