In planning a bowling outing, I contacted this establishment on Monday, August 10, 2009, to inquire about rates. I was told that Wednesdays were "dollar game nights." My party of 5 (including my 5 year old daughter) drove 20 minutes on Wednesday, August 12, at around 7pm to bowl. Once there, I was told the rate was $1.99 per person per game, not $1.00 as I was previously informed of. I explained to the attendant that I had phoned and was given other information and VERY politely asked her to honor the price I was quoted. She would not. Even though the error in the matter was theirs, I then asked her if she would split the difference with me since I was willing to accept some additional cost to bowl over what I had been quoted since we were already there. She would not. Her husband joined in the discussion at this point and likewise wouldnt budge. Their logic was that they had already charged everyone else who was bowling the $1.99 rate so they must charge me the same. They either lacked the decency or the ability to recognize that no one else had been baited into coming at a lower rate as we had. Ultimately, on principle, we left rather than pay the higher price, much to the disappointment of my daughter. I urge you not to patronize this establishment. If you do, you will essentially be rewarding people that, in my opinion, dont deserve your business. Rather than find an amicable solution to a problem they created, the employees refused to compromise. They decided that making no money off of us at all was preferable to admitting the error, apologizing for it, and accommodating a potential patron who was very reasonable and very composed. Had they taken this later course, I would have been impressed with their conduct and doubtlessly given them my business in the future. Instead, Ill make it a point to try to spare everyone else the kind of headache I experienced by relating what happened.

Its really stupid that you cant rent lanes by the hour, instead of paying a ridiculously high charge of 5 dollars a game per person. So, if you have a family of four and want to bowl three games each, your willing to pay 60 dollars!!?? to go bowling?? We went and asked to bowl one game for three people, had our own shoes and balls. The woman, at first, charged us 16 dollars, and then decided she charged too much ... charged us 10 dollars for three people. At the sixth frame, the scoreboard cut off and she decided that she didnt charge but for two people. We walked off and left! AWFUL service and a big waste of time, to top it off , the place was FREEZING cold. Love the new decorations and updated look, however, you need to fire the staff and not try to pass the "new look" renovations charge to your customers! I wont every bowl there again, and Im a serious bowling fan and player!!

Ive been here twice now. The first time I came we waited about 30 minutes ( no lie) to even pay for our game because the lady behind the counter was gossiping to the lady in front of us. When we asked her if we could pay, she said one minute. We came back because they offer the kids bowl free and I figured it would be fun for my 5 young children. While paying the same lady was there but was on the phone with some one cussing up a storm. One of my kids rang the bell and she was very rude about. During our game I had a question and when i went up to ask, once again she was very rude (shoulda saw it coming). Its the only bowling alley near us (we live in northern white county and its a 45 minute drive to get there) so it would be nice if it was actually worth the drive.

Im giving them one star only because zero isnt available. Staff is rude. We are from out of town and asked about league bowling specials, as we are members of USBC. The attendant (with a huff and eye roll) informed us that they didnt recognize anything such as that. If we want to bowl, we are expected to pay full open bowling price. It was a Sunday afternoon and the place was empty, it isnt like they had people waiting in line. Its standard professional courtesy to recognize league bowlers with discounted rates. The attendant obviously has no vested interest in the success of the bowling center.

I always have fun there, and I love the entire staff. The bowling, especially the cosmic bowling is cool with three huge drop down screens that play a great variety of videos. The laser tag is two stories and themed like a jungle. I love playing that with family and friends. It is fun and a pretty good workout if you play hard. The arcade has all great and new games with a really well stocked prize counter. I find that if you go there expecting to have fun, you wont be disappointed.

The atmosphere of this building is out dated and dirty, the lanes need staining and waxing , the multiples times I have been here I have received poor service from this establishment also was charged .25 cent for a cup to fill water up at the water fountain... had no ice as well .25 cents. Although the lane and replacing of the pins were pretty quick I will not be spending my money here any longer, seems as if the establish puts little to no effort to maintain a clean facility.

This bowling alley is outdated. Doesnt look like theyve got down and waxed the lanes in years. A good remodel of the bowling center in its entirety would be a great booster. Also, the gang activity in and around this place can be a problem. Kids in groups, no parents, hooting and hollering, making scenes. Its not the best location to be. I make the drive up to Yonah in Cleveland if I ever get the need to bowl.

The bowling and arcade were great and the idea of the laser tag was good but they put you with a bunch of other people and didnt watch the match at all. While the girl "working" doing her "job" and flirting with her boyfriend I was pushed down the slope that takes you upstairs, my lip was busted, and they hit me in the side of the head with the lazer gun. So I would be careful about going here if I were you.

This place is a waste of time, not only do the employees have a combined IQ of a bowling pin but they could care less about customer service. They havent updated their website in 2 months and will not honor the prices listed. Combine all this with the fact that the place is a dump and is located in the middle of the hood your better off going somewhere else.

They locked our Party in the laser tag arena for five plus minutes to the point That we called to tell them to let us out and then the lady just says ok and hangs up...... Also the gun that i was personally using kept giving me referee warnings so i asked what was up and he goes idk. Though i will probably return i urge you to contact their custoder service.

Overpriced. Unclean. Terrible staff. ALL of them were very rude. The lady at the bowling area was talking to people while we were in line waiting for about ten minutes to get a game then she told us we had to wait on someone else. The ladies in the arcade were playing on the games instead of helping customers. Awful!
