We went to planet jump and I was disappointed. My son has Autism and sensory issues and will not leave socks on. He was having a BLAST and being very well-behaved. I explained our situation and he was reprimanded by THREE staff, and in a rude manner. They were not sensitive to our situation. I felt the staff and managers were unprofessional at best. We wound up leaving in tears. They were reprimanding other peoples children as well, instead of asking the parents to do so. I called back a few months later and again explained that my son is Autistic and has sensory issues and will not wear socks and they said, "Sorry, he cannot come then". Thanks a lot Planet Jump- discriminated against AGAIN!

Had my daughters 6th birthday party at Planet Jump and had the best birthday party ever. The staff was super and went above and beyond to make sure we where happy. The pizza was great and the kids and adults had a awesome time.

Its cool when you first walk in. Then you realize, not much for the kids to actually do. BUT, its jsut enough to keep em busy for a couple hours. Loved the chairs for the parents. PRices are GREAT.
