HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO! I would give this place less than one star if I could. The staff was appalling. I went on Friday, June 3, 2016, during the glow event. This was my first time going to any Skyzone. When I walked in the door, it was packed. The line was not even a line, it was a mob of people trying to find out if it was their turn or not. The girl at the front desk was scatterbrained and slow. Behind her was some girl just standing around. Youd think if a place was packed, youd open up another register and help, right? I guess not. After the SLOW, horrible process of checking in, my friend was told her bright orange shirt wasnt "neon" enough and had to pay for one of their expensive shirts that, to me, was the exact same color as the shirt she had on before but thats the least of the horrible experience I encountered. Next, I ventured up into the trampoline area. This was just a bunch of dangerous trampoline squares that didnt even allow you to be close to your friends. I waisted my RUNNING OUT time, taking turns for certain, individual activities. HERE IS THE WORST OF MY EXPERIENCE!!! I sprained one side of my ankle and fractured the other side. In this dark, hardly able to see, section of trampolines, I waited a good ten minutes to join a team. As I made my way to the first square, my foot got caught under a padding that was not properly pushed down, twisted and sprained with the high bounce, THEN got stuck in between the springs and fractured the other way. This excruciating pain was treated by RUDE employees who came to me, SCREAMING at my boyfriend to get away from me and off the trampoline as they tried to stand me up, saying "Youre totally fine, just walk on it." Mind you, if I would have walked on it, as these "trained employees" recommended I would have had permanent danamge and walking issues for the rest of my life. After finally getting my concerned boyfriend to carry me off the trampoline in a SAFE manner, I was tossed a bag of ice and an iPad to be signed. After that, no employee checked on me or cared, they just wanted me out of their sight. They have all my information and an accident report and I havent gotten an email, a check up, an apology... I am in a cast for three months and therapy for a few months once the cast is removed. This is months of no work, no driving, and no life for months due to this horribly run businesss lack of safety and customer service. I am disgusted with this place and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor, save your time and money and DO NOT GO TO SKYZONE! Find a safer business who respects their customers, their customers safety and treats them professionally.

Weve been to the one in Ft. Lauderdale and had a great experience. We decided to try the one closer to us as we live in NE St. Petersburg. The place was a mess and there just wasnt a good vibe about the place. What made matters worse we were sitting in the food court area and out of no where a ball fly past the netting (that goes almost to the ceiling) and hit my mother in the face. It hit her so hard that it twisted the frame on her glasses and she had a terrible migraine. The associates say what happened as it happened and took their sweet time to attend to her. One associate took an incident report as the assistant manager Quinton just put his hand on her shoulder asking if she wanted some water. I got pissed and asked to speak with the manager because it just seemed as if no one was trying to do anything. The manager had already stopped by our table (which I didnt know she was the manager at that time) when the associate was typing the report up and told them they were needed else where, not even addressing us. When the manager came it was clearshe just smiled as if she had no idea what happened. When I told her what happened her response was "Oh, no. Really?" When I got even more upset that no one was trying to do anything about my mother who at this time was having blurred vision the manager said she understands my concerns but she went and spoke with whoever was over there and told them to not kick the balls so high or hard. I looked at her crazy because how did you not know what happened when you first came but then all of a sudden you spoke to whoever when it happened. Then I asked what is the protocol when something like this happens. She said its never happened before so she doesnt know. She also said usually we give you whatever you want from the food counter to make you comfortable. Quinton then added that if it was a little kid they would give a slushy. My mother gets hit in the face with a ball and all they want to do is feed us!? They then added we can give you 30 minute passes for the kids to come back. I told them I will NOT be coming back here so its pointless. I dont feel safe. We were away from the play area and still managed to get hurt. I didnt want to create a scene so we simply got our things and left. Its clear the associates there do not know how customer service works or what to do when someone gets injured on the premises other than take an incident report. If you do decide to attend this facility make sure to look out for random flying balls that can still fly OVER the netting thats in place to catch them.

Will not be going back! The sign-in deal took 4-ever and after I entered all my info it didnt work, had to do it again... Took 15 minutes just for that. Then I paid my daughter and I to jump, $34 for one hour. Had to buy their socks cus ours arent good enough? A little pricey, whatever. But the best part, I cannot jump with my 4 y/o girl because its not "safe" for me to protect her because adults with kids represents a threat! Meanwhile 8-10 y/o kids weighting in at nearly 200lbs are plowing kids down and are the very reason why I wanted to protect my 50 lbs daughter! Now, I have gone to these kind of places a lot in Colorado and never had a worse time. Even when she was 3 and got hit in the head by another kid. The place is big enough, just give me one area to jump with my daughter. I had to argue with the manager who was the enforcer for the strict guards that stand around, staring at every kid and just waiting to tell them "dont stand there, dont touch that". The place was the ridiculous outcome of too much P.C. correctness and past fights. These is what we get when nobody wins!

Had a birthday party for my kids there- very unorganized. Staff was misinformed and one had an attitude when I expressed my issues with the party. My kids didnt get to open their gifts. I was told by staff they dont allow gift opening there. The manager told me they allow it but theres only 40 minutes in the party room. Room was hot, hostess was running late which cut into our party time, and we werent allowed any extra time, even though there was one before the next party. Lots of yelling and rushing. My elderly grandmother ending up crying. The jumping was great- the facility is nice- but everything else is a disaster. The manager tried to rectify the situation by giving me jump passes, and was really nice, but it was already too late. I wont be returning for anything- Ill be giving the passes away. The whole party felt the same way.
