Ive been going to this theatre on and off for the last 8 years. But in the last month Ive seen 3 movies and my experience has been less than stella. Every time there is non stop talking and when you tell management they dont really do much. Tonights experience led to an employee sitting in row a in seat 1 and he basically just watched the movie. They also sent the state trooper in to stand in the back and all he did was text the entire time. Funnier part is when i was walking into the theatre I thanked him for his service. When my friend and I spoke to management about this after the movie was over he apologized and offered me a refund. It was okay for one ticket but since I paid for the other ticket with 15,000 points earned....oh well bbye points. Ill never go to this theatre again. And lost my hard earned points :( Management really needs to step up the customer service

Overpriced and understaffed. First off buy your tickets on Fandango so you can save time at the ticket office and waste it at the concession stand. Secondly, $8.00 for popcorn is nuts and I will leave it at that. Thirdly, One usher who acts like hes doing you a favor by giving you the 3D glasses that you paid $3.00 for to see the 3D screening. To be fair this would have been a 2star review if it would not have been for their outstanding reclining seats. It is like sitting in your home couch! Outstanding. So lets sum this up: buy tickets online, pass the snack stand, keep the usher on his/her toes, sink into those wonderful reclining chairs and watch the movie. The money you saved on popcorn you can spend on frozen yogurt or IHOP.

I first visited this theater 20 years ago and mostly avoided it since. The theater was dirty then and sure enough still dirty. How hard is it to run a vacuum as needed? I returned with a friend and was just as disappointed. I ordered a glass of wine and they asked for my ID; I said seriously, I am a senior citizen! To add insult to injury, they put a paper wristband on you to identify who is drinking alcohol. Why do they do this? So they can identify who orders a second glass. What stops people from removing the wristband before going back to the counter? Sorry Shadowwood, there are Boca theaters that offer a much better experience, places that clean and dont treat us like children.

My little secret! This movie theater is the best ever since they re-did the theaters inside. The chairs are wide and comfy and lean back - by far the best chairs Ive seen at a movie theater that has the "select your seat" option. These chairs are just bigger and more plush! However, the concession stand never seems to be properly staffed at busy times - on a Saturday evening there tends to be one or two teens back there who just look disinterested and move slow - so get there early if you want to get snacks.

My son was very much looking forward to seeing the new Power Rangers movie so much that he wore his red ranger costume to the theater. After arriving about 40 minutes early the only seats left were front row seats. We decided that we were going to leave. As we were walking away the manager, Jennifer, walked out of the box office and chased us down. She offered us different seats because she empathized with our disappointed son. We will definitely be back to this theater!

This theater has amazing electric reclining chairs that will make you lay almost flat and are very comfortable. The only down side to them is if you are watching a boring movie you can dose off. Also this theater has reserve only seating meaning you pick a specific seat that nobody else can take no matter how early or late you get there. I would recommend reserving a seat online as early as possible instead of at the ticket booth so that you get a good seat.

Prices are good. Love the reclining seats. Its usually spotless, and they are service dog friendly. The seats are wide and when fully reclines theres still room for a person to walk in front of you, and you not have to move. Only reason I didnt give them a fifth star is the concession stand is ridiculously slow. If you dont have an avg. of 20 minutes to wait before your movie, skip the food or miss the beginning if the movie.

Best theater Ive ever been to! No problems what so ever, friendly staff, and overall a great movie experience not to mention the amazing recliner chairs that makes it feel like you are right at home. And the amazing thing, is that even when the leg rest is up, there is still room to walk in the isle, and you dont have to tell people to stand up to inch your way toward your seat. Great Theatre would see a movie there again.

Im here on a date to watch Spiderman. Looks like they never cleaned prior to seating people. Place is totally trashed. Popcorn and garbage everywhere. Had to stand while commecials were playing and movie was starting. The seat next to me had a nasty brown stain, Im not sure if its chocolate.. I feel bad for the girl with the white pants who sat there. Place looks like a Panamanian petting zoo.

Theater was upgraded recently with big cushy seats. It is generally safer to buy your tickets in advance. The seats are comfortable but because this was short of a full redo, the seats are not positioned as well as they could be for viewing the screen when youre fully reclined. Parking is a bit of a hassle when the place is packed, but youll still find a spot (go toward Best Buy).

I grew up coming to this theater. 15+ years later, not much has changed other than the seats getting an upgrade. No major complaints, I think they need to remodel/renovate a little more, or at least do a MAJOR scrub down. I think the walls and carpets still have the same stains as they did years and years ago.

I usually dont have nothing to complain but Yestday I was buying the ticket so I told my son to go buy popcorn and they were sold out so I decide to leave my son told the guy to cancel he said ok but he charge for the large popcorn and the drink he did not void and every time I call I never get no body

Love the reserved seating. No hassle. Buy tickets online and they scan you thru at the ticket taker spot inside. You dont have to wait to get a ticket that you already bought online like other places. The reclining seats are everything! Dont go there tired or you will sleep because its so comfortable.

They sell seats that are way off to the side and too close to the screen. Cant see crap. There is plenty of aisle space so always purchase seats in the middle. Youll still be able to get out I learned the hard way. Ever look at a tv from the side? Thats how I had to watch captain America 3. Sucked

I normally love this theater because of the reclining seats, however the seats were leaning/broken, the seat had chocolate on it, and there were dirty cups left in the theater. For as much as my boyfriend and I pay to come here, we should not have to clean the area before the movie even begins!
