2 stars may be a bit harsh but I just arrived and am already irritated. We met friends here for a spring break outing. And I accepted their invitation without checking the fine print. First, you will pay for not just your child, you will also pay for the adult, regardless if they are "swimming" or not. Second, if they ask for a locker and you want a locker, pay for it. The lockers are completely unavailable otherwise. Pack light. Third, expect all conversations to be conducted at a "yell." A 40 minute drive, to pay $16, may not seem like a big deal...but its irritating. Im certain my daughter is having a good time.

This place is great. Its very open and lots to do with the kids. Brought my 2 Nanny kids here with a couple of their friends and their Nanny. The water in the kids pool was warm and the play house was adorable. And even the Nannies were able to have some fun on the water slides. The bottom of the pool was a textured material unlike the usual hard pokey stuff you commonly find. The only Negitives: Some of the material in the current pool was loose and tripped me a couple times and it doesnt open till 11 which for people with kids who still take naps doesnt leave much time to spend there. Other wise GREAT PARK!

We had a bday party here and everything was nice, however disappointed in the temp of the water for the kids. It was mid November and it was very cold that day. Water felt luke to cold. Our guests and other kids were shivering!! Kept on asking to raise the temp on water and they said there was nothing they can do... Ive been to plenty of indoor water parks and never had problems with the temperature. Always felt nice and warm! Other than that, great hostess, great day!

The cafeteria staffs were so rude and their customer service was so ignorant. They did not ask if I want to have a receipt abd when I asked a receipt, they just said that they destroyed it and could not provide it. They did not apology and kept throwing receipts on the counter. They treated customers without respect and dignity. They are young kids who are working there. They must learn how to do customer services.

This is amazing place for different age of kids. Lots of water activity area. Indoor. Mini wisconsin dells witing chicago area. My kids enjoyed it a lot. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean place. Prices are very reasonable too.

Best place for kids to go swimming indoor, in my opinion. Annual pool passes are super cheap for a family and kids have lots of fun. Water is always nice and warm and lifeguards are always there too. My kids love it here...

I like this place but today was weird with that smoke coming out of the restaurant made the whole swimming area full of smoke and even had a breathing problem because of it.

Its great for kids mainly because the kids pool really big and a lot of space even when its crowded. I felt safe since theres many lifeguards around.
