My husband (Ruben) and I recently got married (June 11, 2017) at Aqua Reception Hall. We met several years ago, have two beautiful boys, but never had the opportunity to get married. Until Ruben proposed to me last November. We immediately started our search to find a venue where we could host both our wedding ceremony as well as our wedding reception. We searched many beautiful venues and halls in Miami but we both fell in love with Aqua Reception Hall. From the moment we walked in for our first appointment to see the venue and packages they offered, not only did they treat me and my fiancée with respect and professionalism, they had a lot of patience with me considering I always visited them with my two boys. The moment you walk in the venue, you fall in love with it. Lina, thank you so very much, for working with me and around our budget. Not only did you guide me throughout the process, you made sure I had no doubt or questions regarding any and all details of my wedding. I took your advice on our linens, and thank you for the suggestion, our wedding reception looked fabulous. Claudia, thank you too for your patience. You have an amazing mind for décor. My wedding ceremony was gorgeous and flower arrangements were beautiful. Thank you for including those extra floral arrangements which were not included in my package. That was awesome. The food was incredible that evening. It was exactly what we had hoped for. Not only was it tasteful but the food came out hot. Our guest keep talking about how great the food and appetizers were. The service was amazing, Luis, our head waiter was always attentive to our needs. Ruben and I never had to ask for a beverage. If I could remember everyone else I would include you in this review. Our wedding ceremony and wedding reception amazing. An overall great experience. I know I was not easy to deal with at times, but we are returning from our honeymoon and wanted to say thank you and share this review with Aqua and others.

Cuando comencé a buscar banquet hall para los quinces de mi hija, miramos muchos antes de ir a aqua, desde el momento que entramos a este precioso y moderno banquet hall mi hija me dijo mami este es el que quiero, quedas impresionado cuando lo ves, pero sobre todo la atención que recibes y el profesionalismo de todo el equipo de aqua, la coordinadora de mi evento fue Lina, excelente persona, siempre muy amable, aclaró todas mis dudas con mucha paciencia durante todo el proceso, Angela también fue muy amable, mi hija y toda la familia e invitados quedamos muy contento. Excelente decoración, la comida riquísima, DJ, MC, foto both, hora loca todo excelente. Gracias Lina, gracias a aqua Recepcion hall.

My wife and I recently hosted our daughter’s 15’s at AQUA Reception Hall in the month of May 2017. I am not one to write many reviews, however, I am taking the time to write on how beautiful this venue looked for our daughter’s quinces. She wanted a Paris theme, and AQUA gave us more than what we expected. The staff starting with the sales associate(Samantha) to the general manager (Lina) and all the vendors, not only had the patience and professional courtesy to deal with us but made our daughters dreams a reality. The food was amazing and very tasteful. The venue went out their way to add some additional items which were not included. Thank you so very much. It’s the small details that make the difference. The music, lighting, decoration, photo booth, and staff were amazing. Our coordinator said we had nothing to worry about that evening, and that is exactly how it happened. My hat’s off to Lina and the rest the team at AQUA. All of our guest are still raving about our event.

I am surprised to see the bad reviews. Apparently one bad experience can damage reputation, unless, you actually make your own judgement. I recently visited this venue and was extremely impressed by the elegance, professionalism and affordable package options. I though the Manager, Samantha was very knowledgeable and personable. She was very eager to help us and made me feel very confident. I asked about the reviews on here and I was told a customer was not happy and decided to trash their credibility in every social media possible. I am sure whatever occured, they learned one unhappy customer over rules 50 happy ones. It is hard to regain the reputation. I am thankful I investigated the place on my own. It really is great. Just visit for yourself. :) I get married here next year I am so excited to see how it turns out. Ill keep you "posted"

When I started looking for a banquet hall for my daughters quinces, we looked at many before going to aqua, from the moment we walked into this beautiful and modern banquet hall my daughter told me this is the one I want, you are impressed when you see it, But especially the attention you receive and the professionalism of the whole aqua team, the coordinator of my event was Lina, excellent person, always very kind, cleared all my doubts with a lot of patience throughout the process, Angela was also very kind, My daughter and the whole family and guests were very happy. Excellent decor, delicious food, DJ, MC, photo both, crazy hour all excellent. Thank you Lina, thanks to Aqua Reception Hall.

Every time I think of how my wedding turned out this past Valentines Day I want to cry. Absolutely everything was perfect. The staff and Aqua Reception hall helped me plan out my vision every step of the way. When things didnt sound like they would work with my theme, the gave me their professional opinion and it turned out amazing. Every question that I had throughout the planning process, they answered almost immediately. I served my guests chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.... AMAZING. I really could go on and on about how perfect the night was. My dream truly came true... Than you so much Aqua.

My daughter had her Quince at Aqua Reception Hall on June 17th, 2017. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. The staff is very helpful and determined to see your dream become a reality. I had Claudia and Lina help me throughout the process and they were always willing to answer all my questions with my anxiety and making sure everything was handled. I applaud them and highly recommend them. Thank you again for all you did for my daughters Quince. Forever grateful !!

I had my wedding here last week. The staff was SO rude. I am still literally shocked at how management behaved with us during and after our event. When we called them the day after to explain our concerns, they called my wife spoiled and dont her to stop complaining. The food was wrong and they didnt include food items we paid for. The manager blamed the chef but didnt seek any resolution with us so that we were happy. The owner is no where to be found.

My fiance and I went in there Saturday to inquire about having our reception there they quoted us a good price but when we call the girl on Monday to sign the contract they said that the price was double what they had told us two days before.

Staff was very unprofessional and insult you if you tell them theyve done something wrong. Completely discussed with their unprofessional and rude staff. Things are not as promised and once they have their money, they dont care.
