A movie theater with only 20 parking spots, and thats just the beginning. I went there for the first time to see the Beauty and the Beast premiere and our show was at 7pm. By the time it let out at 9:30, the concession stand was already closed and the theater seemed dead. On a PREMIERE night. Most other theaters have shows going on until midnight. Unreal. You can choose your seats, but theyre quite uncomfortable. Theyre small recliners without any tray tables. Plus, it isnt stadium seating so if even one person stands up your view is blocked. I didnt get food, but the drinks are from Coca Cola Freestyle machines, which I personally think taste terrible. Plus, there are only 2 machines, and no machines for the concession stand attendants to use, so the lines are quite long. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the staff was pleasant. Basically, Id never go back and if I were you, Id avoid this place. It isnt worth your money.

Such a nice theatre with the very worst coustomer service Ive ever seen. We actually showed up for a 2pm kids movie and none of the polite but inept teenagers working there had thought to make popcorn before the movie started. Seriously, a line to the door for popcorn and they looked surprised. In addition they all seemed oblivious to the starting time of the movie and they were all completely without adult supervision or a supervisor. I know one of the boys behind the counter has a girlfriend who is a "b***h" because he talked to his buddy the enitre time he was trying to make popcorn, unfortunately I dont know what happened during the start of the movie I paid for, because I was in the lobby trying really hard to be patient. Who owns this place and why dont they care??

VERYexpensive concessions, more costly than most theaters, people not only talk, text, use phones, it is also condoned, and encouraged by management, based on their reactions to my complaints. After telling them I will NEVER return and demanded a refund, the mgr. apologized and offered me a free admit pass. WTF? I just said I was never coming back. And on top off this, the pass was a year old. The mgr. HIMSELF trief to scam me. I crumpled it up, threw it in his face, and walked out. Have not been back since. They TRULY ARE the WORST movie theater and theater experience I have ever been to, anywhere.

Movie theater was terrible. Disappointing actually. Mandy and Dave worst employees there. Should definitely be fired. My son and his friends tried to watch dead pool, but being denied, bought tickets to allegiant and snuck into dead pool. They later found them and kicked them out of the theater. Dave tried to refuse the boys from getting a refund. But thanks to the best employee there Jacob they thankfully got there $30 back. Harmless act I didnt want to watch the movie with them, but a harmless act they had to monitor them. Disgusting and dissapointed never driving my kids there ever again.

"Outdated" would be putting it kindly. Huge stains & smudges noticable on screen during movie. Seats little more than metal folding chairs wrapped in thin cloth, & bolted to cement floor. Smelled reminded me of dried elephant piss, like at the circus. The staff all seemed equally miserable, careless, and clueless. The popcorn and candy are both somehow always stale. Even the few arcade machines they have are worthless. This theater is a god damn calamity.

Floors always sticky. ALWAYS. Tickets are pricey, Pretty sure they still do free refills on popcorn and soda, which is nice. If they cleaned the screens once a year they would probably be one of the better choices to see a movie in the Huntington area, but the sub par nature of some of the services can often steer a customer to another theater, maybe not a better one, but one that has less flaws shoved directly in between you and enjoying the movie.

My favorite theater. . . Has a small town feel and is everything all those mass multiplexes are not. Some of the same employees have been there long term, which adds to the "homey"-ness of the place. My only wish (and it seems unlikely to happen) is for a scheduling change that would allow you to begin movies between 8-9 pm. We always find the movies are too early or too late to accommodate a nice dinner out.

Its an average theater. But with all the upgrades to other theaters around long island you can easily find better. Theater 1 smelled awful. Immediately walking in you get socked with a strong bad odor. My recent trip seeing the third star trek they didnt start the movie on time and when another movie goer went to investigate they said they werent showing the previews. I personally like seeing previews.

Been here ever since I was a little kid. Everyone has always been nice, everyone did everything in a timely matter, and they always took care of people causing problems. I never met anyone who has ever had a problem here and now I just started working here. The managers are helpful and kind and all my coworkers work hard and make this job enjoyable for eachother as well as the guests.

Love the remodeling, very clean cozy environment. The staff are very helpful and kind especially Leeana. She always greats you with a smile. Unfortunately for the staff, they are in the center of the snobbish Huntington people who are very nasty and privileged, hence the bad reviews which are a bunch of spoiled brats complaining about little issues. I highly recommend.

Though the theatre is in desperate need of a make over the employees try their hardest to take care of their guests. As for children being kicked out of R rated movies, that is the employees job, plain and simple. I have seen these employees help elderly guests, moms with babies, and people with medical emergencies. The staff cares and they try their best daily.

Air conditioning is not working inside the individual theater rooms, the seats are really uncomfortable and the parking lot is small (30 cars at most). Now I understand why the theater was empty. I agree with the other reviewer, go the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park. Or if you insist on going to this theater, at least you know where to go the second time around.

The staff helped me. I helped with the remodel and forgot my lunch box dont know how they got my number but I recurve a call about it saved me a ton of time I would have lost by the time I would have realized that I forgot it. The new seats are great and the sound was dialed in by professionals so you should like the new lookin and feel.

The screens are damaged and the sound poor quality. On more than one occasion Ive sat through a film with crackling sound. Once I even spoke to the staff at the start of the film: they said they could fix it but nothing happened. Although this place is down the road, Id rather drive to Commack where this sort of stuff doesnt happen.
