My stay was okay. The Representive at front desk when i checked in was a nice Guy and professionally helpful,but the Toliet when you flush it made a loud sound plus i just basically tried to overlook that small issue. The housekeeper was neat and pleasant. No room service for food each time i had to go out and get something to eat and im partially disabled that was an inconvience but because the room was ok i dealt with it. Checking out the Hotel was my worst Experience i showed my State and Federal Government ID and it wasnt enough for the younglady at the front desk so i asked why she was very rude to me when she explained and i was pretty much aggravated so i went and set down in the lobby to get my Driver license Which is Another Government ID a total stranger in the hotel saw that i was Disabled and how rude the younglady was to me and quoted to me ask for a manager and i told them angry as i am i just need to leave this establishment after all the small things i overlooked and will call back to speak to who is in charge and write a Blog What im Doing Now so people can hear and picture your full service of your stay because i was furious with the disrespect and exceptions i made for the Staduim Hotel by Calder Race Track Address 21485 N.W. 27th Avenue Miami Gardens, Florida 33056. I have stayed here many times in the pass for relaxation never had poor Service like this ever i thought after so many years they would have upgraded by now. Still No Food Service and now a Rude Rep to check you out unbelievable helped me out then presented the Other goverment ID FROM THE STATE and she gave me my Refund this company needs to Evaluate Employees very well because all it takes is 1 individual to mess up your company reputation. Until i speak to Someone in charge or there Corporate Im never staying there again i prefer to go to much more Quality Hotels from now on with room service and vending Machines and great service checking in and out my Hotel room

my last stay was horrible. The only reason I have 1 star is bc it doesnt allow you to give 0. Ive spent too much money in the past at the stadium hotel to be treated the way I was during my last visit. They have BED BUGS. I was bit my second night staying there. Even after the incident , I didnt make a ruckus or even get angry. Instead of getting a refund I simply asked to be moved to another room. It wasnt until the front desk staff were so rude to me that I became upset. they said they couldnt bc they had a big group coming in that weekend & they were all booked. All they could do for me was change the sheets. Luckily there were 2 beds in the room. I think they just didnt feel like changing my room bc right after I was informed they were booked my sister called to make reservations the same say. Not to mention, When I called down to have someone check it out, a guy came up , literally looked at the top sheet & told me he didnt find any bed bugs. YOU CANT SEE BEDBUGS W THE NAKED EYE. I went to the front desk to see a manager myself & they told me she was "busy". I then went to the doctors to confirm it was bedbugs that bit me. When o bought bck papers to show the manager the front desk agent still wouldnt allow me to see her. My boyfriend called very upset & finally got through to a manager who didnt seem very apologetic. Didnt bother to come speak to me or anything. I will say the housekeeping lady was amazingggg. She was the one to come change the sheets when I called the manager & even after came by every morning I was there to see how I was feeling. I am now looking into a lawyer bc a friend of mine recently had a similar experience. They to her the same, they didnt find any bedbugs & all the rooms are booked due to a big group coming. Its not right. DONT STAY AT THE STADIUM HOTEL!!!

Im not exactly sure where all the negative reviews come from for this hotel!!! My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights this past weekend for the Miami vs FSU game. We made our reservation a few months ahead of time. Our room was on the 4th floor, overlooking the racetrack.. From arrival to departure our experience was great!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Not sure if our room had been renovated already or not, but it was very clean, organized, and nice. Room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, flat screen tv. Bathroom was very clean. Plenty of towels and they also checked with us each day to see if we wanted a cleaning/service. The pool area was very nice, and the water was also clean. The lobby is very nice as well. They had a BBQ on Saturday out in front of the hotel and the burgers were fantastic. The absolute ONLY slightly negative, was the fact that the 2 elevators they had working during our stay took a while during peak times. But the rest of our stay completely over rode that negative with positivity. This will be the ONLY hotel we stay at in the future when we go to games at Hard Rock Stadium. Excellent experience and highly recommended

I only stayed one night worst hotel EVER! The toilet makes a loud continuous noise when flushed, Air conditioner sounds like it swallowed a cat, beds are hard, bathroom was dirty had hair all over and tub was filthy! The next morning I went to check out and the front desk clerk checks me out and once I ask for a receipt she tells me my other days are non-refundable. I ask to speak with a manager and she tells me also that they require a 48 hour notice of cancellation and if I notified anyone of my issues, my response I am now thats why I dont want to stay. She offers an upgraded room but then tells me if I have any issues one I accept it I cannot receive any of my refund that was earlier stated was non refundable! The manager and clerk were so rude! The told the manger that I just want my money back and would find somewhere else. The whole staff needs a class on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

A great place to stay and an outstanding value, too! We stayed in two clean, fresh rooms with balconies overlooking Calder Casino & Race Course and Sun Life Stadium right next door. It is a thrill to watch the horse races right from our balcony. All the staff is friendly and very helpful. Handy location just 5 or 6 miles from Adventura, Hallandale and Hollywood beaches. Located next to the Florida turnpike so you can get to all of Miami and Fort Lauderdale quick and easy because Its located right on the county line between the two. Very nice pool, miniature golf and other amenities are included. The hotel grounds are huge and well cared for with great views from all the rooms. If you have a car you have unlimited possibilities. Without a car, your options are very limited. I would suggest having one. Parking is free and easy.
