bad birthday experience this Saturday...... I do not often write reviews but I have this time. ..... We had booked the most expensive birthday package for 10 teenagers, in total our bill was way over $400. You are assigned a birthday party hostess, well she was never showing up to our table , we had to stand in the regular cashier line each time we needed her and for a long time , we had to wait for ages to get drinks, wait for ages to get help, she was NEVER checking on us, bad service.Here is the list of everything that went wrong : many video games redemption machines are not working, they take credit off your cards and do not enable you to play 7 kids got the issues and their 10$ were empty and they couldnt play. The laser games guns are not working properly, several of our kids had to exit the games multiple times as they could not shoot. The go kart track was problematic, just in front of us a lady was almost injured as her kart wheel exploded. They served coke products during the party but for a very limited time, our kids did not even eat their cakes and ALL the drinks were gone. The pizzas are really not good the kids left most of it. When our 2 hours wristbands time was over , I asked at the cashier lady to pay extra to have some more time for our guests , they made me pay a whole day wrist band for all the kids all over again, more than $200. I had already paid more than $35 per kid....... the cashier gave the kids the new wristbands and when they went to the attractions nothing was working, it created a huge line , the attraction attendant was clueless and told my kids they were trying to cheat the line . I called the manager and he fixed everything and told me I should have paid $7 per kid for the extension and not $30..... he fixed everything, he was the only helpful and good person there, thank you so much! after that they tried to prevent the kids to go the bungee jumping, ( it was included in their package) bcoz wristband not working again. Then the birthday boy is supposed to get 500 redemption points , I was told it will be after the pizzas , never happened , it is published on their website as well , we asked for it at the end of the party and they said no it is not included so we left without it . We left a ball at our table ( won by kids that pay extra money on their cards ), it was stolen we never found it back... the mini golf is in great need of a rehab and a lot of fire ants everywhere . ALL IN ONE I will never but never buy a package again, it is a much better value to pay a whole day wristband , all day drink , order some wings , and be the party host yourself , much better option, we feel ripped off by what happened Saturday and are very disappointed . All the girls we nicely complained to at the cashier had an attitude with us and no one helped , keep your lovely manager , he is super good, polite and helpful. Even your birthday manager was not helping .

DANGEROUS !!! Mothers day 2013. Celebration station seemed like a great idea for the whole family but turned out to be the worst day ever !!! All the kiddie rides seemed ok, but the go carts i would NOT recommend for kids !!! My daughter rode with her dad, the cart stalled, they had to get off. Waited to go again, same thing happend again. No biggie really, just thought to myself, celebration station needs to obviosly purchase some new go carts, they are crap.The second time the go cart stalled, they pulled over to the side of the track so other drivers could go around no problem. Well, of couse, a young teen rammed right into the back of their go cart, at full speed, no breaking, stopping, swerving around, no ! Ran right into the back of them. As a mother, i was devestated to say the least !!! I couldnt believe my eyes, seeing their heads be slammed front wards and back, into the seats. It was like watching a smaller version of a car accident but with the ones you love. Hearing my daughters screams and cries, will never leave my memory. Thank God, they were both ok, but we will NEVER EVER go back to celebration station AGAIN !!! My daughter was given a bag of ice and a free water. Wow huh... The boy who hit them, never appologized, walked right past us and said nothing !!! These go carts are dangerous and i would NOT recommend anyone letting their kids on them, with a parent or not. They are not safe at all !!!

TERRIBLE. Worst $70 I ever spent on entertainment for my kids. The girl at the register couldnt tell me ANYthing helpful about the prices and what we would need or like. The ticket system was confusing, my 5 year old had a hard time using the card, it seems like they hired every single high school sophomore within 10 miles of the place. There were more staff members than customers. There was a kid named Adam working upstairs at the laser tag counter who was very polite, explained pricing of some of the outside stuff I asked about, he really went out of his way to try and cheer us up, even offered to see if he could get go-carts comped for us. I didnt want anything for free, I just wanted to leave by that point. I appreciated his enthusiasm, and if we would have dealt with him upon arriving, we probably would have enjoyed our experience a lot.

its a good place to take your family and spend a few good hours. My issues were with the Go-Cart staff. I understand that theyre young and for the most part they do a good job. However there was a large obnoxious family that were in our racing group, some of the kids were bumping my wife and my sons, and when the race ended my wife was given a warning and my son was given a X on his armband preventing him from riding the Go-Carts because he went past their stop sign, however he did stop. in the meantime the kid who was bumping other people went past the stop sign to get another lap in and he wasnt banned. I understand that theres a lot of people to keep track of but I found this unacceptable. Itll be a while before I return here with my family. I felt a little perturbed about the whole situation especially since we spent over $100 here.

Pros of this place- •Good Go-Carts (Except one of the old ones which caught fire once, mo one was hurt) •Fun and fairly average priced arcade games •Good Mini golf course •Quality attractions for infants to adults •Large variety of arcade games •Unique/Good laser tag •Good batting cages •Fairly good arcade prizes Here are the cons- •Rude, bad untrained staff (I have no doubt that theyre making minimum wage) •Bad greasy food •Very overpriced for food and drinks •Playpasses are too expensive except for days with specials •Customer service is god offal (you will want to stab some of the employees) •Birthday packages are a hassle and extremely overpriced •If it rains its a struggle to get a refund •Go cart staff is terrible and gives out incorrect blame
