I recently rented 5 scooters from Amusement Park Rentals for a large family trip to Disney World. Since I needed such a large amount of scooters I was hesitant to take a chance that Disney World may not have enough scooters available for my family needs. Plus Disney has a policy that if you park hop you must return the Disney rented scooter at the original park and pick up a new one at the next park which is not guaranteed to be available. I therefore began looking into Scooter rental companies and Im so glad I came across Amusement Park Rentals. Josh one of the 3 owners of the company personally delivered all 5 scooters fully charged to my vacation home rental. He went over every detail of the scooters operation (which were very simple to operate). He also helped me remove seats from my full size rental van so that I could fit all 5 scooters in. Josh also showed me an easy way to load and unload the scooter into and out of the van. I was very impressed with their customer service. We decided to pay a little extra to have the optional rear baskets included with our rental. Im so glad we did. Those came in very handy. We didnt have to hold any bags or personal items during our visits to Disney. Also the scooters were in excellent condition. They looked almost brand new. During our visits to Disney there was no comparison between the comfort and quality of our rental scooters compared to that of Disney World. Ours were hands down much better. People even asked us where we got them and how much we paid. By the way, it was much cheaper then Disney. James and Rojer (the other 2 owners) were on time to pickup the scooters. They were great and also helped me place the removed seats back into my rental van. A few tips for potential future customers: 1. Definitely opt for the rear baskets as they come in so handy 2. If you have the space get the upgraded "captains" seat. Its so luxurious it feels as if your driving a luxury car. 3. Dont bother looking elsewhere. I called a few other companies before coming across this one. The other companies were pushy and there is no comparison when it comes to the customer service offered by Amusement Park Rentals. We will definitely be renting again from Amusement Park Rentals. Thanks so much Josh, James and Rojer for a job very well done.

My mom used the scooter for getting around Disney which was, according to my pedometer, over 10 miles of walking every day. It was dropped off promptly and Cliff, the delivery guy, was IN. CRED. I. BLE! He gave us tips to use in the part while using the scooter, took the time to point out all the features, and in general made sure we knew what we were doing. The scooter was much better than the one that my mother-in-law rented at Magic Kingdom: faster, less cumbersome, and when my mil used it, she liked that the seat swivels which her Magic Kingdom seat did not. (She does not have feeling in her feet so this was a huge bonus for her.) We enjoyed the trip so much more because of our scooter and knowing that we were in good hands because of Amusement Park Rentals.

Was helped make my reservation correctly, did it on the computer and did not get receipt, they made sure I had a receipt. The scooter was delivered to hotel and picked up promptly. My friends were visiting Orlando and they were hesitant about bringing their own precious BOB stroller with them and risk having it damaged by the airline baggage carriers. Our double stroller from Amusement Park Rentals was wonderful for Walt Disney World. We appreciated not having to deal with a stroller at the airport and the pick-up and return processes were simple. These guys were really great and bent over backwards for us. We rented two double strollers, a full sized crib and a rocking chair for 10 days. They didnt have a rocking chair when we first inquired, but added one to their stock just for us! They picked up, dropped off, and set up everything we rented and it was all high quality and clean. Cant go wrong with these guys - very nice and very reliable.
