I came here with my husband and it was almost like a game. We paid at the front and the cashier guy didnt have any sense of humor nor laffed with us when my husband tried cracking a joke amongst us. Then the worst part came. We were standing in the concession line to only be completely ignored by staff. When our turn came about, they attended other ppl whom were behind us, until finally my man started huffing, puffing, and getting loud cursing. They finally only attended us because the gentleman behind us who went ahead of us allowed my man to get infront of him and his friend. This was so ridiculous! Then next thing you know, the stupid Black girl at the concession register didnt even mention my points card so I can collect points on my popcorn and soda purchases. No, instead, I was the one who had to remind the dummy about it. Then there was a fat, Black dumb ghetto lady sitting behind my husband in the theater with 4 kids whom.. ..he said were constantly kicking the back of his seat during the entire movie, omg! He said he was about to say something, I was like "hello you shouldve or you shouldve just moved next to my other side. The dumb lady wouldnt even control her dumb, annoying little brats! Worst experience ever. The only good thing about this theater is their points system card, but its like my husband said, "nothing but hood-rats coming to this retarded theater". I am definetely not coming here on an evening when that dumb Tupac flick comes out. I would have to come like during the morning just to collect points during that time, if I do come back. Their popcorn is actually very delicious and they butter it up for you. But its a lonely, boring environment with a person sitting in a wheelchair as the ticket collector. This all happened on a Sunday that we came here to see the new Mummy flick. This theater is not at all exciting like when you go to AMC in Aventura Mall, or something. To put the cherry on the cake, we were the LAST ppl in line at the concession stand getting goodies, ..because the concession staff was so pathetic and unprofessional, that everyone in line who was BEHIND us had already ordered while we were ignored by the staff. Nothing but hoodrats here!

Worst movie experience ever!! Went to midnight premiere of CAPTAIN AMERICA. The guy that rips the tickets in half said to go to theater 12.... The sign at theater 12 read "bad teacher" - I went back to him and confirmed THEATER 12....... We got to the theater 40 minutes early, and were rewarded with the seats in the middle.... It took more time than usual to find the middle, because the screen and seats are not centered. For eg. If there are 20 seats in a row, the middle seats would be #s 5 and 6. While sitting in theater 12 , we were wondering why there werent more ppl on opening night. Thats when someone yelled out the movie will be in theater 10. Which was full..... Then was told the movie will be in theater #2. Which of course was almost full. My party of 3 got seats on the end of 2 different rows. The Amazing Spiderman trailer played with the bottom 1/2 of the picture playing on the to half of the screen .... After 2 minutes, It was fixed The movie started with sound playing only from the left speakers..... After 5 minutes, this was fixed. Midway, through the film, (approx 2am), the film switched reels, and the film was upside down on the screen, and then started playing backwards. After 30 minutes of waiting and 2 failed attempts of trying to play the movie correctly, my party of 3 decided to leave. The staff gave us and everyone else in that theater free tickets to any ReGAL theater in the nation. BUT WHY WOULD I want to ever go to another regal theater?? $8 Large popcorn + 2 med sodas = $18.50..... Seriously? NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

I have always bought passes from Costco Wholesale Club at a discounted rate. Upon checking the website to see if i can use them for a movie time (which noted to check with theater for details) i was placed on hold for about 10. Now normally this isnt an issues but the fact that i had spent about 15 minutes trying to actually reach a movie theater i was already going to miss the early show time (due to not having enough time to commute). I was directed (with poor attitude or care for what i was asking) to a number that ended up not connecting (how that is even possible i dont even know). I called back the automated system due to not being able to call locations directly which i think is stupid and poor customer service, and i had to do the run around of another 5+ minutes of automated system just to reach someone. Maybe they use the automated system to avoid even worse potential customer service, or at least it seems like it. All i know is that the fact movie are available quicker on demand and disc is a relief to me. The theater business doesnt know how to function anymore, and all the good ones are about a tank of gas away from me. Regal used to be one of my favorites, so much so i watched Troy (Pitt, Bloom, Bana) 5 times in their theaters because of the experience and swiftness. The two stars is only cause of the fact i USED to like them.

This theatre is pretty great! The theatres arent super new and upgraded but the sound was great and my seat was comfy! It was clean and they seem to take pride in maintaining is state. The theatre size was more intimate and it wasnt too crowded. The cherry on top was the price of the movie. It was $11.50?!? In NYC we pay so much that I dont know if this is normal for Florida but it was a pleasant surprise to save a little on a full price non-matinee showing. That being said, I feel the price for soda and popcorn seemed on the pricier side but they have Cherry Coke (win!) and the popcorn was pretty perfect (yum!) among the rest of the goodies the concession stand offers. Overall, Im in Florida for 3 weeks and I will be back. Oh and loads of parking with nearby restaurants if you want to make it dinner and a movie. I am a Regal Crown member so now the perks are perks on perks!

OK, movies are expensive. The popcorn is expensive. Here, its worth it. While there are often long waits at the concession stand, the staff and management are friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the theaters themselves are always clean and set up for good acoustics. (No listening to the explosions next door.) In the one occasion where another movie-goer was particularly rude, the management went overboard in trying to correct it — not only moved us to a slightly later showing of the same film, but tried to give us extra passes and things. I imagine they hoped we wouldnt tell anyone about the rude audience members making a nuisance of themselves, but it wasnt the Houses fault, and they still made it right (and tried to go even farther than was reasonable).

This is a decent theatre but the seats are really uncomfortable, especially if youre of a bigger stature. With rigid hand rests, worn, and sometimes ripped, seats, this theatre leaves a lot to be desired. The empty theatre for a major new release is kind of a sign. I came here to check out a new theatre and also because the other ones were all sold out. Concessions were the usual regal fare and nothing to note about. The people working at the concession stand are noteworthy for being very helpful and accommodating. An extra star just for them. This is basically a theater with a new name, projector, and skin but still stuck in the a previous decade as far as customer seating and comfort is considered.
