Went to this park on a Saturday morning. I got there 30 mins before opening time and waited in line. The girls in the front opened about 10 mins late but they very nice and helpful with getting a locker and all. We quickly learned that the park is divided into 2 sections depending on the childs height, which is great. Well after all that water slide fun, we decided to try the lazy river. I did notice the "life guard" handling the tubes for the lazy river was spinning and soaking each person he helped on a tube. So, since I was carrying my baby with me, my husband and I asked him very nicely to please not soak me and the baby because the baby was already scared of going in the water. So he didnt soak us, but about to exit the lazy river he came behind me with a huge stick from the pool and completely soaked us and ran off. My husband went off to look for him and he was no where to be found. I can promise that I will NEVER return to this park again. That so called life guard was so disrespectful in every way and should not be working with the public. The food was terrible. Under cooked chicken and extremely expensive. A few people have asked me and I do not recommend this place. 1 star is too much.

I wish i could put 0 starts but then you wouldnt be able to read my review. The park looks great, but looks can be deceiving. This was the first time and the last we came to this place and we even left 5 min after we arrived. The staff is super rude and take too long to take care of people, they didnt let us bring any snacks even though my son has a gluten free diet, part of the park was close, and they close at 4:30 come on the sun doesnt go down till 8pm. When we ask for the refund they said they dont do refunds even when we didnt spend 5 min in the park. My son is 4 years old and he can swim very good and they put a non swimmer tag on his wrist.I had to talk to two staff members to force them to return our money after threatening them to go to the news, finally they got the manager and we got our money back. CB Smith here we come.

The park itself is great. Its cheap to get in as well (Im a Miami resident). We went twice, the first time in 2015 and they searched through my bag. The second time in 2017, they didnt check anything. I heard that we couldnt bring food in, but am not sure what the policy is now. Anyhow I think with so many people having diet restrictions, its absurd not to let people bring their own food if they wish. Service is not the best but so far its okay with us.

I loved it. Went today for the first time with my one year old. He could not get enough of the splash area designated for his height and age. The lazy river had a line but was very relaxing and nice. The pool was nice also. They provide life jackets of all sizes for free. Amazing place, Im already planning to return.

I pay $50.00 for nothing.. They dont let the kids have fun, my daughter is 9 years old she wasnt allow to be at the"big pool" she knows how to swim but they dont care. Very unhappy never come in back again! Waste you money!!! Stuff is very rude, manager was very rude too!

Most of the park is fixed. We arrived at 12 pm and park was still not opened. We could only be there for one hour when the horn alerted us to an approaching thunderstorm. We have raincheck for our next visit. The food is a little pricey.

Cute place lots of potential, the only horrible thing is the staff, basically looks like they hate kids. Such an attitude. Doesnt stop us from coming back though its a nice place to let the kids tired out.

This park is seasonal. For those complaining about its hours- they do not open all year! This park is also only open on weekends for part of the year. Their office is open on weekdays only, not the park.

Its really nice and fun! I wish it was a bit bigger though. And also, the Clorox thing or whatever they put in the pools seem to be way too much. It turned my favorite black shirt brown and grey!

Called and the operator said it was open until 4:45 .. got to the park at 1:30pm and they were closed. Why say your open when youre not? I drove an hour and 15 min for absolutely nothing. Thanks.

11:15 AM on a Sunday and the are not even open and they are scheduled to open at 10:45 AM. Miami Dade Parks and Recreation must have horrible management.
