SUPER LENGTHY review, but I figured you should know everything we encountered. First off, we will NOT be coming back here. Sure, my kids had a great time and that was the ONLY reason we stayed the entire day. Its extremely overpriced, my jaw dropped when she (very rudely) gave me the total and that was with a Military discount which they would not give to our son because he didnt have an ID...he is 7! And locker rentals, $8?!!! Then, I see people bringing in coolers. The website states coolers are NOT permitted. I asked an employee about it and she said "Oh yeah, you can bring a cooler with water only". I said, it did not say that on the website or else I would have done that and she says "Well I dont make the website". Every single "lifeguard" we encountered were VERY rude. I heard them yelling at kids in such a mean tone and then I overheard a group of guards talking badly about some of the customers. They clearly all hate their job. I was afraid to breathe the wrong way, they have so many rules. In the lazy river, there were 3 very small girls that got sucked in and couldnt stand or swim. They were crying hysterically and the parents were no where to be found. Me and another man struggled against the current to get them out, no lifeguard in site. Once we DID get them out the man who helped me, waved down a lifeguard across the pool and told her they were lost and almost drowned and she looked at us and said "Ummm ok? Not quite the answer we were expecting. Then, at the snack bar, we spent $56 for 4 people to eat lunch. $7.99 for FOUR chicken tenders. The cashier just looked at me when I walked up to the window, no hi hello, nothing, just stared. We then waited 25 mins (I counted) for our food to be ready. We got 2 refillable souvenir cups which I made sure to ask "we can come and refill these correct" he said yes. NO WHERE on the menu board or window does it say refills are 99cents. Yeah, you dont see that until you turn around walk 100 feet and look at a sign posted on a fence. I am surprised they did not charge for parking. I am not going to lie, we had a good day. My kids had a ton of fun and that is what matters most. But at the same time, you are getting robbed with the prices and have that feeling as if you are bothering all the employees for just being there. This place would be great if they taught the employees some customer service skills and made the prices more reasonable. We will go else ware from now on. Its too bad.

I had a great time here with my 2-year-old, and Ill definitely be returning! The pathways and water were clean. The layout was great. The buildings and structures looked well maintained with no fading/tiredness. I liked that there were lockers available, that my locker was mine for the whole day, and that it was opened by my wristband. I also appreciated the variety of food at the snack bar, though Id like to suggest more ice cream options like soft serve & popsicles, if theres room back there. We wouldve been ALL OVER that stuff. The Dippin Dots were a tiny and unsatisfying product. The park would have earned 5 stars, but lost 1.5 stars because the bathrooms were just terrifying. They were poorly lit, smelled awful, the floor was completely saturated with water and I have to assume urine, and so many of the toilets were clogged. It was a horrible surprise after how nice the rest of the park was. It was SO BAD. Management: HELP!!!!! The other .5 star was lost because of pretty minor things: 1, there doesnt seem to be a way to talk on the phone with a live person at the park (I called to to check if they were at capacity; it wouldve been rough if they were full after I dragged myself and my kid out of the house in our swimsuits and with our bag of stuff. But maybe theyd announce that on FB, if it happened, like how Busch Gardens does.) 2, the landscaping was overall nice, but the area between the water playground/splash pad and the lazy river could use touching up - when I visited, it was just one big puddle with some plants sticking up out of it, and mulch had migrated from the big puddle into the play area and into the pool beyond; third, $4 for a cup of soda is pretty crazy - the food prices were high, but expensive food is a lot more understandable. Youre allowed to bring water into the park, though, so I guess you could consider that $4 kind of a luxury tax thing. Lastly, the sad things they have lying around the park are really just ghosts of lifejackets and need to be replaced. Overall, I believe in Surf Lagoon Water Park (like Harvey Dent,) and Id be really happy to see it become a better version of the pretty cool place it already is. Theyll continue to get my money.

I hate to even give this place a one star. The place is nice and could have potential, but their MANAGERS ARE HORRIBLE AND THE WAY THEY RUN IT IS AWEFUL. They are rude, you cant have a talk with someone there that has common sense. The first time that I went there I was dissaponited at the fact that they dont even provide lids for thier drinks (, people walking by and splashing water on your drink) they also dont have their straws individually wrapped). Today (7.16,16)I went there and nothing was working.....why even be open for business? The landscaping like other people have mention is aweful. I wonder if the owner even cares. What are their Managers doing....let me guess..just sitting in thier office, because it dont look like they do much to the place...they dont even pick up their phone. The worst thing about today like some other customer mention was when they refused to give the older lady her money back. One simple thing that a owner or manager should do and know. If you cannot operate your business the way you advertise, then dont even open. I was very upset. Very unproffesional way to handle the situation. After seeing how they treated the old lady I did not even bother asking about some kind of pass to come back another day since nothing was working at that moment and I just left with my kids.Made me never want to go back to this place. I felt horrible for this customer because she had the right to be mad....the slides did not work nor did the kiddie place, Just the lazy river. Horrible experience. Will never take my kids back now that I have seen how this place is run. All they want is your money but dont care to make any adjustments or exceptions to improve their customer service and refund policy.

This place is not bad at all. Warning, if you think this place is like a large scale Waterpark, you will be disappointed. There is one Tower with 4 different slides that are fun. The tower is not 10 stories high, this is a modest size tower, probably 30-40 feet, and the slides are great for all members of the family. There are no sudden drops and nothing to make your heart pump, so if your looking for an adrenaline rush, this is not your place. The lazy river is a decent size, and the current is not very strong, which is good for young and weak swimmers. The food is priced as any other attraction like this, you will pay 5 dollars for a pretzel, or fries or drink, that is the way it is. If you come prepared to spend this you will be fine and have a great time. The water in the park is not that deep. The entire place is set up to be enjoyed and relaxed in. There are children everywhere, and they swim under you over you and around you having fun. Again, this was designed for the family to enjoy, and to keep people from drowning. Im 62, and I floated, played on the slides, had lunch and had fun. No one got mad or irate. I took my daughter, spent about 3 hours, it does get packed, but it is summer, and spent $60.00. You can expect to spend about $30.00 per person, and this will include a small lunch and drink. Remember, this is not the Atlantis Waterpark in Dubai, it is a small Waterpark in Pooler Georgia, just have fun, and you probably will. If you go and expect everything to be perfect for you, then you will not enjoy yourself.
