Terrible dining experience. The movie experience in terms of the electric reclined seating and adequate screen size, but dont order anything but popcorn, soda, and/or milkshakes. Ive been here three times since they offered the dining experience with each getting gradually worse. The first time everything on the menu was available so between the group we ordered 3 types of milkshake which were all delicious and burgers. The burgers were actually good. They butter the buns like Wendys, but burger meat was closer to Five Guys style. This made me want to come back to this theater versus the ones closer to me. Second time I visited, the grill was down, so no burgers. Also, the Vanilla milkshake was removed, so was not able to try that flavor this time. I got the chicken tenders, which were OK, but not worth the price I payed. I thought maybe they were just off because it was a holiday and most places were closed that day. Oh, how wrong I was. Third time they removed even more from the menu, served cold fries, and grill was down indefinitely. The order taker didnt know what was on the menu nor how to efficiently take our order. Instead of letting us order the sampler we had to order items separate which pushed our total to nearly $100, which was far more expensive than the other times we chose dine-in food. Also, forgot to ask for rewards card, kept making us repeat our order, and didnt package the correct sauces we requested for the same, this time sub-par chicken tenders. The milkshakes are good but that may be gone from the menu soon as well. If you just get popcorn and soda from here youll be OK. Youll also avoid overpaying for a sub-par movie experience. Its disappointing that this is one of the few dine-in theaters in NY.

Complaint about your manager Stephanie at AMC Levittown 10. I received an invitation with a coupon for 1/2 off Dine-in menu. 1st disappointment: it is not the true "dine-in theater experience" with premium dinner options & seat tables. Our second disappointment was the annoyed attitude we received from manager Stephanie upon assisting with taking our order. But the ultimate disappointment was that we never received our food the entire movie. And my friends order actually went to the wrong seat. After the movie I asked for a refund for the food I never received. Not only was Stephanie unapologetic & rude but she proceeded to say that the only thing she could do is give me another order. I calmly told her that I would not accept that & she refused for a few mins, then she rudely said fine you can have a refund but she was going to offer 2 tickets instead. Which was not her initial intention. She then walked off & went to a register to search for our order wich took about 15-20mins making us late for our next resv. People make mistakes but from the moment we placed our order she was rude, abrupt & never apologized for the errors. My friends & I are loyal customers of AMC but Stephanie has made a very bad impression for Levittown 10.

This has become my local theater. AMC has really stepped it up with their online ticket purchasing, choosing your own seat, and the seats themselves are big red leather plush reclinable seats. No more having to fight to get a seat in the middle or not knowing if there are any good seats left for a certain showing. I join their AMC Stubs premiere for only $12 a month and Ive already probably saved five times more than the cost of membership. They waive the online transaction fees which is $1.50 per ticket, you get to upgrade (for free) any drink or popcorn you buy, and now theyve even made a dedicated stubs Premier concessions line so that you can get your food a little faster. Oh yeah and I think you get matinee prices on any movie you see on Tuesdays... no matter if its a bad day or not. The staff at this place are great. Ive had some issues that were not their fault and they more than made up for it in refunded tickets. I know I sound like some employee or a manager trying to fluff up his company but Im not, Im just a happy customer who hit this place up probably once a week and is more than satisfied with the service and amenities this place has to offer.

From the concession stand to the bathrooms, this was a high quality AMC. Its a solid movie going experience - one you probably have come to expect when dealing with a Loews AMC. The staff at the concession stand when getting my popcorn was unusually kind and personable (for someone who works at the concession stand, you know what im saying - not that the bar was that high but hey..). They have the area where u can put your own butter and salt on your popcorn - honestly i LOVE movie theaters that have that feature!! Great quality AV, and clean seats and floors. Comfy seats that recline slightly, and cupholders on every armrest. Tons of movie trailers before the feature. Plenty of parking even on a Saturday night. Id have rated the theater excellent if they utilized "stadium seating" but I was satisfied with my view for the movie "42: The Jackie Robinson Story." I also dont think they had removable armrests. The prices are typical for an AMC. Not cheap. I love that this location is next to one of the most affordable Targets Ive ever been to ;)

My boyfriend and I went to this theater for the first time yesterday to see the Tupac movie. We were excited because its a dine in theater. Well the experience was horrible. The theater was nice. It was actually the biggest theater Ive been in. The problem was that we never got our food. We ordered 2 burgers with fries. Simple. Doesnt take long. The time we ordered was 7:32. The movie started at 8:10. We were the first ones in the theater. As others started to join us, servers were coming with food. We said to ourselves, thats not right. So before the trailers were done my boyfriend went to see what the hold up was. They told him the food was coming. So he came back and we waited. More servers were coming but no one with our food. A group of guys on the side of me reveived their food 30 mins left in the film. The couple on the opposite side didnt get their food. When the movie was over there were 20 to 30 of us waiting for the manager. This theater does not have the staff for a dine in so dont order because you may never get your meal.

Great theater, great service. Ive been coming to this theater for a few years now. The seats are comfy. The people at the concession stand are polite and nobody has ever tried to cheat me so I dont know what that other guy is talking about. But when they are busy, concession service is really slow so be prepared for that and arrive a few minutes early. There is an interior concession that they should consider opening but, its always closed. Remember you get 22 minutes of trailers anyway. In response to the people who are unable to follow the rules. You choose your seats at the ticket counter, so you knew walking in what the set up was going to be. If you choose to sit in the wrong seat OR you are too stupid to figure it out, then you are a lousy patron who screws it up for the rest of us. Personally, Im glad youre not coming back. Ignorance or laziness on your part, does not constitute an emergency for the rest of us.
