This course is awful. Every hole is a straight shot with a slight change in elevation (Excluding the 8th hole), the majority of the grass is dead, and theres a grumpy old coot who, instead of politely informing you that everyone in your group needs a bag, comes out and screams at you! This guys needs to retire! Hes a real piece of work. Also, while my group was golfing at about 3 PM on a Saturday, the grounds crew was watering the greens. Who waters the green while people are golfing??? We had to wait for them to finish before we could continue. Your money would be much better spent elsewhere! Even if its a few bucks more!

Not the most challenging course, every hole is pretty much dead straight and fairly flat with no hazards. Good for beginners looking to work on longer shots and accommodating to single players. Its pretty quiet too, except when planes fly over. The course itself is unfortunately not as well maintained as other metroparks courses, with large patches on several fairways with barely any grass left.
