This childrens facility is the most unsanitary place in medina. When I walked into the place the first thing I noticed was the stench of vomit, and was confirmed when I saw actual vomit on the ground near the playground area. I expect things like this to happen at a childrens playground but was disturbed by the fact that it want cleaned up for an hour and a half and employees walked past it a few times. Next was the unsanitary main counter area, all front counters were very sticky and it made me not want to eat the food that was put onto the counters. Next I saw the manager pick out coin cups from the trash cans and put them back onto the counter to be reused by children and other paying customers. I really think with the outrageous cost of getting into the place that they should be able to afford new Dixie cups. I later looked into the trash can that the cups were picked out of and there was old food, spilled drinks, used tissues, and napkins. I dont like the fact that my children couldnt carry their coins for fun and games around in a cup just because the manager was too cheap to buy new cups. All of the tables in the place are sticky and not wiped down very well after use. While waiting for my food to be ready, I witnessed the person making the food go from washing dishes to making food again without gloves being put on or their hands being washed. I didnt eat the food after it was served to me. I also saw the manager, a short blond haired woman, yelling at her employees in front of customers, I think thats very unprofessional. Next i also dont think its very professional for the employees to be wearing sweat pants, yoga pants and snap back hats. The state of the bathrooms is repulsive, there was used paper towels all over the ground, the toilets were either clogged or had human feces on the toilet seat. The smell of the whole place had a distinct smell of childrens vomit and feces. The back party rooms are very unclean, they look like they have never been vacuumed considering there is a considerable thick layer of dust around every single edge of the floor and out in the main area the dust collecting on the beams is disgusting. I can only imagine what the state of the kitchen could be like considering that the whole place is covered in filth. The playground area has layers of dust once again behind the whole thing and has a very distinct smell in the play tubes. Majority of the playground has broken pieces on it and just fixed with zip ties. This is very unsafe for this young of children. It is also very unprofessional for the employees to be sitting on the counters, swearing in front of children, and eating the food out of the containers in the food warmers which will not be stopped by the manager because she was doing it just as much. Overall I think this place is awful and will never go back, I recommend to anyone that reads this to not waste your money on a bad experience for the whole family.

If it wasnt for some of the line staff, particularly"Onesty," my family and I wouldve left. The manager/owner was rude and disrespectful when we came in. I called a week and a half in advance to get a room for a birthday party for my son and they said they were booked and no longer reserved tables and suggested that I get there when they open to make sure I had a table for the group that would be celebrating with us because it was going to be packed. When we arrived with our cake and presents in hand (and the place was Absolutely empty, only 2 small families at a table that we could see) we were told that we could come in but couldnt bring the cake or presents...I was like, why wasnt I told this over the phone as I explained the phone conversation. They went and got the manager and she walked up and started talking about their policy and how we couldnt come in with the cake and presents. Then I began to talk and she started overtalking me, not giving me a chance, then suggesting that we could come in and then GO AROUND A CORNER TO A PARK AND HAVE OUR FOOD AND CAKE....WHAT?!?! She said that they advertise their policy on their website and Facebook ((their website is so outdated its hard to follow and frustrating). I told her that I didnt use Facebook but I called and none of what she said was shared with me over the phone (as I looked around an empty room), she said that she had no control over what was or wasnt shared over the phone....REALLY!?!?! SO YOURE A BUSINESS THAT WANTS A BREAK WHEN CONVENIENT AND U DONT WANT CERTAIN PEOPLE THERE!?!? My wife Jessica suggested that we should probably go somewhere else and the MANAGER AGREED and said "MAYBE THAT WOULD BE BEST." I proceeded to say that it wouldnt be best because we had people coming for my sons birthday and it was about him, not us. We ended up buying a birthday party package (didnt want to give then a dime, but didnt have comparable options at the time), and their was only 1 maybe 2 parties back there when it was advertised as completely full. The lady that took care of our party, Onesty, was terrific. She made this very uncomfortable scenario better. My son and his friends played but we will NEVER return again and will talk to our kids about RUDENESS, LYING, PREJUDICE, PRIDE IN SELF AND RACE.....The MANAGER/OWNER WAS TERRIBLE!

Ok, I am going to lay this out chapter and verse for parents who are looking for a place to go with the kids for a great day of entertainment. I read most of the reviews on Google, and probably close to half said that the place was not clean, very dirty etc. I dont know about their experience as I wasnt with them, however, for our trip down there, the play area, the eating area and the arcade seemed very clean to me and my kids. I asked the kids specifically if they thought it was clean, and they are 8 and 9, so they do notice cleanliness, and they said it was cleaner than most other places like that that they had been to, including Kalahari in Sandusky. As for the food, I ordered a full sized pizza with half cheese and half sausage, and while it did take a while for the food to come out, it was pretty decent pizza. Was it five star Chicago style, no. Was it better than the cardboard they server at Chuck E. Cheese for 10 dollars more, absolutely. I cant speak to the rest of the food since thats all we had, but I would order food from them again and their prices are reasonable. The only negative I had was that the restroom that I used needed serious updating. I mentioned that to the young man by the door, and he said he thought the manager was working on getting that done, so hopefully it will be done sooner rather than later. For my part as a parent, I would recommend a tablet or computer (yes, they do have wi-fi) or a good book. I was able to sit at a table next to a plug, work on my computer and the time did seem to go by quickly for me too. There are also some couches in the playground area that you can hang out on too, so thats nice. Overall, I have rated this place five stars and I will take my kids back there again. It seemed very clean, the staff was very friendly and seemed to be good with the kids. My kids have never really played laser tag before and they had no issues with learning how to use the equipment or learning the game. We were there for five hours and the kids said it seemed like 10 minutes.
