my review of Orbit. If you have not heard Orbit just got a make over a month ago. The rink before was nice but now WOW this place is great!!!! The place has a BRAND NEW SKATING FLOOR!!!!! not just repaired but all brand new!!! I couldnt believe it when I saw it. They put in new carpet too!!! which looks really cool. The snack bar has been redone looks more up to date than before with new tile. The whole building inside got a new paint design. It gives it a fresh retro look. The bathrooms got a make over too. My kids love the BRAND NEW RENTAL SKATES. The music is still the best in Dayton. They play a good selection to make everyone happy. They even put in a new sound system and light show. All I got to say is check this place out. You cant go wrong with the price. The staff is friendly and they watch over the kids. You can really tell the owners really care about their business. Ive seen other reviews of this place which is sad people have to try and bash a business but this place is more than 5 stars. You have to come out and see for yourself.

The roller skating floor needs some work. It is a very rough. Small area to skate. Half the roller floor is taken up with a jumpy house. The jumpy house is very out of place. Over half of the lockers are broke or unusable. The kids that are there are not supervised well and will run over your smaller kids that want to skate too. Just watch you kids closely. The bathrooms are not the cleanest by far. A lot of the Music is not oriented to the crowd and a lot of the times is a little more mature than it should be on family days. Top 100 that is age appropriate would be nice to hear. All in all not the best place to skate but the staff is nice and the price is very competitive. I did not share the same experience nor agree with the Racist comments by TJ.

We just hosted our sons 5th birthday here. Everyone on staff was so accommodating and the party turned out GREAT! We had two hours of private skating, we were able to use our own music, keep the lights on for the little skaters, and the pizza was delicious! Mike was our point-of-contact while planning the party and he even turned on the hockey game on the projector during the party! The rink was very clean, and the party was resonably priced. Very much looking forward to hosting another party here someday!

While the events here were fun, the arena is dirty and gives the impression of high crime nearby. Everything is isolated, including an pesudo-entrapment area at ticketing. Inside is spacious and decorated in a fun manner, but the bathrooms are abhorrent and the entire experience will leave you feeling unclean. It has a ton of potential though.

I took my 7 year old there this past weekend with my hubby and our other 4 year old daughter. We had other family members meet us there and we all had a BLAST!!!!! The music was awesome, the employees were pretty friendly......tad bit dry buy friendly. I wish the rink were just a tad bit bigger, but it is what it is and it was fun!!!!

Its cool that the kids have fun on their own way on weekends but it really is quite embarrassing that every time I go on Saturday nights there are a billion kids... Some fighting n getting pepper sprayed by security, girls changing clothes, people stealing shoes and kids still lingering around after 12 am?

Turn the damn base down! I can hear it in my living room! Im tired of having to call the police all the time. Try and be a friendly neighborhood business and not a business that everyone that lives near you hates. If the base keeps up I hops the City shuts you down!

Had a great time at my childs private birthday party. Dj was great. Staff was cool. A little issue but it was miscommunication. Just wish with the amount of money you pay you get the place longer

Good to see kids doing something on a Saturday night and not running the streets. They have security guards. Fellow skaters were considerate. I would take my kids here again.

I wish the place would keep the base down. I can hear it through my whole house and over my tv! Plus I never see a diverse group, I wouldnt feel comfortable going there.

The place is a public nuisance. My kids were chased home by some of the kids hanging around outside. We can hear the bass in our living room late at night.
