I went here around 1:30 to watch the new guardians of the galaxy and the manager sold us tickets for a movie that started at 12:30. She never told us when it started and I didnt check the time until I had already bought my large popcorn, and my boyfriend had bought a large drink and nachos. After we had started getting our drink we checked and noticed that the movie was an hour in. So we went back to the counter and they were able to change the time but our new movie is at 4 so we are going to have cold nachos and popcorn. To me this service was very poor because anyone could have since enough that people dont want to see a movie that is an hour in and I have now waisted about 10 dollars in food.

Not much of a pl Pleasant one. Went to see "it" in top left row. a women and male had their 2 infants and toddler. very loud and wouldnt stop. @Carmike 12....why are we selling tickets to a family,knowing bloody well. They have babies,infants and toddlers with them?! In future,if you decide to sell anyone with children. Please alert them before hand that A. its an R rated movie and B. any type of complaint from them before and during they will be asked to leave.....I wasted 30mins of my life trying to enjoy, A couple left,few more followed behind and the peoples kids whose making all the noise during.The father had an attitude.Like its other people fault for leaving!!! geez smh

Went today to a viewing of Me Before You. As a hard of hearing individual Ive always relied on captions. Today the caption thing they provided didnt even work and I missed all the jokes, the laughs, and was generally unable to even watch the film as I couldnt understand what was going on and left the movie disappointed. I returned the caption thing back to a staff member but they were indifferent and blase against my complaint that I could not enjoy the movie as I couldnt hear it. If this is how you handle disabilities, then I wont be back. After all, I want to watch a movie not sit dumbfounded as those around me laugh at jokes I cant hear.

Clean place BUT they need to get rid of the seats up front, PERIOD. Its hard to justify spending $40 (without drinks, etc.) for a family of 4 for a mid day showing and have to break your neck to TRY to even watch it. You cant watch a screen that big 10 feet away, are you freaking kidding me? Just declare the movie as sold out and move on. OR...let the customers know that the only seats left are the crappy ones and let them decide if they want I pay the same price as the customers who got the stadium seats. Come on Carmike, youre suppose to be "The Theater". Get rid of the crap seats.

Crowd sat in the dark until 10 minutes after the movies scheduled start time, and that only changed because multiple people went and told theater staff. The screen was off center (even after staff notification), which left the subtitles hanging off of the bottom of the screen (which is critical in a foreign-language film). The video cut out as soon as the credits began, leaving the crowd with a blank screen and the audio. Otherwise, the theater was clean, the seats were comfortable, and the popcorn was great.

My husband & I used to come to the theater every week when it was owned under Carmike. Now that AMC has bought it, its horrible. The lines were extremely long, they dont have a medium sized popcorn, the lights that usually turn on at the end of the movie stayed on during the entire movie, & the movie cut off early. We didnt even get to finish our movie! I do not like watching movies in lit theaters, if that continues, Id rather wait for the movie to come out on Redbox & watch at home.

Clean but horribly understaffed and somewhat apathetic. Staff didnt notice 30-minutes past showtime that automated equipment hadnt started playing the movie two trips ago. Last movie had more than a half-hour of commercials and filler before feature started. At neither of the past two features did anyone check for tickets (my observation, not encouraging anyone to just walk right in). Not the kind of place Ms. Davis would have run in years past for sure.

Nice, clean theatre with nice seats. They usually only sell tickets at the concession counter and the lines are awful. Their cheap ploy to get people to buy overpriced concessions ($5 a water!) while paying fewer employees is a frustrating burden theyve placed on their customers. Other local theatres may not be as nice but at least they dont treat their customers like bags of cash.

Clean and fast service. Only issue was they ran out of nachos and it was only 2:00pm on a Saturday. I went to a 2:15 movie. I know popcorn is the main item of choice for movie goers but i am a nacho lover and look forward to having that while at the movies so it was a real bummer to find out they already ran out of nachos that early for a movie.

Great pricing for a Tuesday. Clean bathrooms and theater... BUT you can plan on waiting in line for popcorn FOREVER. 2 lanes open... tons of people... then closed a lane. Then opened one and took the people from the back. Cherry coke tasted like pepper... dont know why. 3 stars because of the wait at the concession.

Went to see Transformers yesterday at 1:55 and had to stand in line until after the movie started because you got skipped if you werent a premiere member. There was only one line open so there was 20 people or more waiting because we werent premier members. I really miss Carmike it was always 1st come 1st served.....

I went to watch Captain America, Civil War and no one was manning the ticket counter. I went to the concessions, to ask about a ticket, but the woman working there was too busy chatting with another employee and ignored me, so I left. Guess I will go watch this in Albany.

They have nice facilities, but poor service, especially on answering phone calls. On numerous occasions I would call to get some information and not once ever have they answered the phone. And one employee tried to charge me $4 extra on my ticket

Very roomy, clean. The employees are kind. They have special discount prices on certain days & times of the day. We enjoyed The Power Rangers & Kong - Skull Island. Kid friendly! On Tuesdays, Premier Stubs Members pay only $5 per movie - All Day!

Matinee was a good price and the consession prices were ok. The popcorn was good and they have a drink station for you to fill your drinks with the big drink station. Seats were good, and the picture quality was good.

Have to wait in line like you are at a bank. Movie was to start at 11:40. As of right now, 11:57, there isnt even as much as a preview showing. Service is slow. This is nothing like it was when Carmike had it.

Very nice theater. Friendly staff members. Concessions are a tad bit pricey, but thats almost every theater. Place is kept clean, and very good experience every time Ive been.

Just called. They have swapped owners Very rude on phone. Website doesnt tell what movies are playing this Friday. She could not tell me. Told me to go somewhere else. WOW.
