We got married and had our reception at this theatre and it was absolutely the best. We were able to have the ceremony on the dance floor, our first dance on stage, and immediately transition to the reception by a couple of awesome helpers who relocated some chairs to allow the dance floor to be open for dancing and for our own private table. The set up was beautiful and smooth and it was a party we didnt want to leave. I loved having the girls get ready in the "balcony" and the guys hanging out downstairs. The game room downstairs is the ultimate man cave that makes me jealous! How many brides can say they had fog dancing around their feet while she and the hubby danced their first dance!? The special effects provided by Heath really made a one of a kind experience. I also incorporated the screens for some pre-ceremony information (in place of a traditional paper program). It was a very romantic setting and I know all our guests thoroughly enjoyed the ceremony and reception. Now that I think back the only thing I would have changed would have been to obtained a classic car of some kind to drive away in....that would have made our last picture even more incredible. In additional to the event facility, the ice cream and coffee shop and lounge is a wonderful place for a date during a downtown Maryville excursion. Absolutely love this place! Fantastic memories! (oh yea...not only for our wedding, but we have also attended numerous other events and those were equally unique and exciting...Its not just for weddings and receptions!)

The most magical night ever! Our wedding reception was at a the Capitol Theatre and we are so thankful to the staff for the hard work they did. Everything down to the smallest detail was done exactly as asked and with ease. We simply asked and then received. Haley is so great to work with! She listens to all your thoughts and ideas and puts them into action. She answered all of emails at all times of the day quickly and informatively. Heath is the best DJ anyone could want. Together, they helped us throw a gorgeous and fun event! With such a beautiful venue, your pictures cant help but be gorgeous and you will feel like star! Id do it all over again just the way we did in a heartbeat.

This was the perfect place for my wife and myself. The hang out lounge downstairs for me and the guys to play pool and games before the wedding was great!! Debbie and Heath were the perfect combo for this place. Debbie knew what would make our special day the best possible... And Heath dos wonders with the sound and DJ for the dance party!!

Amazing place. Located in the center of Maryvilles old city district. Great venue and awesome staff. Has a 60s theme in the front. Ballroom design in the back with stage. Great for weddings. Awesome DJ and light show. Downstairs was really awesome casino style waiting and dressing room for the groomsmen.

Saw a play here and LOVED it!!!! Small, quaint, and had some very nice features. From what I understand, it can be rented for a wide variety of events. If I lived closer to it, I would rent it all the time! Met the owners, and they are VERY nice. Visit here or rent this place---youll be glad you did!

The capitol was a great place to have our wedding. everything was just as i wanted it and the whole thing ran smoothly. Haley was such a huge help and kept me sane. without her i dont think it could have been nearly as pleasant of an experience. i would recommend this venue to everyone!! <3K

The laser light show, the stage, the DJ, for one night I not only felt like a rock star, I felt like the DJ and I were sharing the same vibe. My body had moves Michael Jackson would be proud of. I would give anything to go back this venue and relive that momment.
