Cool room, worst escape game experience ever! Our game master either did not have audio capability to hear us or was taking a nap because he was unresponsive to our requests for hints and 2/3 times gave us a hint to "look at something" or "work on something" that we had already looked at/worked on. He also was an absolute dick wad when he came to show us the last step to get out of the room (since we were one step away) and rolled his eyes at me for not properly unscrambling the letters of a puzzle when they, unlike every other escape room Ive ever done that requires addition/unscrambling/etc., did not provide a whiteboard. Overall, the game was not cohesive. If you are an expert level gamer and enjoy having zero instruction or guidance outside of your wildest imaginations and the uncanny ability to pull appropriate actions out of your anus, go for it. Otherwise, steer clear. ...Put THAT on your Google SEO plan!

Decent establishment in the ever-growing escape room phenomenon, but just me personally, I enjoy more dramatic jump scares. Trap doors, things coming from the ceiling, maybe a surprise blackout and when the lights come back on, something new has appeared or moved, etc. They only have a few tidbits like that, and not as galvanizing as Ive seen in other places in Atlanta. As others have said, its mostly just opening locks. There also needs to be audio communication, not just visual, between the staff and participants during the game. Just flashing messages on the TV has delayed us anywhere between 30-90 seconds after we asked the question, and thats precious time in an escape room! Overall, a solid B. Really nice staff and I appreciate that the owners are always trying to improve and up their game (no pun intended).

We did the Houdini room. We had tons of fun, both with the theme and the puzzles. The puzzles had good variety and the aesthetics immerse you in the atmosphere. Unlike some escape rooms, this one was not linear, so different people could look at different things simultaneously. For this room, a group with escape room experience would find things a little easy, but a group that is less analytical, small (2-3), or inexperienced would have an appropriate challenge. My only knock on the game is that some things could have been unlocked without actually using a clue because they are able to be opened by guessing. But I would rather have that happen than have a game which is just a series of combination locks. Overall, fun and intense.

Great entertainment for teens and adults alike. Working as a team to find clues that will solve the mystery - within an hour. So many themed rooms. Helping Agent 007 save the world was awesome. So was the room of the Pharaoh - my son and his friends have done 3 rooms already. They are already planning to do the rest of them this summer. What an awesome place. Had my sons birthday party there. The groups are small, but everyone works together and at the end you have made new investigator friends and cant wait to come back. Love the management and the details put into each situation! Can you save the world in an hour? We did. But Houdini died. Well try him again later.

We really had a great time! Ive been to a room escape in the past that left a bad taste in my mouth, due to the puzzles being incomplete, and the establishment adding additional time for money being super gimmicky. Weve done two rooms now at Three Keys and the clues, puzzles, and experience have been all very different. The rooms were very well themed and not cheap. Everything felt fresh. I loved how they watched and gave clues when needed. I felt very taken care of, and you can tell they really care about you having a good time. We solved both rooms with the time allotted. I definitely recommend!

Really freaking awesome. I was skeptical about this because it sounds kind of lame but after spending almost an hour in a small room with 6 of my coworkers Im convinced theyve tapped into some kind of higher entertainment experience that does something to people. It was like being in a movie and yoy really get to know who the dumb people are. Fortunately for me I was arguably the dumbest one in the group and we escaped. We did the sherlock Holmes room and werent disappointed at all. Nice guy running the place too Tom I think was his name. Cool idea for work, family, or friends.

Wasnt the best escape room Ive ever done. The Pharoahs room seemed a little cheaply put together, low grade material and nothing to solve that was high tech or unique, mostly just locks. Also there were no word riddles just number codes to solve, so it didnt feel as challenging even though its their 4/5 room. At the end they dont do a recap like other escape room, which we were disappointed about, they just come in and ask if you have any questions and quickly whisk you away. Other places have done a fun recap to tell you what you did well and what went poorly.

We arrived not knowing what our experience may be, it was a blast! We chose the Sherlock Homes room. As a family we love playing games and working together, the thats what you had to do, to find each clue to lead to the next clue, and finally slovenly the puzzle. Yes, we found Sherlock with 14 minutes to spare. The staff was wonderful explaining all the rules and how the game is played. I highly recommend this for familys with teenagers, teen or adult church groups We will definitely be back for the next adventure, Houdini.

This place is AMAZING!!! We came to do the Sherlock Holmes room on Saturday and had so much fun that we came back on Sunday and did the Houdini room. For us the Houdini room was a bit more challenging, but had some really cool features that Sherlock didnt have. We are looking forward to tackling the Pharoahs Tomb next. The game master is GREAT at giving you clues that help you figure things out. The Staff is so friendly and welcoming and just want you to have the best time possible. It is truly a unique way to spend an hour!

This was my first escape game ever, so my wife and I didnt really know what to expect. We did the Sherlock Holmes escape game and had an absolute BLAST! We had the best time! The room was decorated so well, its like youre stepping back in time. Some of the puzzles dont appear to be that hard initially, but when you actually dive in and try to solve them, let me just say, it challenged us. We didnt make it out in 60 minutes, but we had a great time and will definitely be back again. Great for date night!

My girlfriend and I were asked by one of her friends to go to the Three Keys Escape Game in Suwanee. She promised me it would be a fun time. We wound up meeting up with 2 other couples who had been once before. They recommended the Finding Sherlock Holmes game. We had a great time trying to find the clues but our 60 minutes quickly ran out before we were able to figure them out. I will definitely go back again to try my hand at The Pharaohs Chamber!

Fantastic experience!!! Excellent staff and tons of fun. Very clean and safe facility. I went with 1 friend and we were paired with another group. We all had a blast in Pharaohs Chamber. I was surprised at how elaborate and decorative the room was. I love challenges, and it was certainly a challenging escape room. I could even do it again, but I cant wait to go back to try the 2 other rooms: Finding Sherlock Holmes and Free Houdini.
