Our family has given this place a try a few times hoping they can win our business and we find a nice place for our young family to play. Unfortunately, there are too many orders barked at everyone (kids and adults), they are not geared towards pleasing the public and the waiver they ask to sign is a complete violation of privacy. Way too much information left in the hands of other kids. This place just needs to go out of business and make room for someone with much more business savvy. Save the trip and go somewhere else. Unpleasant all together!

Before any minor can particapte in the activities their parent or legal guardian must sign the wavier form. The problem is they ask for privacy information such as the parent s date of birth and their drivers licsense number. We have been to many other activites of this type and have signed many waviers and none have asked for this type of information. When we questioned why they needed it they said it was to validate the age of the parent. Im not sure why they need this critical privacy information but it seems a little much.

I have an 8 year old and 3 year old and took them there for a birthday party. Definitely a good place to run off some energy but its not really geared for younger kids. Was even a little concerned for my 8 year old a couple of times as all ages are mixed in the main jumping area. However, the referees/monitors do a good job of keeping everyone safe. If they could somehow split up the sections a little more by age ranges, I would definitely go back often.

I paid $45 for two kids and myself. After taking ten minutes to sign a waiver, we proceeded to jump and were given 2000 orders on what to touch and where to jump and whose hands u can hold. What is the waiver for if my kids cant be kids? After the sixth time of being barked at by a 16 year old employee. We left. I will never go back. If u have children under the age of 15. Please dont waste your money.

I took my kids on a Monday, and to my surprise the place has change with more arcades, so being exicted on a slow Monday(which they just started to open) and the nice lady did tell me there are new owners. I asked politely if I can get Thursdays deal while she was nice The owner Jim proceed to shake my hand after cleaning his ear while spitting told me basically no... wow!! The worst customer service!!

My 14 year old son went with friends and had a blast! One trampoline area is open jump with one corner petitioned off with basketball goals and another area petitioned for small children. Another separate trampoline area is for dodgeball. The snack bar is reasonably priced. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Special socks required for jumping are very inexpensive.

Place was dirty and had a really bad smell. Staff was unfriendly, and extremely rude to us, we asked for a refund (we did not jump at all) and they refused to give it to us. I recommend Outer Limitz if you are looking for a place where you can actually have fun in a clean, friendly environment and another plus! They wont scam you out of your money.

The staff is very friendly and have many options of what you can win with your tickets. ... however theres only about three games that you could play that you actually win tickets. So that greatly limited what the kids could play. An upgrade to the games are definitely needed I some games were way out of date or just took are points

First time I went there I was like wow! I was suppose to jump but I kept playing the terminator game with my brother we finish the game but it was closeing time so I ask if I can have something like a card to jump next time they where nice and did give me a free pass to jump next time my family and friends loved it there.

I went to take my step son to jump while he is down for the summer and they turned down his waver that I signed because I am his step dad and not his biological parent. I have never wrote a review but this I found to be unbelievable and figured I might save other step parents from going out there and being turned away.

Its a gr8 unique place & ur kids r bound 2 luv it. The only thing I didnt like is their poor selection & high prices for their cheap snacks & there is absolutely nothing for the adults to do while kids play unless the adults jump too. However, this place is 10 times better than the overcrowded, tired chuckecheese.

Great place for fun but unfortunately, some of the younger staff are rude and disrespectful in their ways to talk to people. Ive got credit from the Manager but definetly they have to moderate their way of talking to customers. Courtesy is free and thanks to customers their salaries are being paid!

Very cool! The trampolines are very expansive, and they even let you keep the socks that you buy to jump on the Trampolines! The games are also very cool, and nice to play after a while on the Trampolines! Try the snack bar too, Its very low on prices and has really good snacks to eat!

I used to go there but there are new owners now and everyone that used to work there quit. Now the employees are very strict. I got yelled at for doing double flips. The guy constantly stared at me to catch when I do something wrong. Just got to Sky Zone (its only 1 block away).

Had my son 7TH Birthday here last night. And it was great. Jamie or James the guy I booked the party with was excellent. And Shaun my host was a big help. The entire process from start to finish went very well. And my son and his friends really enjoyed themselves.

I worked at boing for 6 months when the previous owner owned boing I loved working there and being there. Now I wouldnt be caught dead there. I am so happy that I dont work there anymore its nothing but unorganization! I wouldnt waste my time or money there.

This place is not worth the money. They make you sign a waiver, but you cant wear YOUR OWN glasses. Nor can you have your phone in your pocket. Whats the waiver for then? Never going back. Skyzone can have my money.

BOING! Jump Center is a great place for kids and adults! My kids have a great time going there to free jump and play dodgeball and I enjoy the BOING!Robics classes. You definitely have to check it out.

We celebrate my daughter"s birthday here and we had a VERY GOOD experience. Friendly and helpful customer service,the place was clean and the food was good. I was impressed !

I usually go Thursdays 10-12 for toddler and Ciera is so sweet with my son shes bery bubbly and outgoing. She definitely makes you feel comfortable amd does not bark orders.

Mean staff gave smallest piece of pizza to me because I was a small person the staff said small pizza is for small people! Never gonna come back.
