We have been there several times before and truly enjoyed it. but yesterday was a joke. So many features were broken in the big kid play area, the tube lines were shut down, the burgers were way over cooked and the food is too high priced for the quality. $15 for a sundae are you kidding me, we just had a $3 ice cream at silver wood that would dwarf their $15 idea. They were out of spoons, out of whip cream, it took over 20 minutes to get food and we were the only ones that had ordered anything. The family tube ride only had two tubes available which made for long lines. I dont mind paying good money if the quality is there.

We went as a guest of my sister, who was staying at Silver Mountain. I have 4 daughters, 3 of whom have special needs. One, a 10-year-old, is not a strong swimmer and wanted a life jacket to make her feel more comfortable. Sadly, the only life jackets available are for small children. I asked at the front desk and was informed that Silver Rapids does not have ANY adult-sized life jackets. I was disappointed not only for my 10-year-old with special needs, but also for any adults who are not strong swimmers and any other people with special needs who may need that little extra measure of safety and comfort.

This resort looks great from outside as well as first glance, but at $251/ night is is lacking the amenities of a real resort. Everything from the linens to the hide a bed mattress to the pillows were the lowest quality possible. We are here for the water park and it is spring break so maybe that is the expense, but if you are going to charge first class prices spend the time and money to make it a first. Lass experience. Was at a Red Lion last night and it was 5 star at $89/night compared to this place. What a let down, me, my wife, my kids and my back expected more.

They lied ! Hours are no longer 10 am to 10 pm ! 10 to 8 ! One reg hot dog is 6.99$ Hamburgers 9.99 , 18 $ for a 16" pizza ,water 3.00$ beer arm & leg .. yes you will find rude nasty drunks inside with your children or grandchildren ! Youll find over zealous lifeguards that are bullys except when it comes to drunks ! A private cabana is 160 per day . Most of the staff do not have a clue on what to say or do as most are on a smart phone or chat with anyone ! Never again ! D)

This place is a lot of fun for the whole family......when theyre open. Please call to find out their hours before you waste your time driving. Do not trust the website. We have driven 60 miles round trip on 2 occasions as their website said they were open when they were not. When we stop in the hotel to inquire, they are less than helpful. Customer service at its worst.

This is a great place for the whole family. The condo was awesome, the water park was a blast, and the kids had an awesome time. The adult drinks were nice and strong too. Great value:price ratio. We will definitely come again!

Great place for the young ones. Both my kids absoutely love it! Son is 5 and daughter is 14, and they always want to go and never want to leave

so fun, how can anyone rate it poorly. Obviously best time to visit is in winter otherwise you are better off hitting silverwood waterpark.
