Cinepolis, ah where to begin. I appreciate that this theatre offers reserved seating because I like knowing exactly where Ill be sitting, especially when it comes to a big movie like Batman v Superman. I also appreciate the fact that they changed their policy and now instead of having to carry your food with your to your seats, you are now able to have it delivered. What I didnt like was the fact that my seat was very loose and leant way to far back, my right armrest was broken and there werent any tray tables for my food. Sure Cinepolis makes up for this by giving you a lap tray, but for the amount of food we ordered I really could have used a table. The theatre overall was comfortable; it wasnt too cramped (though the screen did feel smaller than what I am used to) and the temperature was just right. The food was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. I would equate it to something that you might order at a drive-in theatre, not anything special but it was adequate. Its unfair to compare this stage to other ones like Cinebistro and IPic as their experiences come at a much higher premium. I have a motto, Do, or Do not. There is no try. That said, this theatre is seeking to do something that just isnt happening. In the end, Cinepolis has a lot of work to do, they need a new menu, they need to do some maintenance and we need to get some bigger screens in that theatre. Id say the experience overall was good, young padawan, but you still have much to learn. BOOM! Referenced STAR WARS TWICE to end this one. HA!

***BEWARE DO NOT GO*** Got there went to order the food they said it would take a bit longer so they would take it to our seats, after 42 minutes we figured something was wrong. Had to get out if the movie that happen to be almost in the end of the theater and when I got there my food was delivered to other people who didnt even pay! The assistant manager didnt offer me a refund deserts a drink nothing they just said they would have it in a few minutes and I didnt feel like missing my movie since I had to wait almost 10 Minutes to even get attention ..over priced food and nothing extraordinary! They took another 30 minutes for the food when they gave it to us they said that after the movie If I wanted I could speak to the manager!!!!! Seriously! Ok never going back there again DO NOT GO! OVER PRICED FOOD TERRIBLE SERVICE EVERYONE HAD A BAD FACE LIKE THEY WERE TIRED! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ......DO NOT GO! THERE ARE OTHER CHOICES!!!! ANYTHING IS BETTER

NEVER AGAIN!!! Ive Never been to a Paragon. Went to the Burnsville one. Had a drink and app which was very nice. Went down to the movie and stopped to get popcorn. Ordered large bag but my date didnt want butter and I did. I asked if we could have an extra bag so I could add butter to mine. Dan said "NO!!! My Manager would be mad if I gave you an extra bag!" REALLY!!" I offered to pay for the bag. Still NO!!!! After movie, I saved bag and gave it to Dan and told him that he could save it for management!!!! Very disappointed. A bag that may cost the company $0.25 destroyed my entire experience at this place. I will never return to a Paragon theatre and would not recommend it to anyone. I own a retail establishment and would FIRE an employee for that type of service...

Do not be fooled guys - All they did was change the name. Seriously, thats it. I come here often because the Miami Short Film Festival is held here the last Wednesday of the month. I would give it an extra star if it didnt look so run down and dirty. They need some major refurbishing in that place, especially where the seats are concerned. They have a lounge with food and drinks and that is a huge plus - a nice glass of wine will make even the worst movie in the world a little more palatable. Another plus is the location - great restaurants in the Grove you can easily walk to before or after the film. For the price and the concept, Cinebistro seems like a much better deal

I bought tickets for a movie. My mother in law got sick and so I couldnt go on Saturday. I called and they let me switch to the next day. They were very nice and professional. The next day my husband got sick and we couldnt go. I called again and they were again very nice and professional and said I could come in anytime to get a refund. When I came in, they did everything they could to find my tickets and help me. Ive never experienced such nice and extraordinary customer service at a movie theater. Katelyn and Marlin were the ones who helped me. They are awesome!

Imbecility all around: they came up with the dumbest business rule ever for a theater, cant bring food or drink from outside, when they only serve the usual disgusting and hyper unhealthy cinema fare. So, of course, many bring stuff hidden somewhere (I actually was in a "vip" movie where almost everybody had pizzas, coffees, burritos...). So, depending on the teenager "manager" on duty, they will literally chase you or not for outside stuff. Last night one of these dummies went inside the theater in the middle of the movie to do this. Unbelievable.

Ive been going to this theater since it was renovated as Parogon. I loved the courtesy and upscale customer service before it transitioned to Cinopolis. The staff is not friendly, they actually seem annoyed at the concession, and for the prices being charged to renter and eat, the least they can do is at least smile and say thank you. As always, you hire young people who resent being there in the first place to do the job a senior citizen or veteran can do better. You need to fix this soon or people will go extra miles to another theater!

I just had a horrible experience in that movie theater and I had to go back home without watching the movie because when I was going in, the "manager" Pamela decided to tell me that the box I had in my hands could not go in (pizza she said - box was closed, how did she know I had pizza inside?) - she said I should leave box in the car (did I drive there? garbage then?) - got money back and my daughter who was anxious to watch The Smurfs had to go home without watching it. Thanks Pamela for making my little girl cry.

I LOVE Paragon 13, its a theater with a homey feeling, if that even makes sense, but it does to me. I love that you can arrive early get a bite at the bar and have a good selection of draft beers & wines, you can even take the drinks into the theater with you, its almost like watching a movie in the comfort of your home while benefiting from the MOVIE theater experience, comfortable seats visual & sound. An added plus for me is its location, Cocowalk, its beautiful, clean serene and historical, my TOP pick! Martha
