We had my daughters 8th Birthday party at Jump Zone Tampa on April 2, 2016. I cant say enough good things about our 1st experience with Jump Zone which was this party.. Mark (owner ) was exceptional! !!!! I called on Friday morning April 1st (day before ) and spoke with Mark and ask the basic questions I needed to know for having quite a few kids to celebrate my daughters Birthday. I went to see Jump Zone immediately following our call as I never been there before as I said. I was super stressed at that point cause we had planned for a park party as $ , fun , and my daughter wanting a party that she could play with her friends rather than everyone just branching off (doing their own thing like at a Skate Party bowling or Chuckie Cheese )....so these reasons were at the top of our reasons selecting a park , but rain coming showed as a complete washout for the party. Knowing I was backed up against a corner per say Mark assured me he would take care of us with no worries the next day. Being it was such short notice and we werent able to book a room or party anywhere at that point we were allowed to have her party at Jump Zone thankfully without a glitch during open jump late in the afternoon . Mark provided us a worry free day with a unused room for our pizza and cupcakes to be able to eat and sit and enjoy our friends convo.. and my daughter had a blast as did her friends jumping till they were exhausted for 2.5 hrs aprox. We ordered pizza and pop and they were there (6 pizzas ) at exactly the requested time (we placed the order when arriving) That was a 1st with us as well having Westshore pizza who they use for their provided food. It satisfied everyone (27 people). After the party my husband and I and daughter talked about Jump Zone and how impressed we were with Mark and the complete experience. My husband and I and our daughter all agreed that Jump Zone was the best of all her parties by far .We have hosted 4 at our awesome park with a splash park and her 7th at the Alley bowling last year. My parents came and even enjoyed their selfs the complete time with great convo with our friends. I was worried with them being 68 and 70 the noise would be to hard to bare..but they as well as the other adults in their 30z and 40z liked Jump Zone also. The kids being in a safe environment made that possible . You dont need to worry about creepers taking yout child there as the kids are contained and their is no need to worry and watch their every move like a bowling Alley ..skate party.or other places. We had to travel a hr to get there as did all invitees but well worth the miles for a worry free awesome party. Jump Zone was super clean, all the inflatables were like new and not worn out like Gator Freds (only visited 1x and was on March 2016) and there were 7 to play on. All 7 were fitting for all ages as Gator Freds only had 1 that my daughter enjoyed and in no time was bored doing the same thing over and over. So with that being said if you are looking for a place to play or to have a party Jump Zone was outstanding for quality..price and service. Jump Zone was cheaper than the bowling alley and Def worth the $.. We will be absolutely back in the future for open jump and parties. .PERFECT DAY!!!!

I am a mother of a 2 & 3 year old. I HATED this place! It was pure chaos, there were no employees watching the kids, the parents werent watching their kids, it was a free for all! My 2 year old son got knocked over by 2 different larger kids running by, my 3 year old niece got hit and the wind was knocked out of her and I broke my toe trying to get my 2 year old off of one of the bouncy slides before he got trampled by a group of kids. ***And heres the *MOST IMPORTANT* thing I noticed as soon as I walked into this place...theres no attention paid to keeping creeps out of there. There was no system in place to tell which kids belonged to which adults. Any adult could have walked out with any child they wanted!!!! There was a door to the inside where the front desk was then another door that was kept wide open to get to the bouncy houses. THATS IT! Only 2 young girls were at the front desk and not once did I see an employee on the inside. HORRIBLE!!! NEVER GOING BACK!

Place is ok for kids, a little too crowded with the jump houses cannot get a good view of where kids are at all times little seating for parents , prices are good for kids to jump compate to bigger businesses where pay upwards of 19.99 to jump , alot of different theme house that kids would love i loved the pirate ship with my 2 yr old. Alot of games on floor but half or most of them where out of order they are just taking up room restrooms are clean very plain i think its independently owned and is growing but for the time this is what it is could use some supervising on the floor as well, the houses need a little cleaning and sanitizing. I say maybe i would come back if in the area.

I like coming to this place because my 5-year-old son can work off his extra energy by literally bouncing off the walls. And theres usually other kids there to make friends with. Unless its super busy, theres usually enough space to sit down and watch him. There are no restrictions as to what ages can be in the bounce houses together, so you need to watch out for younger kids, but we go fairly regularly, and Ive never seen anyone get hurt any more than when theyre playing anywhere else. Good place to go when its crazy hot outside!

My son had a blast, I was very nervous. There were hardly any staff regularly patrolling the floor, saw one guy late in her evening only, just an occasional useless announcement about not running. I saw several injured kids, kids squeezing between bouncy houses, even one kids jump over the wall of one house (pirate) into another (Batman). I patrolled my own kid but most didnt. With this many kids, they to have a stamp system like cookies Im at least 3 people on the floor at any time to answer every bounce house is in sight.

My 5yr old and 3yr old loved this place! They have a great variety of bouncy houses, a little toddler area, air hockey table and some arcade games. The play area was very clean and the people working there were polite and helpful. Food prices seemed reasonable but we did not order anything. We bought a groupon to check it out, but I would definitely pay full price to go back. If youre looking for indoor fun to let the kids run out some energy, check out Jump Zone!

This place is wonderful! My almost 2 year old and his little toddler pals had a blast here on a Friday morning. I would suggest bringing the little guys on a day like we did in the morning while older children are in school. The kids were able to explore and have fun with all of us in arms reach with practically the place to ourselves. Very clean and the pizza was delicious! I even booked my sons birthday party here for next month I was so impressed!
