I have taken my girls there before and they had fun. This time we didnt even get to go in. My husband called on Saturday to see if they were busy and they told him they would be less busy Sunday and that their hours were 2 till 6. We got there at 4:45 so the kids could play the last hour. It took 5 minutes for an employee to come to the desk and then he said they had room for the kids and got the other girl to the counter to help us. She said, "oh, sorry but we are closing in half an hour and you can only buy the time by the hour". I told her that we drove half an hour and were told yesterday they were open till 6. She said we should call to make a reservation. My daughter started crying her eyes out and we left. As we were driving away, the employee who turned us away was leaving and walking to her car. NICE!!!! *****UPDATE** After speaking to Cara, the Manager about this. She advisd me that the employee no longer works there and apologized and said they should have let us play for an hour. She was nice enough to give my kids a free playtime to make up for the inconvenience. Obviously, it sounds like it was the individual employee and not the place that was the issue.

Moved to Denver and this is the first place in almost three months of living here that i have had such a bad experience. The staff are disorganized, overwhelmed and very rude. There was a party coming in as we walked in and we waited "in line" for 10 mins with no one in front of us. Finally a girl comes over to get us signed in and her supervisor says "are they drop ins? Then tell them to wait because the party is more important " so i had to explain to my kids as we left that they will never play here. I hope that party was worth loosing business and getting a bad review. It worked out for our kids as we quickly found several other fun things to do and chose one where the staff were friendly and appreciated our business. If you want a good kids indoor zipline visit mid air adventures. We have been there several times and always great. This place sounds the exact same although i dont know if it as i never made it passed jungle quests front desk.

I have serious safety concerns with this place. We came here for a birthday party as a guest. The staff fit my 5yo son into a harness, and the straps were dragging on the ground, causing a tripping hazard. Next, they had the kids watch a safety video, but the music in the building was so loud that no one could hear a thing. There are several 6 foot platforms for zip lines, a rope swing, and a rope bridge. The ladders and platforms are unstaffed and the kids are expected to clip their carabiners onto the attachment point themselves, unguided.

Kids love this location! Kids can zip line, rock climb, and do other active activities. You pay by the hour here, so you get more for your only if it is less busy. The staff is awesome with the kids, but if it is swamped, they can be short-staffed and it makes the lines run a little longer. If you make an appointment for your pre-schooler while normal school is in session, they may be the only one there and have the place to themsleves.

Im a mom of an 11 yr old and an 8 yr old and my kids loved it. I even got in on the action! It was totally unintended but somehow I just ended up joining in. Im glad I did! It sure beats just sitting and watching for 2 hours! The staff was super friendly. I definitely recommend this place especially if you have kids with too much energy, or you just want to get them some exercise, I think this is a great place to do just that!

Great place for birthday party. All eight-yr-boys played for 1.5 hours straight then sat quietly for pizza and cake as they were hungry and tired. Fantastic staff! They were always on play floor monitoring safety and also took charge of herding boys where they needed to be. Although not the least expensive of birthday Venues at $17 pp, a great help that you are allowed to bring in own food and drink.

Came here with two 9 year old a 5yr old. I wouldnt recommend it for anyone under 7. 5 year old was freaked out and cried. Too difficult. I can see it being fun if it has less than 40kids. Staff was overwhelmed and not able to keep up with chaos and kids needing help with their harness. Too loud of music and felt like I was in a club. Spent $45. Totally not worth it.

Sometimes it can feel like cattle being herded along. Its a great activity and good price point. I have a 5 year old who tried all activities and loves them and a 9 year old that loves the climbing wall and rope swing. Edit: adding a star for the owners reading and responding to comments.

This is a great place to spend the day with school age kids. They also have a super fun day camp available nearly every day. Call in advance to set it up. And during the summer the go on field trips nearly every day. My 10 year old has loved this place for years.

My 5 year old son and 7 year old daughter had a great time here, while celebrating a friends birthday. Some of the obstacles were too tough for my 5 year old. The facility was clean and the staff were courteous and helpful.

A little hole-in-the-wall entertainment place. They do a great job here for parties or just a rainy day with a friend or two. Good places to read and watch them play. Dont go there hungry, concessions are high priced.

Certainly a go to location for an active birthday party. Although, my kiddo is older now. We loved it for parties and field trips from when he was 6-10. Kids loved being able to try the activities on a smaller scale!

Jungle Quest should be a little bit bigger. Its a great place for kids to do semi-active things that work on coordination and dexterity, while having a blast. Great venue for birthday parties.

Rocky Mountain Self Defense

My daughter loves this place. She attended summer camp last year and had a blast. Field trips everyday keeps the kids active and interested. Prices are great and the staff is very helpful!
