Xtreme Action Park is known for its fast go-karts and a variety of activities. However, it's advisable to be cautious of the pricing and the crowd, especially during special events.

I decided to take my family (group of 7 total) down from Palm Beach Gardens. When we stepped in for the first time, we decided to walk through-out the park and it seem to be a nice place to have some fun. I liked what I see, specially the go-karts. We also had in mind paying for the haunted houses that were suppose to open tonight for all 7 of us. When it was time to pay at the counter, we were offered by the unprofessional "manager" Kevin a pass for each activity (without bowling but I had a groupon for that). After we agreed to pay the pass for each of us, he handled us over to a cashier who redeemed the groupon from us right away for bowling, and gave us a total of $344.XX for all 7 passes. So I told him that I wanted to give him a $20 bill and pay the rest on a credit card, and so when I enter the card into the chip machine, he ended up billing me $20 on the card by mistake and did not seem to know what he was doing. At that point, he called "manager Kevin" for help and "manager Kevin" called a female cashier with a very rude attitude. She seem like she was the owner of the place and told me straight ahead "have you register already on the computers? if not go do that and come back after". And so that is exactly what we did, it took us about 20 minutes for all 7 of us to get into the system. When we got back in line to pay, she said "I had cancel your other order, give me the names of each party member you registered". After doing so, to my surprise she came up with a new total of $371.XX. I asked her how is it possible that your giving me a new amount, when the other male cashier had given me a different one. She called "manager Kevin" and he did not understand that either (when he knew that the previous total was $342.XX since he was behind the original male cashier the whole time). Than they both seem to agreed on giving me a reason behind my back as they chit-chat and claimed that the other male cashier was a new person and he gave me a incorrect amount for the passes. I told them that the most logical thing to do in this case is to honor the original price I was given by the cashier being that it was a mistake on your end. He insisted that it was a "simple mistake" and that they are "correcting it by giving me the correct price". At this point I got upset to the point that I wanted nothing to do with this place and told my group to just leave and spent our hard-earned money elsewhere. I also requested a refund for the groupon the male cashier had us redeem and he insisted that he can not do anything about it and that I should talk the general manager Brain Lopez about this issue. Its so sad how bad one can be treated at this place, and that you would permanently lose 7 customers for $20. So if your reading this, I hope you will fix this issue and have a little talk with "manager Kevin" about customer service, thank you.

I visited this place for there 2 year anniversary and it was biggest mistake ever!! I was in fear for mine my daughters and my grandchildren life.we were in line beginning at 6pm a fight broke out and police intervene one man resisted arrest by backing swiftly away from the police holding a baby in front of him to protect himself from police action I was discussed at the fact while children stood by terrified. Then at roughly about 7:45 pm we reached the front door and noticed that a lot of people had gathered to the left side of the front door and had never been in line my daughter pre saw something was not right so she pulled her children to the other side of the door barely escaping a bum rushing of people pushing and jumping ramps to get inside before those whom stood in line for hours. But I was not so lucky me being 58 yrs old could not move out of the way fast enough and was caught up at the front door I was pushed violently from behind and being trampled upon as they opened the front door many people bum rushed the door attendant with help he was able to close the door right in front of me as people smashed me between the door with violent shoving and trampling I not only got hurt but was separated from my family and not being familiar with my surroundings could barley move I watched in horror as young children were being shoved and separated from family members as well as the adults. When my family found me I witnessed my grandchildren and many other children traumatized crying and screaming in fear. I Was very traumatized because I have never witnessed anything like this before much less being totally separated from my family members and not knowing of their safety until they found me begging and crying for help from some of the staff that had made their way outside. This was a horrible experience and now I have to see doctors for my injuries and seek help for myself my child and my grandchildren to learn to cope with our traumatization over this. There was not near enough police force hired for this event or this may have been avoided I will be praying for all of the terrified and injured hoping they will seek help to overcome this ordeal

We went on 5/27/12 to celebrate my friends bachelor party. Overall, the place was pretty cool, but definitely overpriced. Its like $20 for one 8-minute race. We took advantage of their Sunday special where four people can come in and race, play mini golf, and get a $15-game card for $99. So for $25 a person its worth going to, but not if you have to pay regular price. We didnt have to wait too long to race, maybe 15 minutes. The go-karts were really-really fast. The fastest I have ever driven. The only catch is that people drive like maniacs. I got bumped from behind and spun into a wall. No injuries, but every time there is an accident, (during our race their were several) a yellow light flashes and all the karts automatically go much slower while they clear it. I dont know how they do it, but it interrupts the race. In our 8 minute race, the yellow light came on like 5 times. So a lot of time was spent driving slowly. Also not all karts go slowly at the same time. Some get activated first, so I got passed by 2 people while my kart was stuck on slow mode and theirs were fine. I recommend it to anyone who really likes go-karts and wants to go racing. Its still really cool. The mini-golf is mediocre and there is no A/C there so its hot. The arcade is pretty all right. Like a cross between Chucky Cheese and Boomers. Our $15 gaming cards went a long way. We took advantage of their 2 for one drink specials at the bar. Their food is also mediocre. Its more like concession stand food as opposed to a restaurant. Note: you have to race before you drink. The girl behind the counter Aimee, and the bartender Larry were both very nice. I would consider coming back on a Sunday, cause thats the best deal they have.
