Most of the attractions are alright, but dont expect good service. The kids that work there seem miserable and will rarely help. You will spend most of your wristband time waiting on the staff to let you on rides, and when they do show up, they are annoyed. No one that works there is friendly, actually. Also, they ALWAYS shut down attractions outside very early, so dont expect to use your full allotted time on your wrist bands. If they close at ten, that really means 915 or 930, so dont even bother trying to get your monies worth. The website usually has outdated, bad information, so be careful about that too. This place is fun, but they need some help with morale, customer service, and providing inaccurate information about closing times and hours.

Very over priced. When we went they also shut down the go karts because a bday party group was coming and this was after we had just stood in line for a little while waiting to ride. The people from the party should have had to wait in line like everyone else. Also the 48in height limit for the inflatables is ridiculous. My 6 yr old son was so upset that his sister who is only 8 couldnt play with him because she is tall for her age. I understand wanting to protect the smaller kids but make an age limit not height. And they could have made an exception for those playing with younger siblings. So after spending a fortune there and then having a child in tears because of a stupid height restriction we will never go back again.

Very nice facility. Great indoor arcade. The positive part of the review stops there. Management of this facility is lacking. The park was not staffed accordingly. When we arrived they had 4 employees to cover the entire facility. Employees also had poor attitudes mainly because they had to cover multiple areas. The go kart guy covered putt putt, and bumper boats. Food court was an absolute joke. The employees where not trained to prepare food or even take an order correctly. It took over 20 minutes to order a cheese pizza and there was no one in line in front of me. Every person we talked to had the same opinion. These issues can be easily solved by simply managing the facility properly.

My family and I went to Funopolis recently and we were extrememly dissappointed, I could not believe how mean the staff was. They were not friendly like one would expect. Most of the employees just looked angry and were very snappy. We also encountered a major problem with being overcharged and talked to a man that said he was the owner and he actually agreed that we were wasting our time by talking to him. Nothing was done about our situation, not even an apology. They really do have the potential to be a fun place for a family outing, but if the staff does not change their attitudes, people will notice and stop going. I know I will not return.

We had purchased a coupon off Groupon. ..at the time I thought it was an excellent value. I would of been very upset if I had paid full price. Two of the major rides were closed down for maintenance. Place was run down. Arcade didnt count points accurate, so the number of tickets you won were incorrect. The employees were young and could of careless about the customers. It was obvious they didnt want to be there. Overall all, was not very impressed. We will stick with Stars and Stripes for future entertainment.

We decided to take our son and a friend here for his 6th birthday this year, and what a great decision it was! There are so many things to do here – bumper cars, bumper boats, go karts, mini go karts, laser tag, bounce houses, water balloon fights, and all the video games you can imagine. We got a Groupon deal for two inside/outside wrist bands for the two boys, which was a great deal, so check Groupon before you go! Even without the deal, prices are reasonable for an arcade.

My husband and I enjoy going to this place on a Thursday afternoon at like 2pm. There are hardly any children or other people, we have full access to almost any game/activity, ...BUT... and this is a HUGE BUT.... the young staff are miserable with poor attitudes and even worse service. We still enjoy going, but those little brats that work there need an attitude adjustment!

Great place for the whole family. Been to several childrens birthday parties there and theyre always fun for the kids and super easy for the adults. The staff couldnt be more polite and hard working. The one time we had a problem there, the staff was on top of it and got it all sorted out. Ill be playing mini-golf there long after my kids are gone. Thanks Funopolis.

Kids love the place. With arcade games, laser tag, a few small carnival rides, mini golf, bumper boats, and awesome go-karts and track. Lots for the whole family to have fun. And holiday attractions like Santa land, and the awesome haunted trail in October. They host parties and business groups. Would make for a great company outing.

Awesome place to spend the day with your family. Nice, clean, everything looks new and works. Food at the snack bar is amazing. Definitely will be back with my son. He really likes the rides and games. Went to a birthday party there with my son & the kids had a blast. Will recommend to everyone.

Kids loved it. We we there all day with the all day wrists band. (FYI the video games are not included in that price) Down side they were extremely under staffed so we had to wait around. We still had family time in a family environment.

There couldve been more staff on hand. Purchased the 3 hour pack that comes with food and a $5 game card which worked out great. Pizza was good. The nachos sauce was not Spivey. Clean space. Great for family fun and especially children.

Four stars only because they need to upgrade their card system. It frequently does not work and requires you to continue to take your tickets to get them counted. Newer arcades automatically count the tickets for you.

Was our first time with almost 8yr old the staff was very friendly and the hot pretzel was fresh and loved the refillable drink cup thats reusable!!!! Cant wait to go back this summer for outdoor rides!!!!!!

Had my sons birthday party here and the experience was great! It was a bunch of 3-5 year olds, so maybe the expectations werent that high, but all the kids were very happy.

I came on August 15th, place was basically mostly shut down for season because of help going back to college. I probly came at wrong time of year.
