I am not impressed at all with this place anymore. It seems like they arent maintaining it very well. Just a few to name... Inflatables not inflated enough.. Foam flooring coming up.. Not many balls in the ball pit.. Doesnt feel clean.. Brought my 2 nieces and my two daughters here because they wanted to play dress up. Of course once I get in I realize they took all of the costumes. Today is laundry day... Dont come on a Monday at 4:00. Also asked for a balloon since it is my nieces birthday and he said no. Just plain no. I have been here before and purchased little balloons. Also they have a big helium tank sitting on the counter. I waited about 10 mins to purchase a drink because no one was at the counter. We will be going back to catch air from now on even though its further away it will be worth it!

My sister in law had my nephews party there this weekend (I am writing this for her b/c she wouldnt) and we not only were 15 late getting into our party room and had to wait holding ALL of our gifts outside of the door but also we were kicked out of the room over 10 mins. BEFORE the rented time was over, due to them having to decorate for another party. My nephew didnt get to open one single gift while we were there and my sister in law paid extra for the upgrade package. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED and WILL NOT be coming back-- not even for a play date, let alone another party. As we were leaving I heard another mom complaining about her sons party not starting on time and being cut short also-- and the staff just ignored her, too.

Brave Kind

This place went from the most amazing kids spot to a dump in less than a year. The original owners sold it and the new owners clearly have no concerne for safety or a love of children. Outlets are uncovered, the sharp corners are missing padding and some of the padding that remains was attemted to be repaired by screwing into the foam and this is just in the 3 and under area. Yes you heard right, metal screwed into foam. The floor padding is uneven and sticking up causing children to trip and fall. The bouncy house are falling in and some of the pieces are not properly mounted. I even found several huge bugs that I could not identify. The balls are all crushed or missing. Its just filthy now.

Horrable time the Ac broke and had fans going the whole time was really hot spent over 400 dollars for them to have a reservation at 12 and set up when someone else was try to leave and packed up 15 minutes early because the book rooms back to back need a 15 minute window to accomodate packing and unpacking parties so other than that people were nice and on pointe just bad management the owner needs to spend money on upkeep and service of all his stuff the whole Hvac was old falling apart and looked broken in other areas to me just seemed like bad management good employees great concept bad coordination good luck

I love this place!!! The staff greets you as soon as you walk in with smiling faces and are very kind and patient with you. One thing I do notice is that one or more of the staff members is always walking around picking up toys or the ball pit balls. The floors are very clean the bathrooms are kept miraculously clean for a kids place! I really highly recommend this place to parents looking for a way to spend their kids birthday parties or simply just to get the kids out of the house on a Saturday to have some fun, burn some energy, and socialize with other kids!

I thought I was the only one ! This place has declined in upkeep ! Toys in baby area were not clean or looked to ever had been sanitized! The security is bare minimum! ANYONE could walk in or out with someones child! The staff lie about prices, try to over charge! They are also rude and dont care. Are they under new management is what I asked myself this weekend. Im actually reporting that business. Theres no way they can be licensed to be open with so many safety hazards. Lets Get this place Shut down before it gets out of hand !

Daughter walked in healthy, caught a bad cold and an ear infection 2 days later. She does not go to a babysitter, so theres no way she got that from home. Same thing happened to our friends daughter. They should re-name the Pitball Area as the health Pitball Area. Are those ball EVER sanitized at all?!! My wife found a used band aid in the pitballs! And in a previous review, the owner says that cleanliness is their priority. I dont buy that. Bottom line: we are not visiting this place again!!

My boys absolutely love this place! They have recently made some upgrades that have taken it from good to great! They added games, a new bounce house and moved the concessions to the front. They function much better and offer a lot more food choices and places to sit. The staff is always very friendly to us. We have been to a birthday party here as well. It was so much fun for the kids and seemed very organized. This is our favorite place to get the wiggles out!!

Have been at this place two times and both times upset with the way they treat parents For kids it is fun any place like that But this place is so money greedy. First time I came 20 min before closing as I did not know the operating hours they charge full price. This second time they charge my card but did not give me receipt, very unfriendly when asking them questions. I would recommend to spend your money where they appreciate You as a paying customer.

This place was great a few years ago when it opened. Its an absolute disgrace now. Dirty, not maintained, inflatables out of commission. Virtually NO balls in the big ball pit that kids slide down (fast) into. There used to be several staff members walking around; looked like one teenager was running the whole show the day we were there. Wont ever be going back. Save your money and go to Kids Up.

I took my daughter there and I was expecting there to be a bigger area for the toddlers and it was very tiny. The toys there were very old, some broken and little to no staff monitoring the kids. They were older kids 7/8yr olds running around in the toddler area and causing a lot of trouble and rough housing the little kids. Liked the concept of the place, but not worth it.

Everland Play is a clean and Great facility! I bring my daughter here often but when I threw her party there the manager Janeth rushed us out the room before our party was over, and was very rude and disrespectful to me, my daughter and party our quest.

Everland is such an amazing place for your kids to come and have a good time. The staff cleans every second and they are very nice. When you need help, someone is always around. Good luck trying to leave because your kids wouldnt want to.

My 2 year old daughter loved it. Great, clean & safe place to release some energy. And they have costumes that kids can just dress up to their hearts content. The crew are also very helpful and attentive. Thanks guys!
