This is a great, family-friendly and well thought out indoor play area and a fun half-day activity for when its too hot or too cold to play outside and/or if your kiddo needs some input. Highlights: 1. Younger childrens area kept entirely separate from older kids play area (I believe this is a 2 and under area) 2. Plentiful and clean bounce features, fun climbing gym, and an indoor playset. All equipment has been spotless and well-maintained in my 3-ish experiences here. 3. Cafe area in case your kids are suddenly famished which of course they always are in a cafe area. 4. Clean and well kept art room with some fun supplies. 5. Not sure if Ive just lucked out, but I have not experienced the claustrophobic thing that sometimes occurs in places like this (all parents know this feeling) - like there are too many people here, and you cant have fun because of the crowding. This includes one weekday morning from 10am-ish to 12pm-ish and one Sunday morning during about the same timeframe. Cons: 1. The price isnt bad, but I wish this place would offer some kind of permanent pass. They recently sent me a "deal" on some kind of continuous three month pass they offer with unlimited jumping, but it was kind of steep considering it had an expiration date. There is at least one other indoor gym (We Rock the Spectrum Arvada) that offers a lifetime pass for up to three kids for the same price, making it seem like kind of a bad deal. Then again, perhaps this is how they keep it sane inside? 2. The bathrooms always smell like dirty diapers. I know, this is a hazard of anyplace that offers changing tables and is kid-centric, but the ladies room at least has a lingering smell of dirty diapers. Since there are pails (multiple) in there, probably someone should be focused on getting the diaper trash out every hour or two. The restroom itself also sometimes looks like a bomb went off, which again is a potential pitfall of any place that caters to young children but its a little gross. All in all, a really great spot for a morning out with the kids, where you can even relax to a certain extent and just watch them burn off energy.

I find this establishment to be kind of a joke. Im not crazy about the other customers who come in with their kids and are somewhat rude and inconsiderate of others and their kids. The doors that enclose the play area need to be redone and a better security system so kids dont walk out! I always see other people opening the doors for kids that dont belong to them and they can simply walk out of the establishment altogether with a complete stranger. If its not your kid, dont let them out of the play area, its a pretty simple thing to do! I cant tell you how many times Ive had to catch my kids walking out of the play area because other people leave the door open completely and dont even shut it or they let the kids just walk out! The staff is also a joke in my opinion, all they care about is if all the kids are wearing socks and not doing their job to make sure no kids leave the building, which is almost what one of the kids did as I was coming. I dont find this place to be safe AT ALL! I stopped coming here altogether. And for $10 per kid, the play area isnt even big. Like a said, a complete joke!

Overall awesome! Had a birthday party there for my 5 year old and was treated like like a celebrity by the staff. They give you a party host that does everything for you and checks in with you about everything you need, giving you an update on time and yes, its quick but thats all the time the kids need in the party room before crying starts anyway. I read the other reviews about parties and admission being over priced. People seem to forget the awesome premium location comes at a price, they must pay rent in the Orchard! So for the location, the price is a good deal. And parties elsewhere are just as expensive! The staff members are extremely friendly, and even make an effort to remember your name. My only complaint is that they have a very fancy computer system, but I still get my punch card on paper? Please make it simple, skip the paper card, and keep it in the system! This is the only thing needing improvement in my mind. And keeping me from giving them 5 stars. Feels like you want to earn a profit from me forgetting my punch card or losing it. Overall-awesome!!!!!

Horrible Customer Service! We booked a birthday party for 9:30am on a Saturday stating upfront the date may have to change to the following Saturday. They told me perfect I can change the date up to the day before the party. 1 week later I call in to move the date, MB Manager states they have had a policy change within the week I called and they dont perform parties on weekend mornings any longer. They cant re-book to another date as the time is no longer offered. The only thing I do is upgrade and pay more to move to an afternoon or move it to Monday - Friday morning or cancel for a fee. I booked on a weekend morning since I have a toddler that takes naps in the afternoon and our friends and family cant come on a weekday morning. I confirmed that the date would probably be moved and that would be acceptable at the time of booking and the disrespectful owner calls and tells me Im going to be charged a cancellation fee because they had a policy change. Definitely the worst customer service ever, wont be going to MB ever again.

Im a longtime customer, ive been coming here for years but after my most recent expirience i will not be coming back ever again!! I had a party planned at this establishment on Saturday, i paid $259 for this event, i was told on top of the money i already paid i have to pay an additional fee to bring SODA, im ordering pizza through monkey bizness yet i still have to pay a fee?! I dont feel that should be necessary your staff has the worst customer service and act like they run the place, on top of it the party is not even private the publice can still come! Im pretty much paying $259 for a room and silve ware and ONE hour of playtime. If i paid for each individual kid it would be for a whole day instead of just one hour and it would be no different than a regular day at monkey bizness! When I called to cancel they are keeping half of the money i paid!!!! NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL!

My five year old and my one and half year old love this place. I really like the fact that they can both fully enjoy playing here. Ive been having a hard time finding places they can both have fun at. The staff is always friendly, and the place seems well kept. The only downside is that yes, I do feel like it is a bit overpriced overall. Also, the only outside food they allow is from Marcos Pizza, which I feel is overpriced as well and not that good. So it would be nice if we could bring in something from other restaurants around that area if the kids and I would need lunch. So I recommend to try to come with a full stomach unless you dont mind Marcos. Also, it would be nice if they had open play last a couple of hours later on the weekends. Otherwise, this is a nice little place for the kids to enjoy, and for parents to get their caffeine fix lol.
