THIS IS THE WORST THEATRE EVER. TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN HERE NUMEROUS TIMES. You will get ripped off completely, especially if you happen to misplace your ticket and you need to ask which auditorium youre in, they will not tell you. They will think you are trying to steal seats. Even if you keep your receipt, they still will NOT make an exception, which is the reason why I said they can rip you off. Also, their other policies are terrible. They have a new seasting arrangement, similar to a baseball stadium. If youre not in your "ASSIGNED" seat, lets say #D-2, and you move to #D-5, its a hassel for EVERYBODY. When they ask students for ID, they tend to do that AFTER you pay for the movie. Therefore, if youre under 17, you will have to turn back and either ask to see another movie or TRY to receive your money back. I am telling you right now, DO NOT go to this movie theatre. For years, I, as well as other people, both teenagers and adults, have had awful experiences here.

After they renovated this theater a few years back, I have become spoiled by this theater and wont go anywhere else. Not only are the leather reclining seats the most comfortable seats Ive ever sat in in any theater, but reserved seating is great. Ive gotten the best seats in the house for big blockbuster movies on opening night on countless occasions because of this. And the best part is that I can reserve seats from my phone or the web. In other theaters, if theres any glimmer of a chance of getting a good seat on opening night of a blockbuster movie (ie: Star Wars or a Marvel movie), you need to get there at least an hour early. And even then its not guaranteed. Not here... Especially if you reserve your tickets a few days in advance. Definitely recommend this theater. If you havent "experienced" it yet, you definitely need to.

My family and I LOVE visiting this theater, particularly on "Bargain Tuesdays." The pricing on those Tuesdays are unbeatable, especially given the new seats. We love the new seats!!! They are ridiculously comfortable, and spacious. My dad used to get kicked in the back of his seat just about anytime that we went to the movies, which he HATED; understandably so... Not anymore! Additionally, it is great to be able to go online or over to the theater in advance to purchase tickets and actually be guaranteed a good seat! We love this theater, and certainly look forward to going on Tuesdays.

The reclining reserved seats are sooo good. I feel like this place is the best. Always clean. Good snacks. Right outside the thearter there is the food court. Lots of parking. Elevator, escalator, restrooms, atm, shopping everything right there indoors. So much to see and do for all ages. There is even a little kids play area near the entrance to the theater. I love the reserved seat. I never have to eat there early to get a good seat because its already reserved. Once you go here youll never want to go anywhere else.

Terrible customer service especially from the employee at the ticket both named Denise, worst customer service agent I have ever encountered! Very rude,obnoxious and unprofessional..I went with my friends to see a new movie a couple of days ago and she was yelling at everyone and when I went up to her to ask her if the movie we are seeing is available, she yelled at me in a very rude and vulgar way that I didn`t understand her earlier yelling, definitely don`t recommend going there and dealing with that rude person.

Went shopping to a small mall like this and then decided to go for a movie. The manager did not allow us to go in because we had a small bag. 3 polo shirts bought from Macys. Really? So i asked if they could hang on to the shopping during the movie, they said no and manager offer to refund my tickets. It was for Mission Impossible rogue nation. I waited 2 weeks to see it and then they refused me. Its ok, there are others in Westbury, etc. their loss. I have options while they dont.

I use to really like this theatre until the company implemented a new policy. I ask for a military discount (which I got in the past) and I was told only Active...really!?....thats the most bogus policy Ive ever heard. Not taking anything away from my active duty brothers and sisters...but how many active duty personal do you think are going to movies in this town...what a way to save face! Veterans dont matter...I get it!

worst movie experience ever i used to love going to this theater it was one of my favs but today when i went to pay for my ticket the female at the ticket counter asked me to pick my seat before i went in... assigned seating in a movie theateR? i dont think so. absolutely ridiculous i immediately decided to take my business elsewhere. if they keep this assigned seating rule up i will never give them my business again

Now that they spent all that money on seats, they need to invest in a ticket reader station (for the many who print out their tickets at home) at the bottom of the stairs entry way. Last time I was there the usher had a hand held scanner in a drawer that does not work half the time and is time consuming for all. When it fails , the you have to go to another desk and have your tickets printed out.---- RIdiculous.

Terrible customer service. Many waited over an hr for Enders game to start only to find out they were having projection problems. They offered a refund or wait another hour for a movie to start in a different theatre. I ask if they would compensate us with a free ticket and the manager said no. Wait or take a refund she repeated. Ive been coming to this theatre for years but no more...... Never again....

Great new seats, but for some reason they keep the lights dimly lit during the whole movie whereas theyre totally off in other theaters. If its a safety issue, they need to install the floor lights like other theaters. Even dimly lit, depending on where you sit, the lights can be very distracting. The people at the ticket booth can also be pretty rude for no apparent reason.

Having visited this theater numerous times as a teenager, it was pretty average and usually overcrowded. With the latest renovations, its easily become one of the most comfortable movie theaters Ive been to. Its just as comfortable as watching a movie in your own living room... only with a giant screen and Dolby Digital surround sound!

Love love love this cinema! The only complain Ive had is the loud AC over some of the halls, but once the movie is on you barely hear it. The seats here are the best! They also have Real3D movies here and you can buy tickets online through Showcase. I usually do late night shows when the cinema is almost empty. I love it!

Worse customer service I place an order online ..They gave me the wrong time 1030 pm ..Super late for me I order the 6 pm movie I ask for a refund because they made a mistaken They said to go to the movie theater and get one So you can charge on line but cant refund the same way ...Horrible terrible ..Ruin my day

Great theatre but the new phone system is the worst. After going through multiples prompts, it simply said "I dont understand you, goodbye!" And hung up. After calling back and finding my movie and theatre, the system said it couldnt "obtain ticket information, goodbye!, no representative option available.
