This place was horrible. We are visiting from Canada and went for the day. Came 7 minutes to 11 and so we paid and walked in, they made us come back and stand in the heat with 8 children 5-14 years old for 6 minutes because they wont let anyone in from "10:30-11" , whatever. Life guards were nothing but rude and blew their whistle for every thing someone did- like when I "crossed the rope into the diving portion" to go help my 6 year old cousin swim back to the side so he could take a breath. They wouldnt let us take water bottles into the pool, my grandma had to yell at the women to let us. And when she told the lifeguards that 5 people around us were bringing in food and eating it and they wouldnt even let us have water bottles the lifeguard saw one lady wasnt there and said she "wasnt going to wait around forever" for her to show up so she was going to let it slide. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

This place is nice, but the employees only enforce the rules when they feel like it. My family arrived and our bag was searched 4 times! We were told no outside food was allowed. My Husband said Okay no problem, He took the stuff back to the car. We knew the Sandwiches we had brought for our 5 kids would be gross by the time we would be leaving, but obided by the rules. We walk in and put our stuff down and there were kids seating at the tables eating McDonalds Happy Meals and a Large Family across from us eating Fruits, Trail Mix, and soda! I went to the desk and ask about it and the Girl behind the counter told me they must of gotten their food for the the concession stand, they do not sell McDonalds there!!! If these are RULES, everyone should have to obide by them. Our family will never return and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Fun place to take the family. The prices are perfect. It was our first time here, I love the different types of pool depth options. I love that the life guards were very attentive but not exaggerating. I have 3 kids and it was very easy to keep an eye on them in the kiddie pool and splash zone from where I was in the medium depth pool, since my kids can swim. Everything is so safe for kids. We really had fun. Only complain is that the pools need a good scrub they feel very slimy and slippery. The water looked clean and blue but its the bottom that looked yellow. Other than that we have no complains. Clean changing rooms. Great job on everything, thank you.

This place WAS great to go. My family grew up loving it until... Weve been coming here for the last 5 years and never had issues BUT this year the guards kept blowin the whistle for things that we werent use to... being a parent of 6 I greatly appreciate the "safety concerns" but there is an exaggeration point.

What a fun place! We noticed the Aquatic Center while strolling the amazing Civic Center Park. The following day, we took the whole family and enjoyed this very beautiful water park. We enjoyed the slides, high diving boards and sunning ourselves. The parking lot is a Palm Tree spectacle :-)

The times on the website are not actual times they are open for water play. Came at 9 when Website said opens at 8 and came to find they dont open kids water playground until 11. What a let down for our kids.

I had so much fun here and I love the slide. The pool doesnt have steps but it still gets deeper. There is also a little kid section for kids and so many spots to race and jump off a diving board.

This place is cost effective. The staff is nice and the place is beautiful. Weve been there twice and both times it was a good experience. Only negative is there isnt enough umbrella tables.
