We just had my sons birthday there yesterday. The party room is small. It was a bit disorganize. The host did not put the cake toppers for the cake as requested. They did put up the decorations I wanted. But, the whole thing is ran by teenagers. Some are quite immature. But, I guess thats just how it goes. I feel like Andretti is money-hungry! We wanted to ride to go-karts with our kids. I mean we paid a lot for the party and we couldnt do it. We had to purchase an armband for $21 just to ride with our kids to have fun! I mean, it gets pricey, more than Universal or Sea World tickets. Arcades are broken and you waste money with buying tokens and the tokens get taken by broken arcades. And, when you notify staff about the broken ones and they dont do anything about it. Not even a sign for Out of Order. The kids did enjoy the party and what was available for them. But, its too pricey, you dont get everything they tell you for the Birthday package, like the free shirt or the 50 free tokens with a new party. Speaking, of the free 50 tokens with the party. They dont tell you about it when you buy the package. They give you a little voucher in a bag. But, you have to bring it with you at the day of the party to get it. Which is ridiculous!!! I mean they can tell you about it ahead of time or automatically put with the party package. Fun for kids I admit, but the place is ran by teenagers and is disorganize. I love the train and the older gentleman, who drives it. He is very friendly, polite, and patient with the kiddies! This is all my opinion, but you can see for yourselves!!

Its fun to go there and mess around for a little while, but the go-karts are always the same, whoever got in first wins because they picked the best cart on the track. A majority of the employees outside looked like they hated their jobs and were very rude and disrespectful. The guy in charge of the rock climbing and the guy in charge of the roller coaster were nice and the workers inside were mostly friendly. The minigolf course is decent. I wouldnt say its great but its definitely better than a lot of others. And if you go on the roller coaster, try to get the seats on either end, cause the ones in the middle dont spin much and are very boring. The rock climbing was fun, the arcade is fun if youre with a friend or two, which you should be at an amusement park. The rope course is a bit of a joke just like the lazer tag, but then again, those are meant for the kids so its alright. All of the above would lead me to give them three stars, but I gave four because I think I lost my license there (Cause my wallets garbage, not because of them) and when I called the lady on the phone was very helpful and nice and she took my name and phone number to call if they found it. One main thing I suggest is training the employees to at least pretend they like what theyre doing

This place is so amazing! I have gone here many times, considering I live very close! The birthday parties are also worth the money! The staff for the go-carts are ver amazing as well!If you have a problem with your cart, they are so very kind to switch you to a new cart, while they fix the problem. The cafe inside the building has amazing food, they make homemade, and the slushies are AMAZING! The rock wall is pretty good as well! It is very suitable for all ages about 5 and up. They have 3 sides, the first one is very easy, and they progressively get harder. The only thing I do not recommend is the peddle boats, as the plastic gets hot, and you cant ride on any rides until you completely dry off. The laser tag and arcade inside is also great for anyone! All in all, they have a pretty good place. I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone of ANY AGE who wants to have fun and spend time with their family! Definitely worth the money!

Everyones outlook is going to be different. Your experience will be what you make it out to be. While this place could use a little facelift, it was more than adequate for our family of 4 which includes 5 and 6 year old boys. An all day pass was $80 including four $5 game cards. We used groupon to pull that off. My boys had the "best time ever" and I enjoyed every bit of watching them too. I can pick this place apart just like the next reviewer. In the long run we were treated great even though a lot of youngsters are running the show. The question here is are you going there for a great adult experience or are you going there to give your kids a great experience, particularly younger kids? I promise they likely wont have much to complain about at the end of the day.

Its was fun before the crowds with crap loads of disrespectful and snotty kids showed up. All over the park there are signs saying dont ram other carts with yours and that if you do youll get a hole punched into your arm band and after 3 punches youll be asked to leave or not be allowed to drive the go carts anymore. I had the unfortunate pleasure of getting rammed in the staging area 4 different times by 3 different kids one did it twice. The attendants saw it happen but said nothing. I ended up leaving because my back was killing me and the next day I had bruises up and down my back and felt like I had been in a car wreck. I will not be coming back to this place or recommending it to anyone.

When we got there, there were 4 girls working one was working with a kid to use his tickets as the other 3 stood back talking among themselves, ignoring us. One of the girls finally can over acting like we were putting her out, very rude, and just looked as us. We didnt even get a "Can I help you?" After a few minutes of silence, we told the girl after she came up that we needed 2 for miniature golf and only words spoken were, "that will be 16.00" and walked away didnt even say thank you or direct us where to go. The miniature golf course is in bad shape and dirty. Looks like the place is fixing to close down, it was so run down.

Solid choice for family-friendly entertainment. Ive been a good handful of times with friends. The fast go-karts are totally 5-star. The track is complex and fun. The other go-karts are also fun, but you have to make sure to get the fast one. Thats pretty par for all go-kart tracks, in my experience. The rock-climbing wall and laser tag are both fun. Ditto the golf course too. And if its too hot for the outside stuff, come inside. The arcade is a little small, but its well-equipped with what have you. Theres more fun than youd think packed into this little place!

Spent two days this spring (8x$32x2=$512 not including food), and our kids were right at the height level to drive the carts and spent the day without a problem; Today, went, and they determined they were not at height and were not allowed to ride, and would not provide a refund. That is a business choice, but as a parent with six kids I have a choice where I spend my money, and they wont get another dime. The 40 Y/O manager was rude while the younger workers were at least pleasant. A satisfied customer tells 2; an unsatisfied customer tells 10.
