I got to say Im pretty upset by they way they handle the things. I was in the market for a venue for my wedding. I called and ask if a specific day was available. They said they had a ballroom that was $1000 holds up to 300 people, but was unavailable but the offered me another ballroom (much bigger and better) for $2500. That wasnt the budget i wanted so i said no and was about to hang up. But she started to say that the $1000 ballroom isnt 100% yet and the person booking is coming to sign the contract and wanted me to wait. I didnt think much of it and she called me Saturday saying that they $1000 ballroom is available again ( something about the person didnt come to sign the contract.) so i said thats great and we will come in to take a look at the venue. she said to call before coming. so i called her that following monday to book and she told me that she gave the ballroom to someone else.. Honestly thats fine because i didnt come in and signed a contract yet, but she should have at least called me to let me know that it has been booked.. I was so upset. and she said she would give me a discount on the bigger ballroom. Her words were" I GIVE YOU $3000 ballroom for $2500. when i clearly heard $2500 a week ago. After hearing that i was upset and didnt want to deal with her company anymore. I am not the person to go and bash someone and their company, but I am planning for my wedding and this is very important to me. I feel as though i had wasted my time.

I had my wedding here on August 12, 2017. The owner Demanded on my wedding day that I give her $1800 immediately after already being paid in full. Trust... if she wasnt paid , she would have never decorated or allowed for rehearsal. She will find a way to not give you your security money back! She demanded this money while my ceremony was going on. All of this happening after she got paid in full for everything and its entirety. This lady is money hungry and has no compassion for anyone. She threatened to shut down my wedding and call the cops on my husband because he stood up to her and disputed what she was saying. All this during my wedding! We asked for only two more tables that she originally said for $40 at that day and Then changed to $180 a table. During the serving of our food we paid for two waitresses to serve, she told them to stop and do not serve anybody anything.Judy was very demanding at that time and only wanted to be paid in cash. After spending over $8,000 she demanded money on MY wedding day after being paid in full, she threatened to call the cops and shut the place down during such an important day and intimate time of my life that I was sharing with my family and friends. Do not go here if you want a smooth wedding. Crooks!!

I will not waste so much time but go straight to the point. The hall is beautiful no doubt, but the owner you have to be really careful with her. I had a very bad experience with her on my wedding, advise never pay her cash, please everything you do with her give her checks or pay with credit card. She will make you believe that she giving you a great deal, but the truth is she is not, and also dont wait till the last minute to start looking for a hall, because you can check other places for a great deal. She will offer Caterine for additional money refusing you to bring yours, she gets Mexican and pay them cheap. She will also offer a Bartender for extra charge and tell you that you cant bring yours. All she does is try to sell everything individually besides the thousands of dollar one has paid already. She went to the point of telling me she will call the police on my wedding day if I dont pay her cash. I refused to pay her cash because I would like receipt of every transaction that I make, I paid her with check. She loves money more than she understands English. Again nice hall, but wicked and money hungry owner with a nasty attitude. If its possible look around other places before you sign a deadly contract with her.

DO NOT LET THE LOOKS FOOL YOU. This lady is a fraud. This place is overpriced and they charge you for 11 hours of use, nothing less, no negotiation. Even if you accept the terms, expect an extra $700 to be added to your price off rip. Shell make it sound like cleaning is included, but thatll be an extra $200. Youll also have to pay a $500 damage deposit on top of the $1000 reservation deposit, neither of which she will tell you until you agree to a contract. Terrible business people. Only reserve here if money isnt a problem for you. Youll see her response below trying to justify her prices after she just told me she refuses to rent the place to me even if we paid her more money. She called our conversation a "waste of time". Thats the customer service you can expect as well. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. She also has two other locations on Pleasant Hill Rd., about 5 minutes from this one. It only goes downhill.

Attended a wedding there a couple weeks ago. Absolutely beautiful! I was a guest but have officiated a number of wedding in many places. This was on of the most beautiful and elegant I have seen. The centerpieces for the reception was awesome.

The outside grounds dont look that inviting, it needs maintenance. Inside is nice, depending the theme of the party. Place is spacious inside for sweet 16s or quinceañeras.
