I encountered several very young staff members who were condescending and rude when I asked simple questions. Example: At LASER Tag, I asked if the upcoming session was booked because of the birthday party. The 16-17 year old staff member exaggeratedly waved his arms back and forth across the screen behind him showing that there was a birthday party every session for the rest of the day. His tone was sarcastic and rude. I explained to him that I knew there was a birthday party but I wanted to know if it was BOOKED or could we take part in the session??. He shrugged his shoulders and said there was no way to know. I had a similar interaction when trying to get a ball at the mini golf course, and again when trying to get skates for the ice rink. It feels like the staff are not being taught the importance of customer service and friendly interractions with patrons. No one wants to spend money and time in a place where they will be treated with disrespect.

Its a fun enough place for the kids - but the arcade games are all broken down. They will eat your tokens, shut down unexpectedly while you are playing, or just not work at all. The staff are mostly of the high school age and their customer service skills are lacking in the "customer service" area. We had a birthday party for our son here in May and had a great time - but after stopping in here for a couple of hours today it is very obvious that this place is going downhill. My advice to the owner/management - train your staff to be empathetic and not sarcastic. You and I both know that reimbursing 4 tokens to a paying customer after your arcade games eat them is not going to put you out of business. But not having repeat customers because of poor customer service and not feeling valued will.

I very rarely will give a rating but the people here give horrible service. They told me my daughter could only do one thing and still had me pay for her. The one thing she could do she hated because the person running it was super rude to her. I later found out right next door she could go to lollipop park where she could do EVERYTHING! A place shouldnt be so competitive they wont even suggest whats right for a customer. Will never come back even when my daughter is old enough.

8 family members skating tonight, 3 family passes purchased, and we felt taken advantage of. 2/3 if the rink set up for open skate, on the open side at any given time there were at least 4 coaches teaching different things and interrupting the traffic flow. Seems as though the rink is double dipping. Kids were not considerate of others and skating recklessly. Overall not at the wonderful time

The pictures from online were kind of misleading. When I walked in, it seemed like a place for younger children, as the attractions were underwhelming. However, me and my two friends, who ranged from 15-17 years old, had a blast ice skating, riding bumper cars, and going through the inflatable obstacle course.

This place is terrible. Very overpriced. They dont even have a real person running the prize counter. Instead you deal with a machine that doesnt work to cash in the tickets. My kids were bored (ages 8-14). By the time you are done, you may as well go to Dave n Busters.

Two rinks along with a family fun center that includes laser tag. I play in adult leagues here. One rink is the Avalanches practice rink so it is usually kept up a little nicer than the other.

I play Hockey here and the rinks are good the the food and the arcade arent the best. Golf and the bar is pretty good though.
