Good theater...part of Regal Chain. This venue will show the not so publicized films or sorta the "indie" movies without being an "art house" which we have a few in Puget Sound...even though weve lost several houses in the last decade. Competition is tough with digital presitations but that cost about $25k to $175k depending on conversion cost per screen. The seats are ok, but I must say the new leather recliners at other theaters are tempting when knowing the amenities now being offered and increased food and alcoholic drink at some locations, like Cinnebar Chains. This chain late evenings is usually not as full competing with the huge AMC 16 TO the north at the mall...but good resturants are near by and give good choices, from Mexican to BBQ steaks wt Azteca to Famous Daves and Applebees and Red Robin... Enjoy the shows...

The times weve been there we had to wait in line. Last time we were 35 people deep. Even when we got to the window to purchase our tickets there were still 25 people behind us. Even you get tickets online you still have to line up to get an actual ticket. Online tickets for this theater is useless. Then the line for the concession stand, slow, slow, slow! And to boot, STALE popcorn! What a rip off! But I guess that is just one day. Sure, Ill come back to this theater, but Ill bring my back pillow because the chairs need to be upgraded. OUCH~!

Cleanliness and the setting. Their pop corn is great. Too bad, there is a competition now, the AMC in South Center Mall. Whenever I go to this movie house, I reminisced with the memories of my dad and me watching movies weekly in this cinema in the mid nineties. It is a new place by then, a first rate cinema house spearheading Louis and Clark and Renton Village Cinema until East Valley Cinema came and has joined the competition. My dad is now retired and had multi-infarc dementia. For me, this is still the best cinema house in town.

Not my first choice for a movie theater but it beats the mall. Parking lot is sketchy with several vheicle break ins. Customer service is decent to could use a little improvement. Never been to a movie theater that was not sticky and slightly dirty. Theaters are decent size with average surround sound and picture. Due to the cost of movies I have decided to invest the movies I use to spend on movie tickets towards a home theater system. The 4k tvs are just as good or better than the theaters.

I enjoy the fact they will play Christian Faith Based Movies!! Even though Im fond of my AMC in Southcenter. I love the stuff Southcenter has to offer. But, this movie theater Regal! You really cant beat for a good clean movie! I wish their member cards were easier to use like the AMC you know how much you have to spend before you can collect your reward and the amount. Would be easier if they did that too. However its not a dealbreaker by far. Just a suggestion. ;)

My husband and I often have date nights to watch Filipino movies in this theater. If it is not someone trying to say the script, it is a baby crying or some people talking to each other about the movie or tonight a lady on her cell phone in facebook shining so bright I got up and asked her to please turn her phone off it was too bright. Ugh. I love the movies but people ruin it sometimes.

Admittedly this is an older facility in need of some updating, but the employees are always super friendly, the price is low, and the location is convenient to the 10,000 Tukwila retail stores and restaurants where you can run every errand imaginable. Not all the movies showing are first-run blockbuster movies, but some of the less well-known movies are more interesting anyway.

If you are going to come then come on a Tuesday when admission is $5. Usually I go to the commons theater in federal way on Tuesday for $6. At least at this theater popcorn is half price on tuesday. I do get the senior citizen discount at the commons theater I am not sure if this theater offers senior citizen discount. The food here is crazy expensive here. The place is clean.

This theater is THE BEST! I could never afford to see movies until I learned that movies are $5.50 on Tuesday with 1/2 price popcorn with the Regal card. Seriously. The theater is definitely older but weve never had a problem. Not very well attended so you can pick your seats and its not crowded.

Decided to try Regal for the first time. We usually go to AMC or Century in Federal Way, for about the same price could get a luxury lounger in a newer theatre in Federal Way. This theatre was older and needed tlc. Seats are closer together and auditorium has a funky smell.

Went there, about 11:50 am, to buy tickets for a 1:00pm show. There was absolutely no one there and the entire building was locked up even though their signs read they are suppose to be open at 11:00am. There were no signs posted explaining the reason they were not open.

Monday night is slow . . . so if you want pretzels or the samosas they offer, leave an extra 15 minutes before your show so they can thaw them out for you!!! Otherwise, this is a nice theater . . . and you dont have to fight for parking like the mall AMC.

Pretty good theater, but nothing special to write home about. However their half price Tuesdays deal is a nice touch. Do not forget that if you have AT&T you can do the buy one ticket get one free Tuesday deal also.

Its a cozy little theater mixing older and newer releases. A bit less expensive than the big brand theater in tickets, though concessions seem to be a bit spendier. Nice screens, decent seats, cheap ticket Tuesday!

Ticket line outside was long as there was only 1 person working the box office. Just as we got to the front another employee came out. The theatre and restrooms were clean and the seats were comfortable.

Not nearly as crowded as the mall and its almost your own movie house during the week. Get a membership card and earn points towards concessions.

Older one of the regal theaters in the area. Seats arent very comfortable and are aged. Overall staff is friendly and snacks are fast and fresh.

Its a little older, its a little less convenient, but you dont have to fight for parking and you dont have to wait forever for popcorn.
