Randomly walked past this place while strolling the Stockyard. I love wine so figured wed stop in for a glass. They advertise having Happy Hour Monday through Friday, but we came in on a Sunday and they were offering happy hour on drinks, $5/glass, all day! So score for us! Since it was a Sunday, the place was pretty busy and crowded but we were lucky to have snagged a few seats at the bar. There were two young ladies working, apparently it was the last day for one of them. They were very helpful and recommended the Ghost Wine (dry red) that we ended up ordering...and loved it! The beau also ordered some snacks (meats and cheese) as well. On this day, there was a duo performing live music as well so our entire experience here was amazing. They offer flight samples too but we only came for a quick drink.

I love coming to this place! My friend brought me here a few years ago and I go back monthly. I love the wine and how they continually bring new ones in. The atmosphere is cozy and sweet and it tends to cause the hours to fly by. I will say they do seem to be understaffed. Almost every time I have been in there it is one worker with many different people causing things to move VERY slowly, which in part causes many people to wander in and not be able to find a seat. So I do wish the manager would consider changing and investing in more employees. Otherwise, when they are not too busy I fall in love all over again.

Bought their groupon for the ghost tour for my parents anniversary. You can only make a reservation online if you buy through them directly which is double the price. If you use the Groupon you have to call and make a reservation so I called, and called 19 times to be exact with no answer and even emailed them. I ended up having to pay on their website for 2 more tickets even though I had already bought on groupon. Very shady business practice. I was even planing to go with my significant other at a later date, not now. I can assure you that.

What a darling little place! Decorated in true Texas-style, Cowtown Winery welcomes you to the Fort Worth Stockyards. They do wine tastings, wines by the glass, & wines by the bottle! Plenty of dry reds & whites to choose from, a few ports, & even more semi-sweet fruit infused wines. Seasonal slushies & mulled wines too! Friendly, knowledgeable staff who pride themselves in going above & beyond for their patrons. I reccommend this place to everyone I know!

Warning.... no restrooms. Who sells drinks and does not have a restroom? But anyway, good selection of wine (house brands) a bit on the sweet side but good. If you catch the 30% off the price is not bad. Like others commented not enough staff. Will we be back, yes. But you will likely find us at Grand Cru instead.

We have probably walked past this several times but this time we saw it and went in. Small shotgun place but the staff was so nice and so helpful. The wine tasting portions were the biggest Ive seen (yes, everything is bigger in TEXAS!) and we found several delicious wines.

I love coming in on Friday nights when they have live music! Great local musicians set a nice mood in this home-away-from-home winery in the Stockyards! They also have great happy hour prices all week with glasses at only $5!

Tracy is the rudest person I have ever been waited on at any of the establishments in the Stock Yards, I would not go to this winery as long she is employed there. She is the short red hair lady.

Wine was basically sangria but there were some good ones. expensive bottles. Cheese plate was all store bought cheese packets on a paper plate. not worth ten dollars at all.

Really cheap wine and not a cheap price. We thought maybe the initial bottle we ordered wasnt a good choice however the second choice was equally as bad. Skip this place
