Some friends, and I went here saturday (7/21) thinking this would be a good time. We had not been skating for a while so we figured why not? We showed up to the location and saw about 4 cop cars in front of it. We were thinking This is either good, or really really bad. When we entered, the staff was very nice and helpful. But we could not believe how many kids/teens were packed into this place. It was just staggering how many kids were packed in here. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt and have fun. But after so many of these kids and teens shoving their way through everyone, Im not surprised that fights break out and that cops need to be there! I am glad they were too. Between young guys throwing gang signs for pictures, and teen girls looking like they are trying to work the corner I can safely say that I nor any of my friends will ever go back there! They had mentioned adult night but I cannot help but wonder if there are young guys throwing gang signs on a night where there is teens, I can imagine that the full fledged ganstas show up on adult night. I wouldd say stay away, they really need to clean up the clientel. I want to make this clear though, the staff were great and very personable, but the clientel were just the pits.

do not waste your time nor money. every thing is over priced and their service is terrible. It took me 22 minutes to get a soda with a ten person line. Then once i drunk my soda i skated quickly across the skate floor to where the lockers where to put the cup in my locker. Because i could get a free refill, so the DJ had an officer escort me out of the building for skating on the floor with a cup which wasEMPTY. so i went up to talk to the DJ and he said i spilled ice all over the place when i asked for a coke no ICE and i already drunk it all. he then told me he doesnt care and still wants me to leave. So that forced me to leave with my two younger brothers and sister disappointed because they were only their for 20 minutes. this use to be the spot and i came here constantly for years since i was 5 now its a joke.

Had my sons 9th birthday here last Saturday and I will say that my son and his friends had a blast! The prices were too good to not take advantage of. That cotton candy tower had the kids amazed lol! My hostess Cassie was absolutely AWESOME! Man that girl is great with the kids and was there helping everything go smooth and kept me from freaking out. Cassie made it happen! I usually dont do parties because they are so expensive and complicated! They literally take care of everything down to your cake candles! Just bring socks and a cake an bam! Ya got yourself self a party lol. THANKS GUYS! CASSIE YOU ROCK GIRL!

I am in the process of fostering my 2 nephews and decided to bring them and a few friends/family here to celebrate the 8yr olds birthday. We did not buy the birthday package as we did not have 10 kids, mainly adults. They would not allow us to bring in our cake. We tried explaining that first of all we didnt know this. Second of all he is a foster child who may have never had a birthday party before and third his life has been recently turned up side down. NOPE , no cake. NO compassion. We even offered to pay the $99.00 birthday package fee and told them we didnt need a host or anything. NOPE.

We had a fantastic experience at United Skates of America. We booked our daughters birthday party and it exceeded our expectations. Every staff member we encountered was professional and courteous. The facility itself is bright, clean and festive for parties and the arcade, as an added activity, is definitely a plus. Our hostess was Angela and she did an incredible job facilitating. Her manner of speech, attention to detail and ease of communication is to be commended. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this venue.

Oh wow! I went recently with some college friends and it was like being a kid again minus the cooties and lack of coordination. :) They have just enough old-school accents and ticket game goodies to remind you of the 80s without being overly tacky or outdated. Fun mix of music, good skate floor, and good vibe. They have a super cute fat dinosaur mascot for the kids... Okay hes not fat but hes big and huggable and he does a crazy dance. Im not a big fan of pizza but at least there were other carnival snacks :)

Loved it..it was nostalgic...just had me go back and think of back in the days....when thibgs were so innocent. Staff was friendly. The kids had an amazing time. I loved the MUSIC...nice and clean. Also the special features like lights out and glow n the dark skate time. They seem to have alot of promotions going on and it was super affordable. I like all the extra stuff they have to make sure the kids have a goodtime like kiddy skate shoes, railing or bar for kids to push, and wrist guards. Loved it

I went to this skating rink on a Friday night as part of a Cub Scout event. The place is nice but I was appalled at the type of music that was played with such young children. We were there for the 6-8 p.m. session. "Birthday Sex" along with many other songs were played (not the radio versions either). My kids love to skate but I wont be bringing them back to this skating rink. Skating rinks are geared toward kids so their music should be appropriate for kids... of ALL AGES.

My party was wonderfully stress free. Cassie really made it possible. No matter the request, she made it happen. Weird balloons? She fixed it. Strange light up mask? she figured it out. She remained calm when I was all over the place. No matter how many times she was sent back for anything, she gladly did it. She kept a good friendly attitude even when I am sure she was more tired than we were. Thank you so much Cassie, Youre great!

its a nice place but it needs to have more hours so people can enjoy the rink longer... My family were about to go to the place and sadly we were only there for 1 hour and 30 min... We wanted to have more time to have fun, but it was going to close... The suggestion i have is to have more open hours so people can have fun there.. It kind of made me upset that we werent there for long and i was having a lot of fun..

I love the united skates Ive been going there since I was 3 Im a a lot older now this year and its a great place for me and my BFFS to meet up since we always text each other but we only see each other in school and the year almost over and some of us are moving to new schools and we go there to talk, have fun, and laugh thats why I love it there it has so many great memories. :-)

Its great for the Elementary School open skate that I have been to twice now. However, so many of the kids absolutely lack the ability to listen, so when the DJ is repeating things OVER and OVER to help them stay safe, I get a bit annoyed. Still, they want people to be safe, and they have things to do that fill the allotted time, so its great for the kids.
